Janelle Marie: If I could give this place a Negative Zero, I would, first time coming here because my mom and grandma we’re here & wanted some company, immediately felt uncomfortable and caged in place is super small and UGLY, looks like an old haunted bar from the 19 centuries, bathroom is TINY no space at all and needs to be cleaned, everything in this place wasn’t modern but in fact old and cringy. Sat at the bar to accompany my friend who was drunk (I wasn’t drinking) left my ID in the car, bartender was rude and had an attitude wouldn’t serve my friend because I didn’t give him my ID! I stated I wasn’t drinking he continued to rant on how people like me get the bar shut down! Good it should be shut down with that attitude absolutely disgusting behavior. Gave us less than 5 mins to leave, and that’s exactly what we did i do not recommend this place to anyone in the area please AVOID IT! Bartender didnt deserve a dollar from us or my time to go and grab my ID if i wasnt drinking! You should have security guards at the door if it was that serious. Dealing with people shouldn’t be his job because he is not a people person. This place is trash.

Jeannine Szymczak: Steel and Wire is a very welcome addition to the Worcester bar scene. The vibe is great and very laid back. The beer list offers something for everyone and all of the bartenders make amazing cocktails. It's also cool to see so many non-alcoholic options as well. Lots of great live music with an expanded stage area for the bands. I love the fact that there is a tv set up so you can see the band even when you are on the other side of the bar. The patio has been nicely spruced up from the Nick's version and it's a fun spot to watch the Polar Park fireworks on a Friday night in the summer.

Michelle Hippert: If your looking for a fun night out this is the place you want to visit! The drinks are top notch! They have a little bit of everything. Love the history of this bar and the fact that they filmed part of American Hustle here with one of my favorite actresses Jennifer Lawrence is a plus! If your looking for a cool vibe this is the place to visit!! Also a plus the owners know how to make a great cocktail!
Nicole Belanger: It’s fantastic to have a true cocktail lounge in Worcester. The atmosphere is comfortable and cool, the cocktails are creative, the draft beer is cold and the music sounds great. I love the decor too! Highly recommend this spot for a date night or drinks after work, you won’t be disappointed!

Kyle Blanchette: If you want that gritty rock bar atmosphere with out feeling unwelcome? This is the place to go. Great no BS burgers, Super friendly and welcoming staff, great music and thick with character. I highly recommend a visit!

The Fab Forty: This was my first time here, for the Crucifix and Overtime concert. The atmosphere was excellent. It is a cash only bar, but there is an ATM onsite. Stage is upstairs. Bars are in the dining cart, the back room downstairs, and another one upstairs where the concert was. Bathrooms are totally trashed, but I was sort of expecting that. Acoustics are great, very loud excellent place for a concert. It's in a business district, so no neighbors to complain really. This is a "Must experience" type of venue. The parking lot is not the best, so drive slowly as the bumps, will send you flying if you hit them too hard. Drinks were priced rather well for being a concert. beers are in the 5.50 range.

Tim LeBreton: I wish I could do 0 stars. The bartender hannah kicked my friends and i out for no reason. She was extremely rude when checking our IDs and called us “ dirty kids trying to get drinks” even tho we are all 22 and over. This is my first time ever getting kicked out from a bar. She even said “ why would you want to spend your time at Ralph’s” I couldn’t believe it! I hope the owner sees this and fires hannah because she is the rudest person I have ever met and I mean that.

Tristan LaLiberte: I was visiting for the holidays and my friend wanted to go here because it's one of his favorite places. They have a sign that's only state IDs but I figured they'd accept my military ID since it's federal and I had already used it at other bars on Shrewsbury street. Instead the bartender angrily told me "only state IDs. I've never even seen anything like this before" and threw my ID down on the table at me instead of handing it back to me. She then told me I could leave because she couldn't serve me. My friend was very embarrassed after having talked about how much he liked going there and liked the staff. He explained that she was a new bartender and they weren't all like that. Needless to say that's all I needed to know I'd never go back. I've never had that happen to me before. If you don't accept a military ID just say so and hand it back.The bar itself is also very dirty.

Sheila Toro: I've been here a couple of times. Great security, Good vibes , pretty nice bartenders. Only gave it four stars because they paused the Jukebox for the game. Other places i've been to still play music during the game. This place did not. Overall I would still keep going.
Joe Baker II: I'm not a drinker so I paired up a cigar with a diet coke so the bartender didnt charge me for the soda because i bought a cigar from him. The cigar selection was good, atmosphere great, walk in humidor was perfect. If your a drinker the selection of draft beers and hard liquor was phenomenal.

Leigh: Michaels has gone down hill as of recently. This is a place my friends & I frequent (weekly). As of recently the staff is not friendly and appear to be under the influence. The last two times they mischarged our cards. One for $100 and the other for $1,900. They laughed and said sometimes when entering the tip an extra zero may be hit in error- both times was with the bigger woman bartender. It took 45 minutes for them to attempt to figure out. Really disappointed as it used to be a really lovely cigar lounge.

Daniel Cushman: This place had so much potential. Unfortunately, they had the volume up so high for a random movie on cable TV that you had to shout to be heard by the person sitting next to you. People go to a place like this to socialize and they made that tough to do. It was really disappointing that they wouldn't turn down the volume when asked.

Francis A: I’d only been here once about 7 or 8 years ago in a drunken haze with friends. Came back today mid day on a Tuesday and I’m happy I did. Place is amazing. Humidor is well stocked with a great selection of sticks. You actually make your purchase right inside of the humidor which I found super convenient. The bartender was very helpful in making sure I was set with my water and lemon without judgement. Sat all the way in the back alone in the dark and listened to Christmas music and the banter of the patrons out front having a great time. The vibe is great! I’ll be back soon!

Swabarna Mukherjee: A typical boys cave feel. Very masculine decor and feel (wood and cigar) however the gender ratio remains equal. Definitely a great hangout space. Being a smoker myself i did feel they could use one more exhaust to pump out the smoke(after 9PM on a weekend) as it might get stuffy later in the night with more people.The people behind the bar was great andwelcoming. Didnt try their cocktails however they seemed to have a lot of good variety of whiskey.Thats what i had. yeah bourbon in a cigar bar. haha.Overall a cool hangout place esp if u like to smoke (cigars or cigs and they do also have hookah/ shisha). One of the places I try to go to check out some live music(yes thursdays - sundays) and just unwind.
