I understand that they are busy and I take that under consideration. But at the same time having a truck out for so long makes things very tense for me.I appreciate very much working with Ed Darling. He’s always very responsive and someone I respect and enjoy working with. ALL STATE: Our truck has been in and out of this shop , under warranty they changed the parts that were not under warranty and charged me for that which did not resolve any problem RIP OFF after 6 month these people are just screwing people around , very unprofessional and unacceptable. My truck has been out of work for over 6 months and making payments and insurance on it.Problem is still exist and these people are joke , useless , unprofessional !!!

Johnny Bates: I had a issue with SCR coded out saying truck would derate in a short time I called to see if they could check out with my issue Jessica said they would try but may not be a day or so-this was on 02/08/22 approx 11:00 am I didn’t expect truck would not get looked at for a day or more that afternoon they brought truck in and found out the problem they didn’t have the part so I asked if they could overnight it which they did so on 02/09/22 by 3:00 pm I was up and running everybody here was kind and courteous to me Dave kept me updated and jesica is such a nice young lady and the mechanic I didn’t get his name every body was great and the cost wasn’t as much as I thought it was going to be thank you to everybody for a good experience anytime going into a shop can be scary great job

My husband and I had bought a vehicle from them 3 years ago and we absolutely loved it and the experience we had there, so when looking for a different vehicle we knew we at least had to go check them out. We went in looking for a specific truck that they didn’t have. The owner offered to search for one if we had the time to wait. Which was awesome for him to even offer that to us. We ended up falling in love with a different truck that they already had there and Jen was awesome! She helped us get a loan on the vehicle we really fell in love with when we didn’t even think we could a loan. Let me tell you, she worked very hard to get us into it!! She kept us updated every step of the way and we felt like we had known her forever. I don’t know that I’d go anywhere else in the future. If you’re into business suits and people just looking to make commission off of your sale, then don’t go here.

We bought a SUV from her. The SUV failed inspection 3 times, come to find out from the mechanic that the SUV did not have original transmission and appears that Park Ave Auto replaced the transmission with an old transmission from the Junk Yard. These people are swindlers be careful, we are suing them since they refuse to take their auto back

To me at that price it SHOULD pass and the issues they sold it to him with should be fixed without question.
