The love it, and its proudly displayed at the end of their driveway. The post was loaded right into the back of my truck and Pat helped make sure it was secured and wouldn't move. They gave me some advice on how to install it without frost heaves moving it around in the winter and off I went. It took less than an hour.As a team member the Camosse family is extremely friendly and caring. As a new team member they take the time to bring you up to speed on everything in the shop. If you ask a stupid question, you'll get an answer. If you make a mistake they'll help you fix it.Shoutout to Jay and Chris, thank you for everything. My mom was so excited to come here because she had heard from her friends about their asian pear trees and how well they do. She asked me to drive her first thing in the morning. She was inquiring to the lady at the desk about the discount because it was different than what she was told from a different younger employee. The older lady, I assume owner, YELLED at my mom for asking a few times. I've never seen someone YELL at her for trying to buy something. I don't care that the price was different because we would have paid for it anyways (and we did) but that does NOT give you a right to SCREAM at people. If you have that little patience for a customer, you really should not be running a business, sorry. I'm honestly still a little shaken up from it.

I bought a handful of plants I have not seen around other local stores. Also they do have nice outdoor trees - we bought a dogwood last year and it is beautiful. Every year we buy a hanging, flowering plant for the porch and it lasts at least 3 months. Francine and her husband are very nice and helpful.

r mrtee: I Read the reviews and hoped for a good experience. We Asked how much beach rocks were And he told us $50 for a 5 gallon bucket full. Once the rocks were picked out put in the car the price jumped to 58 plus change. Then I was told he gave my wife and I an about price. We both know what he said. I Feel cheated so just beware pay in advance. If wife had not taken care to get the rocks she wanted as they were marginal at best for our needs I would have gotten my money back.

The location manager John Cummings and his co worker (Jay?) were, simply put, exceptional! At every step of the way, they both offered advice and consult to ensure the job was done correctly. They provided a sample walkway design, (which I used), hand selected the stones I preferred, loaded and delivered them on a date, time and location that suited my schedule, helped me out in the middle of the project when I had questions, accepted returns I didn't need, and produced accurate bills - all with genuine care for utmost customer satisfaction.I seldom take the time to write reviews but this is much deserved! These two gentlemen are what make Landscape Depot Westboro, MA a success!

These are guys you'd want to have a beer with who possess and gladly share valuable knowledge of products and industry best practices through real life stories and examples that keep you curious and help you make important decisions.A specific example of that professionalism is that talking with Dave Jackson of SS staff has helped us make significant improvements to our initial design. He simply pointed out a few products that were a better match for our specific needs. Dave went above and beyond to explain options and provide pictures of products to save us another trip. All of this with no sales pressure of any kind whatsoever. It felt more like talking to a friend who wants your project to succeed.At the time of delivery PH (his real name is Paul and he is in charge of delivery) has gracefully maneuvered the pallets into place taking extra care to avoid objects and ensure the placement exactly where we planned it.
