Ginny Pacer: Purchased 16 bollards for our condo association to replace pool lights washed away by hurricane Ian in late 2022. Quality of merchandise is very good. Like another reviewer, I thought the units were US made but later found they were made in China. Delivery was significantly longer than first quoted and received a strange call concerning "customs issues" which took awhile to resolve. Also agreed with previous comment on dimmable issue. Difficulty in dimming was not fully disclosed. Found out when electrician showed up to install. Decided to not use dimmable feature due to complexity and additional cost of installation.Overall very satisfied with customer service and so far happy with appearance and performance of the lights. A very modern and sleek looking lighting fixture.

Mike Brooksby: The quality of the product is great. The lights that were recommended to me for my backyard sport court are beautiful. I also like that the photometric report was included. I also love the dimming capability of the lights. Delivery was NOT timely or as I suspected. I'm not sure where I had the impression the lights were American made, but I thought AF actually manufactured the lights. They do not. China does, and it took 8 weeks almost to the day to receive them. I initially received no shipping updates or even a tracking number with my order. I had to reach out and ask for it. When I received one I was given the incorrect tracking number. The lights I ordered come with a dimming feature. The dimmer required to power these is no ordinary dimmer from Home Depot. It had to be a dimmer to support 1200 watts and have two additional wires apart from the Hot, common, and ground. I didn't know that until it came time to wire the lights together. I had to reach out and get the information from AF. It would have been nice to have the recommended switch before hand. I had to delay my electrician another 2 days in order to wait to receive the necessary switch. The waiting process for the product was painful but the product quality is great and the customer service is good. They're responsive and easy to get a hold of. They just may not give you all the information you need when you start your project.

Instantly it was like daylight!That evening we were blessed with 70 degree weather.We had a celebration and played from 6-9pm.The courts appeared to glow in the night without any light going beyond 2 feet of the fence.Now we wait for warmer weather :)The Club installed the fixtures and saved a fortune.Since the lights are LEDS it's only pennies per day!

Joseph Navon: Access Fixtures provided twelve light post that we had to replace. The old ones were incandescent lighting, and the new ones are LED. I like the quality of the lights and the company offer me lots of technical support since it was our first time, we installed these.

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

andrew pappas: Don't buy appliances here. They won't take them back if defective. You have to deal with a third party for multiple failed repairs. Home Depot is not helpful, not apologetic, and generally useless. Go to a proper appliance store for real service.
