brian anderson: Was in the process of trying to get admissionsTalk to a young lady named BrittanyCalled several times and was repeatedly intentionally hung up on and very rudely treated while trying to get treatment. She wouldn't give any information.
Jasmine andrade: My first time in treatment was a horrible nightmare! The case worker tiana, does not do her job very unprofessional! She was discussing my care in front of the nurse station which is breaking my HIPPA RIGHTS! ,in front of other clients, also clients have wrote grievance on her which she was swearing at a client, because she doesn't want to do her job correctly! Very unprofessional, does not sincerely care about helping clients just the pay check! the food service was horrible always cold! Very unprofessional staff treating clients like they are worthless!!!! The doctor tried to force me in to something I did not want to do, as for that I was kicked out and toldI could not wait inside or on property, thrown out like trash! Addicts give them their money and go for help and end up leaving feeling worse than when we came! Just a terrible time I had so my advice is think twice read reviews please! Thank you!
