Deena Clevenson: Homestaff recently changed to Associated. Homestaff was a very well organized admin group, who provided care to many, many people. I am one of them. I was very impressed with their administration, and they were most careful to provide services on holidays and weekends to seniors where I live. I would say that their aides and homemakers were mostly responsible for good care, even excellent care, one in particular.Since they have become Associated, it seems they are having more problems organizing workers. Nights and weekend are covered by just one person, whereas there are several during the weekdays, Monday thru Friday. This seems most unfair to both the workers and the clients. I am aware that it takes time to make changes, I just respectfully suggest that perhaps it might be helpful to have clients give their feedback, as I have. In general, I am most grateful for the care and consideration I have received. I was myself a caregiver for years, and appreciate the time and trouble from the workers.

Bradford` Harlow: We’ve had only one competent person stay with my grandparents in couples care. The rest have been awful. Terrible service except for Princella.Antoinette shouldn’t be allowed to watch dogs and cats let alone a person with dementia she left dirty dishes in the sink, threw food on my grandmothers lap and worst of all walked her outside with out a walker and left her outside wabling in the driveway. Antoinette is unfit to be a care giver and I hope she never takes care of another person who is elderly again. She barely had any brain cells and was clearly not good at her job
Kimberly Balsavich: the best living assistant program. the staff in the office are wonderful and always there when I have questions about my parents' care. Every Caregiver that has come into the home has had great personality and is very caring and treats my parents like they should be with the utmost respect So happy I chose them for my parent's care.

Ed Ciborowski: My elderly dad needed some help at his home after surgery. The staff was professional and the set-up for services was highly efficient. The care worker assigned was JJ, who was punctual, reliable, competent & a very nice person. I would highly recommend Green Hills based upon my experience.
O’ Praise: Green Hills Home Care of Worcester has been providing 24/7 care for my mom since she went into Memory Care. Without her wonderful caregivers providing support and affection, I am sure my mom's life would be much more difficult. The caregivers really take mom's emotional as well as physical needs to heart - which is a blessing, especially during these difficult pandemic times where the family isn't able to be there to visit. In addition, the office staff happily provides up to date information on mom's daily life to my father when he calls every day. I highly recommend Green Hills Home Care of Worcester!

Jessica Heirtzler: My family is so grateful to have Windy help my 98 year old grandfather so he is able to still live in the comfort of his own home. She is with him 3 days a week, for two hours at a time, and she helps him with various tasks including bedding, laundry, cooking, and cleaning. She is so kind and patient with him and she communicates well with me to keep me updated. Her services give our family a peace of mind to know that someone is there for him.

Their professionalism is second to none. The staff genuinely cares about the patients, they consistently go above and beyond to do whatever they can not only to help the patient, but to help the caregivers. They also have someone from the agency call once a month to check in and make sure that the service you're getting is the best possible service.
