Stefinicious: Hookah and drinks were great. Also there are a few food options and my friend that got food loved it. Service was friendly but very slow even though there was only one other group there. And at the end, the tip was added to our check even though we were only a party of 3, with no heads up from the staff. If a restaurant includes tip, they need to tell the guests, or bare minimum circle it on the check so they are aware. We almost left a double tip before we realized it was included.

Sonny From Woonsocket: Best hookah in Worcester hands down. Always uses top quality 100% coconut coals. You can tell it’s top quality when the coal doesn’t ash white but ash brown, the natural color of coconut shells with no fillers or additives. Shisha always packed to perfection, never too tight or loose. Airflow perfect. Phoenician hires a personnel that handles the hookah, and the person comes around every few minutes or so ensuring the hookah is always at the perfect heat. If it’s not, they either swap it out, or slightly adjust it. I go to many other hookah spots and I’m sitting there with the same coal for an hour, and some with the synthetic trash. Try their “Phoenician” flavor which is their house recipe, with the orange head, not on the menu. Pineapple head on point too. Drinks always on point, with attentive waitress. Albert and Eddie runs a tight ship, everyone rolls up their sleeves here on a busy night. Family run business type of spot, rich in culture, down to earth folks, when I don’t light up my own hookah and I need someone to do it for me and vibe out for the night, I’m here.

I don’t have made bad reviews for the hell of it celebrating my little cousin’s birthday and we decided to stop by this place if was about 8 of us . We all didn’t arrive at the same time so as we came in we seen our people and sat with them . The area we was sitting in held about 6people so we was short 2 sits to the right of us is a couple sitting in area with 5 FIVE SEATS AVAILABLE. We ask them if it was ok if we used two of the empty seats they said sure gladly. The owner became super unprofessional and made threat’s of kicking the guess out for offering the seats . He became very aggressive and jumpy to my female cousin in which I had to step in and ask him to calm down and understand that we are not here to cause no issues or trouble but rather spend money and enjoy our night . He had no posted signs about sitting restrictions . He mentioned to us he was frustrated because he was fined three times in the last two weeks which had nothing to do with us . I end is having to leave to make space . Very very unfair night and if anyone thinks for one sec I’m lying tell him to release the footage . You on on his website there’s no place stated you need reservations. It seemed like he made it up the spot
