Joseph Hess: Four bathrooms, 2 male, 2 female. Zero functional bathrooms. They have sick patients, patients with mental disabilities and nobody can use a restroom. We are in the midst of a pandemic and that leaves patients no proper way to wash their hands. Unacceptable…
Yulia Kuznetsov: My score it's not about the doctor's work, for my daughter they are doing an excellent job, to find all allergy triggers that make her feeling sick. My score about the office policies and anti human, not professional behavior of office manager personal. This is ok to give to people wait in the line, sometimes even for 30 minutes to have the shot ( that takes actually 3min to do), this is ok to make the payment option too complicated : not possible to pay online, not possible to pay in the office when we have a shot ; only by phone that always busy. BUT if you will late for 15 minutes - you can have your shot done and should reschedule the visit. The last time it was super critical for me to have this shot, we planned to go to the vacation ( that I planned according to the shots scheduling of course), and I have explained 10 times that if my daughter will miss this show, she will break the progress she built up until now and we should start almost from the beginning. However, they refused our request to make an exception and give her the shot. The clinic was empty, no people in the waiting line, they argue with me for 30 minutes with only one argument - you late and we have a policy! They forgot probably that they should do the job to make sick people to feel better, this is why they are there and not create a stupide policies! ANTI HUMAN!!!
Miranda Yoon: My daughter and I have been going to central mass allergy for many years, for tests and treatments. We have been very happy with the quality of their care. All their doctors are nice. Their location is convenient, and parking is free with endorsement.
J Stella: Disgusted with their new 2019 policy for billing. I was told by Dawn and Colleen that it’s their policy to bill $75 (for existing “customer”) and $125 (for new “customers”) if the insurance shows you have a deductible. They do not bother to check what applies to the deductible. The office visit, scratch test does not! They then submit the bill to the insurance. If the insurance pays it in full they will refund the extra money back. Takes about 2 weeks.

The receptionist was very helpful in setting up my appointment. I got plenty of reminders for my appointment which is great because I am forgetful. The doctor I saw was very helpful and explained my issues to me thoroughly. Very helpful.

Gladys Arnold: Dr. Thomas Edwards is the best doctor you will ever find. He listens to his patients and sets up good plans that make sense. He is very professional and super smart. He takes action to resolve or in my case do everything he can do to help as a doctor. His manner is fantastic. My case is more complicated than many and he continues to help me in any way he can. Every one in his office is respectful, caring, compassionate and very professional. Many others in the medical field should take pointers from this group. I just wish he did all fields of medicine and I onlyhad to have one doctor it would be Thomas Edwards.

Christine Dowd: I went here for chronic hives. My first appt she said they might be caused by cancer...then says maybe it's a serious disease caused mastocytosis. But i stuck with her for 6 months. After some blood work she gave me 3 options: get a bone marrow biopsy, skin biopsy or "NOTHING"!! Need i say more?!I switched doctors office.My new allergist is great. First appointment he put my mind at ease and reassured me it is not cancer and not mastocytosis. I should sue this place for emotional damage!
kara stump: I moved here from PA where we were seen at Hershey children's hospital. My young daughter has contact food allergies and they would always spend a very long time discussing current recommendations, diet choices, eczema treatments and the important meaning of her skin testing results and what they say about the future. At this office my meeting with the doctor after the testing was like 2 seconds long and I had to hunt the nurse down to ask for an action plan in case of EpiPen use for her school before I left. I mean, that is a basic item that should be given out. I feel like they don't know what's going on in this office. I'll be taking my daughter to Boston for care next visit.
Jessica Peña: Took my nephew here and NEVER again we waited almost an hour to be seen after waiting weeks to get in and some lady I think she was the manager walked in our room without knocking and started talking about other patients with the doctor! While we were STILL in the room which is extremely unprofessional there was also a woman there who looked to be 9 months pregnant who they had running around all over the place I felt so bad for her she looked exhausted and over worked which to me just shows as a "patient" if they aren't willing to take care of their staff and show sympathy for them how are they going to care for patients I won't be coming to this awful place
Jennifer Mallett: We've been going here for 4 years for both my kids. The new doctors here are not great. Impatient, arrogant and they do not listen. One doctor sat there in front of my just turned 9 year old daughter and went on and on about her weight - head slap - I've spent the last week trying to correct the perception he planted. Their scale by the way is OFF by 11lbs not that they will listen to that wither. The nurses and staff are great.I never complain about doctors and am writing this in the hopes that other parents AVOID this place.
Daniel Powers: I called to make an appoint and was told by the answering service at 11am that the office was at lunch, to call back at 12pm. I called back and 12pm and was told they were still at lunch until 1pm and to call back then. So, first of all, off to a bad start because the answering services has no idea what they are talking about. I could also tell the people answering the phone were reading from a script because they both said exactly the same phrase to me to prompt me to call back later. They should know the hours of operation for the business they are answering phone for, including any lunch breaks.Second, I called back and got the receptionist who is not clinically-based I might add calling to make my new patient appointment. She starts asking me medically-based questions about my allergy. I get through my entire 2 year story about the reaction I am having, and I am transferred to a nurse. The nurse interrupts me to basically ask me to get to the point. Sorry, but everything I am telling you is not for my own satisfaction, it's to give you clues in to why I am having the issue I am having. I specifically told her that I had been taking an antihistamine in the past for rhinitis, but after stopping the antihistamine a couple years ago because my rhinitis cleared up, withdrawing from the antihistamine has caused itching and hives. She then tells me it doesn't sounds like an allergy????? She says I need to see a dermatologist???? Seriously? An antihistamine resolves the itching but it's not an allergy? Sorry, but that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard!! My problem is that I can't not be on the antihistamine. If I don't take it, the itching and hives flare up really bad and are unrelenting. I will never call these people again. The nurse was rude, tried rushing me off the phone, and was very pushy and not understanding. I would not recommend starting a relationship with this office.
