Sophie Day: Had some pretty bad experiences with their customer service in the past... had to bring my car in to service with much hesitation, expecting a similar experience to before. I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly they took care of me. I would like to thank Iffy and Rusty for personally stepping up to greatly improve my experience this time around. Brandon Strout: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They dont care about their customers.Waiting since October 2022 for service to be done. Had my car a whole week for multiple reasons. Due to the wait on a part I requested two issues fixed and i would pick up my car. Then come back to get my the part done.They never fixed anything, almost ruined my car.4 weeks of no updates for the service. I have to call in daily to finally get someone to talk to me.I have also been on hold/transfered for 41 minutes (Erin or Sarah) one night. For myself to get an update on my car, while it was sitting at Hyundai, to be told SERVICE LEFT EARLY.It is disgusting the level of service they provide.
Huy H: First of all, the service take months to schedule an appointment. I went in for engine light check. The Advisor indicated that is only minor issue, which I check was code P0455 (large leak in EVAP system) so no work is being done. The advisor proceed to recommended me to get an oil change + brake pads/rotors. Mind you, I was given that the price was $1365 to get it done. When I looked at the invoice (Part, $809 and Labor, $521), that is insane for a 1-2 hours works I waited at the place. I asked around to compare the labor cost, Monroe only charge $140 for labor. Too late to change. Two days, my engine light start to come back on - I schedule an appointment (No availability till a month later). I have to wait because my warranty is still in effect. A week to my appointment, I have to cancel due to my work schedule. I called back to schedule schedule - the secretary discussed with the advisor saying that they cannot do any engine service because I did not purchased at their branch (I brought my car at Framingham branch.) They did not notified me when I first time I came for an engine light check and do my brake replacement. They whole process was shady (it is because I still have my warranty and they refused to fix it??? I have to find time to contact cooperate to see my situation is valid (cannot do any engine work because the vehicle was purchase from the branch?). I am driving with the engine light on for the past 2 months because they said it is a minor issue but refused to services my 2nd attempt to get help from them. Anyway, I immediately called Framingham's branch, they were so helpful when I told them my situation. They able to booked an appointment for me within a week. I do not recommended this branch at all.

Danny Boy: Please be careful when you fix your car there. Please ask whether they still charge a diagnosis fee if you fix your car there. They charged me a diagnosis fee although my car was fixed there. While, Hyundai Framingham does not charge it if your car is fixed there.

It was easy, smooth and took 1 hour to test drive and buy. The managers met our purchase agreement w/out haggling. They where busy and two salesman helped each other and managers also helped staff . Great team work. Recommend always.
Idalene Santiago: These cars have recalls, that when the cara stalls they don't tell you about, and take your money example the brakes the, seatbelts, and more recently my vehicle has been here at Auburn due to an engine malfunction since June, I have gone through corporate, who say they are not sure why it's taking so long, Auburn dealership says it's up to corporate, corporate says it's the dealership. Go somewhere else, for a vehicle that is reliable. Please do your research on hyundai recall make and models, this is not a vehicle worth the headaches. They give no loaners no reimbursement for the hardship they have caused.Have you tried to contact me by my number it's been a month since this review.
Bri: First and foremost, I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Adam the sales manager. He was extremely pleasant to work with and his main focus is customer satisfaction. I had some issues when purchasing my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe and he addressed them all and kept me updated throughout the whole process and some! I want to also thank Dan the service advisor, he was very informative, very patient and kept me in the loop for when my vehicle was in for service. He explained everything in detail and also has a great personality! (Thanks for the chuckels). Lastly, I want to thank Stephen for making my purchase quick and easy. I was a difficult customer due to my husband getting in a car accident and having a hard time with loans, but he made it possible and gave me the truck I wanted most. You guys have made this first time mom feel safe and happy. Thank you so much for all that you've done for me. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would. Have a fantastic Christmas and a Happy New year!

Went in to see about a Kona N Line( they have a few in stock) but all the rep was able to do was point to me where it was in the parking lot. I understand it's Saturday and I didn't call ahead for an appointment, but if you have the time to ask why I'm there and for what type of car, you've got time to offer better customer skills then that. Disappointed, won't give em a 3rd try.
Lili Bahrami: I just moved to MA from Seattle and I went to many dealerships here before walking into Metrowest. I showed up pretty defeated since other dealerships were not accommodating and difficult to deal with. They immediately sat me down with Charbel and helped me find a car that worked for my needs. They have been extremely communicative and responsive. I have been leasing Hyundais for 9 years (4 different cars) and this dealership was hands down the best experience. Kyle even brought me a loaner when my out of state registration took a few days to get sorted. If you are looking for a hyundai dealership around Boston I definitely recommend going to Metrowest and I loved the service Charbel and Kyle provided :)
sky boundless: The customer service in the maintenance department is terrible. The service department has no information and will just transfer me to Advisers. Advisers are always absent, leaving voicemails never answered. Promised dates and communication just don't work. The attitude, while not rude, was just stone cold and mechanical replies that didn't help.

Judy Beck: Worst service department ever. Never picks up the phone. The service advisor ignores emails and services are generally super-overpriced. We got our wheel rotation/alignment, never got a report, car service was delayed by 2 hours, did not get a call back to pick up the car which they said they would. They do not care about you or your car, save your time and go somewhere else.
Katelyn Goodwin: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. My car crapped out after only two years of owning it, turns out there was a class action lawsuit against Hyundai for that make, model, year, for that exact problem. My boyfriend and I called them and we were told that they would work with us and offer us a trade. However, when we got there it was a completely different story and they wanted us to have the engine put back together (it's in pieces at the shop), have it towed there, and they could assess it themselves. If they found that it was not the defect in the engine, it was going to cost me $350. They also told me I needed to provide them with receipts of all of the oil changes I had, and any work done on the car. On top of it, they wanted to me to look on their lot and see if there was anything I wanted to buy! Both managers we dealt with were so pompous and arrogant. I will never do business with this place again and I will be calling Hyundai directly.
J S: Inquired via the website regarding a 23 Kona and was able to complete the transaction within 24 hours! If you are in the market for a new hyundai this seems like a logical choice just based on efficiency. The customer service and product selection are an added bonus. I will do business here again.
Jason Eastty: Good luck trying to get help in service. I get that they are short staffed but they are so rude and condescending on the phone. Avoid this place at all costs.
Natalie H.: Our Kona has had problems starting for months now and the vehicle has been dropped off multiple times at this dealership to figure out the issue since it is still under warranty. Most recently, the car has been there for two weeks and not a peep from the Service team on the status of the vehicle. I started calling a week ago to get an update and left three voice messages for the manager Dan and have heard nothing back. Pretty appalled that an entire week goes by with no call back to a customer. From the car not starting, to this dealer's team not being able to figure out why, and now Dan the service manager not getting back to me about what they're doing with the car that has been in their shop for two weeks, this dealer and Hyundai in general has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Frank Paskell: My wife and I came in to do a lease buyout on a Hyundai Palisade that was coming to the end of its lease term in May. We met with William Reitzell and he was very helpful in the process to get the lease to end and purchase our Palisade.aftee going to the sales manager for information I could tell right off what was on the paper from management (not the sales associate William) was ok except for a warranty extension of almost $2000 we didn't ask for. After asking him to recheck with sales manager he returned with just buyout information and we moved forward with credit application and eventually were turned over to Peter E. In finance. Peter did mhis job as I was expecting not pushing anything extra just a fair price on a warranty I wanted to purchase. After signing everything we were told up to 2 weeks for new plates once title was available from Hyundai finance. Plates were available a week earlier than expected along with getting an inspection sticker the same day. Thank you William and Peter for doing a great job but I just hope the next lease buyout person isn't told a warranty and 120 point inspection is part of the process from sales management.I will say service as a side note has always been doing a great job for us the last several years.

I brought it in for an appt to take pics to send it in to the warranty dept was told someone will reach out in a few weeks. Well 6 phone calls later of taking my name and number saying someone will call you back which never happened!!! I was told to pretty much kick rocks cause they are not taking anymore claims for peeled paint even though my warranty covers that she said try another dealership!!! Ummmm wait… WHAT!!!!! now i get the whole independently owned thing….well sorta but saying to your customer we dont know how we are gonna get reimbursed so were not gonna honor the warranty that was sold to you so try another location is a poor business practice and is disgusting! I didnt buy my car or warranty at another dealership! I then called corporate. The lady i spoke to was awesome she was confused why i was told that cause my warranty covers it🤷🏻‍♀️she then was nice enough to book another appt with a different location. Sad this place was my whole familys go to dealer my mom and niece just bought 2 new cars this last year alone…… im going to ensure that will never happen again especially when keene dealer is so close🙌
