However, during the entire interview she would talk over me, ask questions that had nothing to do with anything I was saying, and wouldnt let me finish any sentence I started. I was raw from the firing so I thought maybe it was me.A few days later I get an email from Vanita stating that they would not go forward with my "discrimination case". I obviously replied back that not once in my request for a consultation nor during the interview, did I state I was seeking a discrimination lawsuit and to have someone who would listen call me. Of course, Vanita tried to call back and asked me to call her.TLDR Do not go here if the only person who will talk to you is Vanita. She does not listen, nor apparently can read. She will make up her own mind on what type of case you are asking for and then send the info to the wrong people.
