Andrew: Sick of waiting hours on end
Nicholas Pheonix: Clean faciltity with friendly staff. Poorly managed. Typically only running 1 lane/ 1 truck at a time. Very typical to sit and wait 2 to 5 hours to get your load off. Often trucks backed up all the way to rte 20. Have personally waited over 9 hours over the course of this week alone here.
Ian Bubble: My favorite part of going to The Wheel is seeing Hope in the scale house. She is the kindest lady anyone could ever meet, and excellent at her job, of which she has done for decades. Drivers truly appreciate her and she makes the long waits to dump worth it. We drivers love her!

Mark Fair: I have been dumping city of worc trash here for about 20 years now, the place is clean on the outside, the inside is a trash burning facility , so it’s expected to be somewhat dumpy inside . the people (that work there) have always been kind & professional, and most importantly approachable if I have any issues. I have 10 yrs before I can retire and I don’t mind this company as a hole to dump my city issued, packet with yellow city bags vehicle . For the remainder of my career
Dakota Lotz: An employee of yours backed into my car in December at the entrance/exit on Route 20 and has been refusing to cooperate with my insurance company. They are now trying to go after me. I need resolve to this ASAP please.

Penelope Gregor: Great place to dump tanks! You do have to back in a bit but totally worth it for a clean and nice place to dump. Gentlemen in the area was super friendly and gave helpful advice when dumping tanks and using their high pressure non-potable water. Thanks for offering this free service!
