RUSSELL HENNINGER SR: Came here on 7/26 for a Banana Boat or Split after dinner. Was not disappointed, the owners I assume have been at the location for seven years. Granted this location is not in the best part of town but don't let that sway you from stopping by. As you can see by the photo this man is a artist when it comes to making a Banana Boat or Split. Batman The Dark Knight: Best shakes around. Strawberry banana is my favorite. Couple years later now, and these are still the best shakes in Worcester. Price went up, just like the price of everything on earth. But I'll still buy one on occasion to satisfy my shake need.

Lynn Reynolds: Nice way to end our day in Central Massachusetts. They let us order two different scoops of ice cream. If you're in the Worcester area, check them out soon but make sure you have cash since that's all they take. I found their prices to be reasonable. But you will want to go soon since they close for the season on October 10th.

The staff who work there are so polite and courteous, they offered to put the ready made sundaes in the freezer while the rest of my order was being prepared. They even provided me with a tray to carry my ice cream orders to go. They are genuinely nice people who take pride in their business and looking after their customers. I will definitely be back and have made this my go to place for ice cream in Worcester.

Neptune: It's honestly the best ice cream place(, next to Uhlman's). I went there with friends on a boat and it was perfect. All these other people writing bad reviews are exaggerating. I was doing a little social expirement. I came here a couple times last year, and I got my ice cream 4 minutes and 7.42 seconds after I parked and waited in the line. My second time around, I got my ice cream in 3 minutes and 52.73 seconds after getting there. ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE BULLCRAP!!! I'm Madulka's #1 FAN!!!

Not very welcoming…

They did not only took forever to even take our order, but also they were rude and one of our orders was pushed through the counter and not delivered in our hands. Kind of wished that had more traditional asian-inspired flavors, but what I got was still very tasty. Interior has a nice lounge area and was nice and clean inside. I had one of their Cherry Sensations and it was sooo good! Reminded me of the Cherry Garcia bars that B&J used to make decades ago! My granddaughter loves to watch the "magic" happen! I try to get in there with her at least once a week! We go so often they know what we want when we step up to the counter! I miss Jillian who used to work there but the new girl Ariana is so much fun! She makes us laugh every time we are there!
Gerard Way: Former employee. They serve expired ice cream, management is corrupt. They terminated someome based on another corrupt employee. Horrible people & horrible place to work. Treat people better and maybe they'll stay. I'm getting payed way more and am cared about where I am now. The Sub Zeros owned by these people are in Nashua (New Hampshire), Worcester (here and Front St) and Cambridge, MA. Don't give these people your money. Delete my review if you'd like but what you're doing and how you're running this place has never been a good way to run management. Other vendors qat the market have literally said so themselves, not going to name names for their privacy. Anastasia Klarakis: I was all for this Kelly square upgrade, but I’ve always been baffled why they seem like a ghosts town every time I walk in after 6pm. Well I noticed they had a cool little Subzero ice cream experience and wanted to bring my stepson. So Thursday night I decided to go after his dinner it was a bit of a rush since they close at 8 but we managed to arrive by 7:40 close but figured it was enough time to make a scoop. I wouldNever go it now a restaurant at closing but I’ve cream I figured was okay. Boy was I wrong we rushed in only to find some teenager brushing her hair behind the counter and quiet relaxed. So we proceeded to order she stoped me and said sorry we are closed. So then I as well I checked your website and though you closed at 8 she proceeded to say “nope we closed early”. I was baffled by this like seriously your process is a small aluminum bowl and spoon and some water how much can the clean up be. When you see my child looking up at you wanted to see a new ice cream process. It was honestly sad and sad for the owner because as business close more and more these days, and I’m sorry to say but the market is a ghost town after 4 so can’t imagine rent payments being easy as they are for so many these days. So that’s why I’m writing this not for me or my sad son but the small business owner who is loosing sales and rent because of inept employees. Hence why the minim wage is the way it is ! Thank goodness for froyo open till 10 a guaranteed sale;)

Quit Horsing Around: Great icecream
Brittney Zagarella: First of all I called before I made the trip out here. Came at 740 was told they were closed. I drove all that way and wanted to try it bec I haven’t before. Luckily after I told her they don’t close til 8 she was able to make me the ice cream. It was super expensive. I would so rather cold stone they give you way more for less money. This place gives you this tiny little cup of ice cream for 8 dollars and expect a tip that’s insane. Customer service wasn’t great either.

Went to get a 12 pack for desert for our family after getting dinner in the area, smelled the cookies down the street and we are glad we followed our noses! I will forever compare peanut butter cookies to theirs, best I've ever eaten! Still soft 8 hours later, they didn't last much longer than that so I can't comment further. Yum!

Nghia Nguyen: Parking was limited and staff was slow and unenthusiastic as if they were burdened by customers presence. My order was not done properly and have to be redone. My frozen yogurt I partially melted before I even got back into my car. And the customers in front of me hung out at the cash register while they were waiting for their items. The cashier should have asked them to move aside for the next customer to pay. Normally I'd give a place like this a one-star, but I hope this is just a one-off case. If they improve next time, I'll give them a new rating.
Tracey: Holy moly, GO HERE! This place was literally the best! Frozen yogurt with tons of toppings, add your own, pay by weight- typical for froyo joint. But wait, they make CREPES! They were freaking amazing! We had one strawberry banana and one pb banana with vanilla ice cream, they were out of this world good. My kids loved the frozen yogurt bar & wanted seconds The vibe inside is so cool too, lots of board games etc. Prices were also extremely on point for what you get, so worth it. The only downside, this place is 30 mins from me

Alex Farland: Amazing ice cream, not too hard, but not too soft. It’s perfectly creamy and you can mix in many different toppings. While you may have to wait for a minute for them to make it, the result is well worth it. I would really recommend it, especially if you have younger children who will love to watch the liquid nitrogen evaporate before their eyes.

I’m more surprised that they weren’t super busy considering how they are one of the only nitro ice cream places in the area. We should change that; and they are open kinda late so that’s nice.

Julia Harris: Love Broadway! Best breakfast in Worcester. There are alot of newer places in the city but this one is a classic and never disappoints. Food is always delicious, great service, and very reasonable prices.
Greg Fraser: Outstanding! Breakfast - combo was amazing! Everything hot. Homefries were well seasoned, pancakes are topped with a sugary powder, bacon done perfectly, scrambled eggs hot and delicious, and very friendly service at a fair price. One of the best breakfasts of the year!

Sometimes you don't want to go where everyone knows your name, but rather you'd like to go to where the staff sometimes has a vague level of recognition towards you. This is that sometimes place. They are very knowledgeable about the different types of bread they have. You can learn so many great things here. Like hollandaise sauce has lemon in it. I learned that from a friend, but I learned it here. You gotta stop by during the hours they are open!!!Also. My favorite color is green.
