Carmen Marchany: The garlic bread needed more garlic and butter. The Hawaiian chicken wigs tasted like regular wings. There weren't any sauce on them. The chicken wings were very very tasty. The fries were ok. They do have a special sauce that was very flavorful.
Eathyn Mariscal: They should just stick to making plain cheese pizzas. Oh wait, I remember l found a piece of a green pepper in the end. I feel like every time l get J&J's there's either a mis-communication or they just straight-up messed up, and l don't have a complicated order, either. This time they simply just put the onions and pickles on it. Their pizza's are still very good, though. They just can't get our orders correct. I'm done ordering from here

Devon Ryan: I have been going to j n j for over a year since moving in a nearby neighborhood. The food is a decent price for the quality and they are open late which is convenient. However, I have heard horror stories about the customer service and orders missing items but have always ignored them until this past weekend. I called in a take out order and my sister left to go pick it up but stopped to get gas first. I received a call from the establishment and answered. The man on the other line goes “so are you planning on picking up your food?” I responded yes someone is on the way to pick it up and he goes “Yeah they better be” and hangs up. I checked when I had called to place the order thinking maybe it had been longer than I thought but it had only been 47 minutes and my sister pulled in within 5 minutes later. She comes back only for me to realize I had ordered a 15 piece mozzarella stick that was paid for but was not in the bag. I called the next day to explain what had happened and a different man said “I’m sorry I don’t know what happened but it says we can no longer accept orders from this number and you are blocked. Feel free to order from grub hub or an online 3rd party though” This place has the nerve to block me over a 50 minute PICKUP order when I have waited 2 hours for delivery before and didn’t even give me the food I paid for and still expects me to order from them online to pay extra delivery fees???? An absolute joke. I have worked in the restaurant industry my entire life and have never felt more disrespected. I will be spending my money at other establishments from here on out. Good luck running a successful business with such a lack of respect for your customers.

miss Jae: Call an Italian sub last night asked for it to be toasted it was not and when I got it, the bag was wet thankfully the food wasn’t wet however, the meat was spoiled a taste. It’s so sad where I had to throw the entire thing away and I got mozzarella sticks and those were completely cold and in edible so $17 down the drain won’t be coming here again
Maria Landingham: The 1st thing we politely asked was whether or not they deliver to South Grafton (spoken clearly) & they said yes, and gave us a 45 minute wait. 45 mins later the driver called, she was confused an in a different town. The restaurant then called & said they can't complete the order b/c we were 6.5 miles away. They said "you should've ordered through doordash" in response to us mentioning (in a brief and calm way) that everything around us was then closed. So...2.5 miles over your limit, it was your mistake; and you couldn't even end the call without adding in a little we should've this & we should've that?
