Not only is the lines disorganized but the staff is rude, the place is an absolute mess with popcorn everywhere, drinks spilled and napkins and cup lids all over the concession stands.The main reason why I’m putting my negative review is how they handled a situation today. First off, NEVER go here to see any special screenings or events.... ours did not even show and wouldn’t give us a refund at first but a free movie ticket to see another movie at the theater.... uhm no thanks. Would rather go anywhere else to see a movie. I am appalled at how they didn’t even want to fix the screening issue but kicked us out first. I am disappointed and saddened. Luckily we got a refund by going to the help desk but I am angered. Avoid this place if you can and go to a theater with better management and cleanliness.

You have to go through a Furniture Store to get into the theater, but once you're there, it was as you might expect.We watched Avatar 2 and it was an amazing experience, so there's thatTheir pop corn was pre-filled for efficiency, but you can tell it wasn't recently made.

Why?Drove around that lot for 15 minutes before I figured out a way out.Where are the exit signs??Lastly, having to tour a furniture store twice to see a movie was ridiculous!!You will never see me again after this experience.

Urvashi: Recently went for Avatar movie and the the huge screen and the sound quality made the whole experience of watching this movie worth every penny. Highly recommend this theater specially for 3D movies..

Kelven Santa: Went to see spider-man far from home. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so to be honest the theater was practically empty (which was very nice) sound quality is much nicer then the one in boston. Ticket prices were also very fair, would gladly go again.

Pradeep Kumar: This was our first imax experience watching Avatar here. Seating is bit congested! Have to walk all the way across Jordan furniture showroom area to reach imax theatre.. Reminds me of IKEA layout :) they just want all of them pass through their show room..Overall a good experience.

Ty'Saan Towns: Finally. A true 6 story ceiling to floor huge imax screen . This was lit watching thor in 3d. Place has limited snacks but other then that. Nice experience. Gives you a tour of furniture store before leaving and exiting.

Rammses Correa: Disappointing. Got there and although it's advertised as a 3D theater, it does not have any showing in 3D format. It's also one showroom so you will only have the option for one movie only at different showings.
