DanMcdrty: Always clean facilities and friendly staff. Only thing that bugs me is there is no TV or anything to try and kill time. Also wish people would control their kids while they are there, most of them are to busy talking on the phone to watch their children but thats not Eco Laundry's fault.

Mind you the lights went out right at dark and although they have cameras NO ONE CAME. I had to call and tell them the lights were out for hours!!! This is unacceptable and so is. Sara Laferriere: It has free dryers... But half of them didn't work. One of the employees is very very serious about the dryer settings. I've been coming here for a lot of years and had sort of weird experiences every now and then. But I'm still coming here so I guess that says something. It's open 24 hours. There's a bathroom but you have to carry up giant paddle board to use it. The bathroom has dungeon vibes. Worcester dungeon. It would be nice if there was a way to drop the doors open so that they didn't always smash into the women carrying three bags on her shoulders. I saw a 6-month-old baby eating fried chicken here one time.

Bev Peña: Plus: It's a clean laundromat, 98% of the machines are in working order, free drying when you wash here. The staff is very nice. Plenty of folding space and carts during the weekdays. Not so much on weekends.Cons: You have to purchase a laundry card ($3) and load it, I guess it's better than carrying around a bunch of quarters. Management needs to enforce a limit on the amount of dryers someone uses and carts they take up. People use up 10 dryers at a time! Some people put their personal items/laundry baskets/laundry products in carts while they wait for their clothes but not enough left for people that need them at the moment.

Amanda Sullivan: I’m very disappointed in my experience going here. My dryer caught on FIRE a couple days ago at this location. The whole mat had to be escorted out until the fire fighters came. All my towels, blankets, and clothes are ruined. This was 90% of my clothing that was ruined and there was no offer for any type of compensation, even for the $50 spent on laundry that day. I was told the dryers weren’t supposed to be on high heat, and there’s “signs” up saying this but these signs are written on pieces of paper that keep getting torn down my people. There should be a huge metal sign up front stating high heat can cause fire. Atleast the high heat option should be completely covered because almost all the people in the mat were using this. This is super dangerous. The employees weren’t able to do anything for me and I get that’s out of there control, but the fact I wasn’t offered anything from higher up and no one is returning my calls makes me extremely upset.
Vicki Silva: The dryers are always full with clothes that are done drying but just sit there, the temp control on driers doesn't work, takes forever to dry anything. Tried to just skip the hassle and dropped off laundry, was told it's be ready in two days. Went to pick it up and had to wait 5 minutes for the woman working to finish her personal phone call....she didn't even greet me just put up a pointer finger and mouthed one minute and pointed to her cell phone. Rude.

Danny Pierre (Living Frugally Large): I was sitting inside the laundromat waiting for my clothes to be dried. All of sudden I see my son’s toy, plush animal, that I just washed and put in a ziplock bag, in another boy’s hands. The boy’s parents said that someone gave their son the toy. Then the boy’s father pointed to Eddy, one of the laundromat’s attendants.Eddy claimed since he didn’t know who the toy belongs to so he decided to give it to the boy.This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was sitting inside the laundromat and my son’s toy was among folded clothes on the table. If you come across something inside the laundromat you should first and foremost ask people around.Giving away something that doesn’t belong to you is STEALING.

Jasmine Alicea: To anyone who's thinking about working here or even just coming here as a customer, don't. The place is very unprofessional. The manager is unprofessional and is unfit for management in many ways. Her staff is even worst. Even if you're just a customer, find a different laundromat. The manager along with her staff choose favorites, therefore if you are not favoritized by them then they do not care about your issues or problems that will occur under their watch. I have watched management flat out tell customers that she doesn't care about their problem and it's not her job to fix it, when in reality it is her job and she's just lazy. Her workers are just as lazy.
Nadia Willette: LaundroMax on Mill St is one of my favorite places to do laundry! They are super friendly and helpful. My favorite employee is Nicole and her husband! They are always so sweet and willing to do anything to make your experience amazing. Today 11/19/22 I came here to do laundry like I always do. Only difference is there was a guy there acting belligerent and rude. He was swearing and being so mean to Nicole, her husband and all the people at the laundromat. Both Nicole and her husband handled themselves with such grace. Never once did they swear, yell or become rude. They tried talking the guy down and offered to even put his clothes in a dryer for him. No matter what they did to try to resolve the issue, the guy got more and more upset. I honestly probably wouldn’t have handled the situation as well as they did. I have to give them huge kudos and shoutout for being fantastic. Keep bringing the smiles to our faces. I appreciate everything they do for me and my family when we are there. It’s always a great experience. If management sees this, please give them a raise and/or praise for bringing fire customer service to your store. You don’t realize what amazing assets you have working for you.

So I started going to the one on chandler street. But today they was closing early. So I came over to mill street to see if they was open & the nice lady Nichole told me yes they open 24/7 Friday Saturday & Sunday & she had this place so clean I was so happy. See people like Nichole make you want to come back. I even told my granddaughter it's so nice & clean in here we staying & wash. Thank you Nichole for having this place so very clean. I'm a happy customer because of you.

Vicki Silva: One of my top 3 laundromats in Worcester. Always clean and the dryer doors actually stay closed, have heat control that works, and dry your laundry quickly (this is a huge issue I have at multiple laundromats around here). Staff is friendly and helpful. Plus there's a dollar tree and grocery store in the same plaza if you want to kill time. Would definitely recommend!

Jessica Cempe: Id give zero stars if possible for this place.When i began using their drop off service, it was same day pickup if dropped off early morning (told to me by a manager). This past dropoff took over 24 hours to get completed, and all i got was "i sorry lady" and an extremely rude manager (name is vanessa or something like that) who openly lied to my face and told me loudly i was rude when i was attempting to explain the situation. If the pickup time isn't going to be same day, those expectations should be outlined clearly, which they were not.Avoid this place at all costs for drop off service!! There are plenty of laundromats in Worcester to go to without having to deal with bad management and no communication (because no Vanessa, you didn't say any of the things you're claiming to have said).

The hours posted claim to be until 10 pm yet I have gone there at 7 and been turned away and told the owners said to close early. If that is the case, post your hours and be honest to the ones who support this business. The other issues are the owners who own many businesses don't seem to want to put the money back into this place. There has been many occasions where 70% of the dryers are broken for months at a time. What a joke!

Ample parking in the rear of the establishment. A coin machine that takes $1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s. Laundry detergent and bleach sold on location. Only complaint would be no where to sit while you're waiting on clothes to finish washing/drying, save for a small bench, fits 2 people on either side.

Joseph Allegra: Have been with this laundromat for 6 years until today when I picked up my laundry the women was complaining about picking up my laundry bag because of too many staples on it and suggested I buy a new one,I brought it to there attention that they were the ones that were stapling receipts to them,for me they have gone down hill starting a couple of months ago I had found ink stains all over my pants and socks and have had to replace all of my clothing not to mention overcharging my card and reembursing me a week later the owner had also was threatening me that they wanted to charge me more money,I would suggest taking your business elsewhere or do your own laundry there service as of today is horrible

Leanne Etre Mcpherson: Some machines don't wash as well as one would expect... I was given the typical response when I mentioned it.... Oh you had more clothes in the machine that's why less water (I paid $6.50 to use a 6 load machine to wash 4 loads, to be certain they were well cleaned) then I saw her manually repair the machine immediate following my load... No refund, no assistance at all in making it right. They care more about making money than retaining a return customer base. It wasn't the teenage girl worker I addressed my complaint to either, but rather the adult woman; who I would expect more from.
T V: I went to go wash my clothes but they dont have enough dryers for everyone so i had to bring my wet clothes home.. Never go on Sundays!!!

Nadia Fleury: Good and clean laundromat. I do my own laundry, so I don't have an issue with the non-English speaking staff members. Staff members are really nice by the way. I am a bit OCD and have to wash my hands after loading the dirty clothes, and they have bathroom for me to do that. They also have a coin machine, which is VERY convenient.
Elaine Theodorou: Business has new owners. I brought my clothes for laundry service. I always separate my colors from whites and place them in separate bags. I picked up my clothes,and when I came home all of my colored clothes were damaged with bleach. They knew my clothes were damaged when then folded them and placed them in the bag but never told me about it. I had to return and try to prove that they damaged my clothes. They refunded my 15 dollars I paid for cleaning. Terrible service. I am sad that the original owner sold. I will look for a new laundry mat. Also, they barely speak English which makes it even harder to communicate with them. They don't have the experience or knowledge to run this business.

Rebecca S: When you go to purchase a card the machine takes your money and doesn't give you a card. The store will give you a credit but can't put it on the card so if you don't use it with 60 days (which was never told to me) you lose it. Oh, and it cant be added onto future loads of laundry because only one card can be put in at a time. You can only purchase laundry items like soap or softener. This is a scam and a racket. This place now has $5 I can never get back.

So today 7pm I went to wash clothes and as I put them in dryer I forgot my dryer sheets in car and so I put clothes in dryer head to car to get dryer sheets and I seen the lady that works there standing near dryers on a stand cleaning in direction I put my clothes in and mind you I go here often I’m a regular so she knows me so while I’m in my car looking for my dryers sheets I come in and my clothes is gone and she said she seen nothing but the way she said it told me she did and just watch them take it

Nat: This is a good clean laundromat with fair prices and lots of places to sit while you wait. Only thing is they say it’s free to dry but it’s actually 25 cents per load. Not the end of the world but false advertising.
