Miguel Cepeda: Horrible experience!! At first, all was well. I asked for a custom step hand rail. He came to my home, took measurements, agree on price and design. Took them only a week to built it. Came to install, did so but I noticed the bottom of the rail was not straight, and the end piece would point upward. Aside from that, the paint was horrible as well as the metal finish. Where the end of the rail pointed up, two of the blusters were shorter than the rest. Spoke to Tony, he wanted to give me a $50 discount to forget about it but I declined. I just wanted the job well done. I asked how long it would take to get it fix, he angrily replied, "it would take a month". He said all kinds of things to try getting me to keep the hand rail, but he ended up taking it back. After 3 weeks of not hearing from Tony, I called, spoke with him. He said I could come pick the railing up, he said, he would not install it. He said I could take it, or go find someone else, and start all over. This is just my experience, yours could be satisfactory, but I would use caution.

George Diaz: I own a fabrication shop. We source out part of our work from time to time especially when we do not have certain machinery. I arrived there needing something rolled. There was a gentleman name Johb Desrosiers there when I arrived. He is the shop supervisor and he was in the middle of going over a job with another gentleman. He stopped and came over to me and happily assisted me. This morning at 630 AM, he called me telling me that I could come pick up the job as it was done. He was kind, prompt and very professional.
