Christopher Lapierre: This company strung me along for two weeks. Steve the manager gave me every excuse in the book. He had three site visits done, each time telling me it’s a tough delivery but we will take care of you. Told me ‘they were just really busy and the phone is ringing off the hook, but don’t worry we will get to you’. Then after two full weeks of stringing me along tells me he doesn’t want to do the delivery because he doesn’t have strong enough delivery drivers or the proper equipment for the job. Also that he doesn’t know if that truck will be available everyTime I need a tank. The delivery driver told me it was an easy delivery when he did the trial run with an empty tank. They cost me two full weeks of work by not being honest with me and just saying no two weeks earlier. And I called another local welding supply and they had a tank delivered three days later. This is not the best option for your welding supply needs. This was the most unprofessional and pathetic business I have ever dealt with in my life. Please save yourself the hassles and go to one of the many other superior welding supply businesses in the area.
