Seriously, how long does it take to get temporary plates.They claimed that the registration took so long because they wrote a bad check. The salesman never called when he said he would and seemed annoyed when I would call him to inquire on the status of the registration. I would NEVER come back here or reccomend this place to anyone else.I also had to come back four times to sign paperwork and wait an hour to get my car inspected. Again, total inconvenience.
Sebastian Zborowski: Updates below. Not sure what has happened to this dealership over the past year or so. But my loyalty there has come to an end, sadly. Used to love Lundgren. I have purchased all my vehicles from them over that past 10-15 years, but it is certainly not the same. This review is a culmination of the service I have received from them over the past 6-12 months. It began when on one of my oil changes they noted my car needed all 4 tires replaced because the treads were low. They of course wanted to take care of it on the spot. I refused knowing that the tires were only 6 months old and I used my tire gauge and they were fine, so no where near the end of their life expectancy. Upon getting another oil change on the same car and still having the same tires on them not a word was mentioned about the tires and on the report they provide all tires were in the green for wear. Maybe the first mechanic used the gauge incorrectly? We are human and mistakes are made. But would have been a costly one for me if I just took their word for it. Also, on oil changes Lundgren used to be great at providing a reduced price on oil changes for high milage vehicles. I never had to ask and they actually made in know. But on a couple of past oil changes I had to ask for it. Then recently, I was told that the mechanic found a crack in the rear sway bar and that it needed to be replaced and that the bushings were worn as well and also mentioned the bushings on the front of the car and recommended replacing the front sway bars. All together a job with an estimate of just over 1700.00. Brought it to a small owned auto shop and the mechanic could not find a crack on the rear sway bar and the bushings are in great condition both front and rear. Again, Lundgren was great before. Not so much now. They have lost my trust and in turn my business.UPDATE 3/24/23 - Matt, I emailed you my contact information to the the email you have provided below on 3/16/23. I have yet to receive a call or email and its been over a week.Update 3/28/23Had the chance to speak to Nick (service manager) and Steve. Nick and I looked under the vehicle and he took ownership for the repair being over quoted. But work was still required. The other shop (and I did not realize this) replaced the rear bushings. So I can only assume they either did it because they were worn or because they took the sway bar off and just ended up replacing them anyway. In any case, Nick invited me down to look at it together. This to me goes a long way and the reason I changed it to 5 stars. Thanks Lundgren.

Pat Sheehan: Needed a new vehicle in somewhat of a hurry as my present one was at a service center and the amt. of the repair needed was going to be more than I wanted to put into an older vehicle. So I visited Lundgren Honda where Laura Greenwood came out to greet us on a windy cold day. She was so friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. We found a Honda CR-V that I fell in love with. Laura was very thorough in showing me all the excellent features and instructing me on how to use some of them. Having a few accessories added. Looking so forward to picking it up at the end of the week. Thanks to Laura and Lundgren Honda for making this unexpected car-shopping experience a delight ! ! !Update: Since then we have leased three more Honda vehicles from Lydia (as Laura doesn't work there any more). We have been dealing with Lydia for about six years now and I must say she is absolutely a fantastic salesperson (and person in general) who truly cares about her customers before, during, and after the sale. Whenever we are there with one of our vehicles for routine maintenance service and Lydia is working, she always goes out of her way to say hello and see how we are doing. Lydia is definitely the main reason I will return to Lundgren's for my next vehicle. Be sure to ask for her if you are in need of a new car. You won't regret it.

Brandon Rezuke: If there was an option to post zero stars I would choose zero.I have been a customer at Lundgren for about 4 years now, decent service as long as you call ahead, and as long as they remember to put the screws back into your oil pan.Lundgren likes to boast their top notch customer service, but my reality is, I got pulled over and had my vehicle towed away and plates removed because my agent didn't bother to do his due diligence, and the registration had been expired for 3 months.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Sherry Colby: I had an appointment today to get my seats cleaned, when I showed up one of the blonde ladies gave me attitude and responded with "these seats aren't going to be covered." The other blonde lady started to argue with me and give me attitude that the seats are covered in dirt and won't be covered. My two granddaughters sit in the back with their sippy cups which spill everywhere so I told them it was from that and they continued to argue with me and tekk me it's dirt. Super unprofessional to argue with a customer and to tell me what's on my seats.

Martha Hawley: We bought a 2020 HRV from them during the warmer months. When the weather turned cold, all of a sudden the back up camera/screen divided in half: black and pixelated. Once the car warmed up the screen returned. During the out of service time, you couldn't see ANYTHING on the screen: radio selection, phone messages, back up views etc. When we complained to them, they said they would have to 'see' it. They did not believe the pictures we sent. So we arranged to leave it overnight in their yard. By the time they finally got to the car, the air had warmed and there was 'no problem'. We've repeatedly sent them pix of the screen out of order. Their response: "If we don' t 'see it' no problem exists." WOW. We're liars. Wow. We photoshopped those pix. Just wow guys. We WON'T be buying another car from you...Oh by the way, we spent EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS on them trouble shooting our transmission which, while still under warranty 'jerks and hitches' when in drive in hot weather or over a long drive when the transmission heats up. When it was in for service they said 'We get no 'faulty code' on the computer. There is nothing wrong with it." Again. We are LIARS? Guests riding in the car have remarked 'Is there something wrong with your transmission?" Our solution for now, shift into 'sport' and make due. RIDICULOUSLY POOR SERVICE. As they say garbage in garbage out. Put a TESTER on the transmission and you'll see there is/are malfunctioning sensors in the trans. This is ONLY a 2 year old car!!!

Richard Hopkins: Bought 2 new Honda Odysseys here a 2015 then traded that in for a 2019 .The 2019 just left the tire shop and had 4 brand new tires on it and we brought it in for oil change and woman comes on and says tires are very dangerously low in tire tread and should be changed looked her right in the eye and said funny they 100 miles on the them.Scammers now lost our business in New cars and service.

Florence H: I’ve been here twice for oil changes and have no complaints. After my most recent oil change, I immediately noticed a sound and found that there was a nail stuck in my tire. It most likely happened either driving out of the garage or the second I turned onto route 9 but I called them as soon as I noticed it which happened to be before as they were closing. They fixed it for me so quickly and I am still so grateful they helped me out. Definitely went above and beyond and I will now recommend Bernardi Honda to my friends and family.
william hogan: This was the first car-buying experience at a dealership that was enjoyable to us. You will not find a better and more trustworthy car salesman than Victor Medina. We were so lucky to get to work with Victor. He listened to all our questions and needs for our new car and we were very comfortable dealing with him. We wanted a certain color for our car and he took time to find it for us instead of pressuring us into another car. Once the car was ready for pick-up. Victor spent much time explaining all the new features of the car. He also gave us valuable suggestions on how best to maintain our car. He really cared that we were 100% satisfied with our new car. Thank you Victor and thank you Bernardi. We are now Bernardi customers for life.

They were friendly, fast, and very accommodating! Bought some extras and dealt with their service center. I’d gladly recommend buying a car here. Go see Dave! He’s Pissah!

Joe Onorato: Absolutely awful customer service. Their word apparently means nothing. Bought a car from them that was not on the lot at the time. Ended up purchasing it thinking that it had Apple CarPlay, one of my must have features. This was my mistake as I should have confirmed. After pickup, I expressed my concern that the car didn’t have this feature and I was unaware during negotiation/signing. They do not have a “3 day return policy” like most car dealers. I spoke with Jessie, who I believe is a sales manager. He said that they wanted to make me happy and would install an after market CarPlay radio. He confirmed they would do this at no cost as I was a repeat Bernardi customer. He said “you have my word.”They ordered a radio and had me drive all the way there twice for install and each time had an issue (missing parts, etc). Finally they emailed me and said “sorry we aren’t going to do it.”My problems with this are 1) I wasted valuable time and gas to go there for “installs” on their false promises and 2) they “promised” this service to “make it right.” Their promises mean nothing and they are not to be trusted. They did not make it right. They just wasted more time.Steer clear of this dealership and Bernardi as a whole. Buy elsewhere.

This morning he calls her, knowing she’s in bed with pneumonia and asks her when she’s coming in and then made a rude remark about me probably losing his business card if I even took one. It would be 1 star, but he was young and only started working 6 months ago.

Vic Barakat: I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience I've had at Bernardi! Had to do a rush search for a car last month, and had decided that a 2023 CR-V was the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately, there are very few of them out there these days. After shopping 4 other dealers, I stopped in to Bernardi. I was quickly greeted by Dave Gordenstein. Dave is a smart, friendly, understanding guy, and he was creative enough to show me such a great deal on a 2022 Pilot that I decided to move up and buy it. Dave did the deal, Kamraan Sadiq got the financing done, and I picked up the car a couple of days later. I even had a great experience with their Service Dept a few days later, when I noticed that one of the front speakers wasn't putting out proper sound. Kudos to Wilson Cruz for getting me in to diagnose it, order the part, and get it installed all within a few days. The atmosphere is friendly (Dave and Victor Medina make you feel like an old friend), they're all very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Lorena Perez: I have had a very bad experience at this dealer, I took my car with zero miles, I arrived with the dashboard lights on and the service guy Henry looks at me with a sarcastic smile after explaining the problem and tells me that the dashboard lights come on because my car is dirty and it needs to be taken to the car wash, which will cost me about $175.00 to check it. I left, I returned a couple of hours later because the problem continued and the same boy Hernry attends me and looks at me with the same sarcastic smile and He asks me, did you wash the car? I told him no because I know that's not the problem. I'm 100% sure that if it had been a man driving my car, he wouldn't have asked him that, but they still checked it and said they didn't know what it was. The problem my car arrived with a new battery and they accused me that because I changed the battery they were dialing 20 codes I told them ok but the problem was already there when I changed the battery I told them ok change the battery $220.00 per battery change matter when I asked for the battery that my car had, they charge me $40 to give me the battery that my car had so I can return it because I bought that battery with a 4-year warranty. Bernardi Honda Dealer, gives me a 1-year warranty. I think they said or 11 months now they say that it is a computer that my car is bad and that they do not have it in stock that they will possibly make it available in a month Bernardi Honda dealer Natick has not been able to give me a loan car I ask to speak with the manager Mike who is busy what He will call me back a day later I call again and he's still busy he can't pick up my call 2 days later I call again and he's still busy he finally calls me back and I send an email to his superior to obtain authorization so I can have a Loand car and I'm still waiting....The Service Manager MIKE told me to make a complaint with Honda, and there they tell me that Honda does not give loans to customers that it is the dealer who does thatVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
