Brian Jones: Caola Equipment is my go to snowblower and lawnmower repair shop. I've purchased all my Ariens snowblowers and Toro Lawnmowers from them and have always been happy with their prices. Worcester County Lawnmower Services: what do users think?
Phil Johnson: Great service
Sean Semo: Great service at a reasonable price! Used my riding mower the day it was dropped back off at my house and it ran perfectly.
Kevin Feen: I brought a chain saw in for repair when it was ready was in hospital. Been trying every month for almost a year and he never returned my messages. Had to finally call from wife’s phone and he answers saying it’s a 14$ a week storage. $800 for a saw that cost $200. Don’t ever do business with them again. Too bad I have a lot of equipment.
Candy Lindstrom: Dan does a great job of servicing on small engines, pick up and delivery is a plus.
Karen Wheeler: Dan does excellent work. He has worked on both our lawnmower and snow blower. They have been gone through and repaired. And we get tune ups. Always very happy with the service we get from him!!
Vicki Harris: This place is great! Good service and they do pick up and delivery! Go local!
belford kinney: Best around by far. Worth the drive if you live in a different town to see Dan for sure
Cindy Denson: Wasn't there, but know from past experience they do good work. I was at Private Design, next door, getting my hair done. Love it there.
Martha Kauppinen: Great repair work. Reasonable prices.
Ricky Correa: Awesome place to get your equipment serviced. Purchased a new to me snowblower that sat for about 2 years. Called up this place and they gladly picked it up and dropped it off for a reasonable fee. They went thru everything and and did a full tune up and cleaned up the carb. Snowblower now starts up 1st pull no issues. Definitely will be going here every season to get my snowblower and lawnmowers serviced. Thank you guys, appreciate the great service..
mark giles: Great reliable service every time
Jason Harthan: Fix my equipment fast and professionally. Honest hard-working local Tradesmen. Timely turn around and professional work. Maybe not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

City Power Equipment: what do users think?
Timothy Robbins: They had the part we needed, and it was my first time there, but they have been in business for many years and has a huge clientele
Dale Rio: Excellent service.
Yvonne Raia: They get it done quickly and reasonably priced. Everyone seems to be very knowledgeable and they are always helpful.
matt mcc: I had to drop a mower deck off to be welded. I meant to do it during the winter (mower repair slow season) but the lawn tractor was ice bound in my shed. I expect a 2 to 3 week wait. They had it done in 24 hours. And the cost was more than fair. I will definitely be going back.
John Delisle: Great service on all small engines
Cynthia Kingdon: Mark and his team have kept my older Toro mower going long past its expiration date. Helpful and honest service, reasonably priced. You can't go wrong!
JJ MM: Given wrong fuel line for my saw. Guy at counter didn't seem to care too much.
David Schiedler: City Power Equipment repaired my snow thrower and did a great job. They were friendly and worked around my schedule to do pickup and delivery (for a reasonable fee) in the evening which was very helpful since I don't have a vehicle large enough to haul the thing myself. I will be doing business with them in the future when the need arises.
Michael Augustine: Local business run by longtime area resident. Excellent selection, service and advice. Refreshing to know there are still some honest local businesses to deal with where a customer is treated well and not simply considered a number.
Chris Carlin: No need to go anywhere else for product knowledge, great service and competitive pricing. You get all that at CPE..
Leonard Beaudin: Very friendly and helpful!
James Butler: Picked up a gravley pro stance from this place, amazing machine, cuts grass like a knife in butter! Mark the owner is very knowledgeable and the service is excellent!
paul faford: Great people, always willing to help
nebulonV: These guys saved my life. As down to earth and personable as you could expect from a shop like this. After I SLAMMED my poor Craftsman mower into an unseen large rock in the soil, it just did not run right afterwards. Turns out I broke a flywheel key and destroyed my blade. These guys replaced and installed everything for me PRONTO, even though I didn't need it pronto. And by the by, the price was RIGHT. Trust in these guys, they know what they're doing and won't rape you in the process.
Ron Bernard: I have nothing but good words to say about City Power. The quality of their repair work is excellent, and at a fair price. Even though I might see them just once a year, they always recognize me by my first name. They're readily available to answer questions and offer advice when asked. This is the place to go in Southern Worcester County to purchase new equipment, or to have your winter & summer toys ready to work for you.
Larry Nelson Sr: Quick service. Needed shear pins for my snow blower and they quickly identified what ones I needed and had them in stock.
Geoff Knowlton: City Power was a great place to work with on finding the right equipment for my home! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

146 Supply Center Inc: what do users think?
Jeff Frysinger: Very friendly very helpful and very professional
Michael: I stopped in randomly because tractor supply did not have it when I needed for the repairs I was doing at home, 1st time entering the parts department but I was super impressed and the people were awesome. I needed a couple gasket makers and some gloves. Wish I had some equipment just to do more business with them, I definitely suggest them!
jay allard: Had almost everything I needed ,called had it when I got thereBoom !!!
wayne: Had my tractor serviced at this site. Real long wait forgot to order parts. Plus charged for work not completed.Call talked to three different people. No call back
Alan Donati: Please be aware of the service dept. After sending my John Deere E140 in fir an engine repair they told me it would be $1500 to replace the engine for a unit that only had 30 hours of service. A new E140 is only $1800. And it would be 60 to 90 days to get a replacement. They would be glad to keep the unit with no trade in value. This is as the second time this has happen to me with them. On this latest E140 engine problem, I was able to get a replacement engine installed for $500 which included pick up and delivery. OBTW, the pick up and delivery cost me $200 just to get the unit back from 146 supply. They are a complete rip off. Please be ware!!!
S P: Fools replaced a bad engine on a 2018 1025r. Tank was full when I dropped it off. Empty when it returned and brand new fuel filter was completely clogged. Also my mower deck settings where all screwed up took ,e an hour to re set it. Will never waK in that place again. Oh also the service manager lied to me every time I called.
Laurelle Opler: Fast and efficient service. I arrived a few minutes after closing and they were still willing to help me out. Much appreciated
Jack Murphy: Parts- reasonable. Labor? Be ready to leave an arm and a leg. Never again
Chris S.: while he had been cleared out of the part i needed, was able to quickly identify a substitute and get my snowblower on the road again. Huge thanks to Parts Dept!

Rotti's Power Equipment: what do users think?
stivnan27 Gmail: Lousy
Thomas Bratkon: I Recently had some work done on my Toro walk behind mower. They provided great service, they picked my machine up and dropped it off. Extremely nice to talk to on the phone, which in today's stressful world is difficult for many and I'm sure they are very stressed doing what they do, I appreciate how friendly and nice they were to talk with. All around Great customer service in a crazy busy world. Thank you, Tom
Ernie Q: The best for small engine repair. They do it right the first time and it just works, and in the rare case they can’t fix it they’ll tell you exactly why and not jerk you around.
Anthony Colello: Highly recommend service. Had a 24+ year old snow blower repaired and they went out of way to help and stand behind their work. Already recommended service to neighbors.
Rafan Fortnite: Worst place you can deal with, they estimate to fix my machine for $500 we approved after 2 weeks they call us and told us the machine is ready but the price for the work was $1,500 and they told us they had to do more work, we never approved. Very unprofessional and I feel I was just scammed, I end up pay $1200 and the machine still came with problems.avoid this place.
mags g: Rotti’s is great! The guys there are kind & super helpful. After 5 other places were either too busy or refused to repair smaller tires, Rotti’s said no problem & had it done in an hour. From now on if we need any new equipment or repairs, we are going here.
Marcus Sanchez: Great People!
Peter Morgan: Service was great, quick turnaround, fair pricing. Very courteous. Highly recommend
Rohan Davis: Vary professional an friendly service
E M: Very professional. Great customer service.
Thom Mcgrail: Good people, good service.
Jessica Ferrara: This place is amazing!! First of all, they always answer their phone even when they are super busy. Their customer service level is second to none! They offer pick up and delivery, which is super convenient considering we don't have a truck or trailer to transport our beast of a snowblower. They picked up our snowblower for yearly maintenance and to fix a backfiring issue, and the technician immediately noticed a mouse nest on it...they get it in the shop and those pests did some considerable damage, they basically had to replace everything on the snowblower! When we got it back it was beautiful and clean, it looked brand new! Their billing statement is outlined nicely, very professional, and they included a great color photo of the nest inside! We did have one issue which my husband called about and they assured him it was safe to use and he would be back after the big storm we had to take a look at it...once in the shop again, the owner himself worked on it and noticed something that was missed, and did the work free of charge and got our snowblower right back to us. WOW!! You would be hard pressed to find a company with this level of honesty and customer service; they are truly top notch!
stephen dombrowski: Nice customer service. They pick up my snow blower and delivered it on time expected. Nice and functional. I had a uncommon brand of snow blower.
Yogi McLaughlin: 100% satisfaction.
Henry Eisemann: I broke my new mower going over a very well hidden stump. Rotti's fixed it in a couple weeks and I was back out there. I'm not expert on mower repair costs but I feel like the price was very fair.
James Burke: Positive:Quality,ValueWent here for a blade change, left no more than 5 minutes later with a new blade + he tightened up some loose bolts and screws on the mower. All for a great price.
Pauline Brennan: He is awesome. Everything I have brought to him to fix or tune up has worked great. He is hard working and really honest guy.
Juan Febles: Rottis is the best place to bring your power equipment I Highly recommend 👍
Valciones Garajau: they always do a god job...
elizabeth Chionchio: The gentleman my husband talked to was very nice although we thought he was expensive and decided not to go with Rotti's at this time.
Steve Cormier: Own a construction company, brought equipment other places before, multiple times to have Rotti fix it once never had a problem again. Very reasonable and honest unlike most other shops nearby. I have dropped equipment off one day and had it back the next, because he knew It was needed for my work.

Johnny Miller: No pressure buying, has a good supply of equipment to sell. Will deliver to your home. Always a good experience there. Nice local hometown treat you right kind of place. Give them a try if you need a snow blower, lawn tractor or power tools for your yard.
Tom Jennette: These guys are great. Helped me find the pulley I needed and got me a new bolt to attach it with. Friendly, helpful service. And they gave me a price on a backpack blower that was pretty good too. Will def go back.
Bob Allen: Called regarding a back pack leaf blower. Spoke to Charlie and he directed me to the right one for my application. Picked up today, and Charlie was right. Sold me what I needed. And did not try to upsell me to one that would not work for my application.. Kudo's. Will recommend them to all
Jake A: Cut some fuel line hoses for me today on the spot for my antiquated leaf blower. Bought a brand new trimmer from them this summer. Have found them to be knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous both in person and on the phone in every instance. Many thanks good folk of Quaboag Equipment!
Keith Mullens: I had brought my Rider to them 2months ago and said I heard noises coming from my lifter area, and they said they couldn’t hear anything even after they said they mowed with it a few times , So they installed 2 new plugs that I didn’t need and a air filter, I’ll give them that but my bill was $113 and just got my mower home … 5 mins into cutting my yard the noise came back so I shut off the mower and took off my left Valve cover where the noise came from and We’ll the picture speaks for itself , At this point I feel like I was robbed……Thanks Quaboag Equipment for ur services
marc riel: They have everything
James Gagner: Always friendly & knowledgeable.
Christie George: Nice hometown repair and parts store for small equipment
George Of the jungle: Great service. Epstein didn't kill himself.

Chuck L: Finally was able to walk after surgery and got my mower to Quaboag Equipment. In 10 days after being told a 3 week backlog I got called to pick it up. The small engine repair guy on the flats had left water in the gas tank, installed the wrong spark plug, and folded the carb gasket over so the choke would not function. The mower ran briefly, but quit after minutes of operation. (No wonder) Great service, and timely repair for a usable machine.. I wasted a month for the other clown to do more damage than good..
Jonathan Ferreira: Charlie will help you. Personalized service. Quality equipment.
JJ MM: You are not going to find a more capable or more helpful person anywhere. Thank you for your expertise and friendly service Charlie!
Mark Berry: Friendly service and great equipment.
Russell Moss: See Charlie Wilson.. no need to go anywhere else for sales ,parts and service
