Jon Weisblatt: After calling at 11am to pick a car up that needed to be moved asap, I was told 150 and the driver would arrive between 12 and 5pm. 530pm I called to verify they were coming after waiting and canceling other things and calling another company who was paying the same 150 $ . I proceeded to go with this company. Regardless the car got taken. at last min I was told my house was over an hour drive away... witch it is not its 25 min and that I'd only get 50$ being late and now canceling with the other company I had no option under the circumstances... talking to the manager/owner a few diff times and giving my adress I would think I'd of been told this at beginning. Driver was nice and did his job but once arriving I asked how long it took to get here and was told 20 min... knowing I would only get 50 dollars at the very last min after waiting 5 hours was not in my opinion professional and I'd of gone with the company that stuck to the original price witch is fair. Personally I'm skeptical on the situation on being told 150 from manager/owner to 50 from driver. Yes they got rid of it but unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth on what was told at beginning to being told another at very last min after waiting my day and canceling other company for a reasonable price for the car. Hopefully others wont have this issue

Joseph Mustakangas Sr.: This is the best place by far to scrap your metals. First off, they have 2 separate yards within 100 feet of each other, one for ferrous (light iron, number 1 steel, etc. ) and one for non ferrous (copper, brass, stainless, etc.) The yards are kept super clean, you won't ever have to worry about catching a flat tire from a random nail or any sharp scrap debris. The staff is phenomenal, always coming out and going out of their way to help out, they will take the time to help new customers sort and understand the different grades and materials. The pricing on all materials is always higher than other yards or atleast at the same pricing. Copper pricing here is always tops for the area. They get you in, weighed and paid very quickly. They have a points system incentive where you earn points for all materials you scrap and when you hit a certain point total they give you 50$! You definitely will be happy with Minichiello Bros. Scrap It. They also have locations in Everett and Keene, NH. The facility manager in Worcester is amazing, she is always on site and always outgoing with all customers. I definitely wouldn't bring my scrap anywhere else. Plus they are open on Saturdays from 7am to 12pm. Number one scrap metal recycling facility in central Mass by far!
