Danielle LeBoeuf: I found this shop on a whim after searching “bra fitting near me” and was pleasantly surprised!! This little shop is situated in a quaint neighborhood in an old house. The decor is immaculate and only rivaled by their size range which I believe goes up to a K (European Size). I was able to book a fitting online and when I arrived Katie was ready and willing to help me. She was very sweet and helped narrow down my size. About 20 minutes into our fitting Stephanie (the owner) popped in to take over for Katie and she was just as amazing! Stephanie really knew her stuff and after asking permission (which I gave) even helped me learn how to adjust myself properly into the bras. She asked questions to help steer me towards the right bras and I never felt judged or uncomfortable! I planned on only buying 1 bra, but instead walked out with 4 and a detergent for washing! I will never be buying bras anywhere else and cannot recommend this place enough. Please please please take some time to go to The O Shop you will not be disappointed!Ps. If you are nervous about the “enjoyment” side I can assure you the items are tactfully placed and not really even on the “bra” side.Sincerely,Someone finally in love with bras

Jess Janousek: Lisa did an excellent job with fitting me! Very congenial and professional. After 3.5 years of wearing ill-fitting nursing bras and finally getting the energy for an hours-long attempt at using Reddit and Amazon for the perfect fit, I was really disappointed to end up with bras that pinched and made marks on me, after wearing one for 12 hours. I can say I finally have support without pain and can't wait to continue trying my new bras out, day by day. The shop is really cute, too. Don't miss it in the sea of residential buildings - it is pretty soon after turning down the street, on the right. Check out the pictures here, before going, so you know what to look for!

Booking a fitting was so easy online. I met with Katie who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Every style she picked free fit like a glove, and made me feel extremely confident in my skin. Great intimate styles and selection to choose from.
Therese Gleason Carr: I was so happy to discover this gem of a shop right here in Worcester: not only is it lovely inside, but the service, products, and atmosphere are top notch. The owner, Stephanie, was incredibly knowledgable and professional, while also making me feel completely comfortable during my fitting. I was wearing the way wrong bra size, like many of us--but I could never have guessed how off mine was, or how much of a difference the right band and cup size make. Stephanie and Tam were tireless in bringing me bra after bra, each one prettier than the next, till we found three that I loved. I was showered with attention and it was actually a lot of fun. Over a week later, having given all three of my new bras tests drives, I can say all are home runs - comfortable, elegant, and, best of all, functional - bliss! I learned so much about a proper fit for my body and encountered brands I'd not heard of that worked so much better for me than what I had been wearing. I have already recommended this lovely boutique to all my friends and can't wait to go back soon. Thanks, O Shop - we are so lucky to have you in Worcester!

They spent a lot of time with me and made sure that I was comfortable. I left with the perfect fits and styles. If you know the area, you know that finding parking can be difficulty on weekends. No worries, there was a parking lot in the back.
Ashley C: Lisa saved my life. I’ve always had larger breasts and like most women, no idea of what my real size was. For years my only options were a sports bra with zero support, or an old, badly fitting bra with a broken underwire and very minimal support. I’m so glad I finally took the time to get a fitting and that I chose the O Shop, Lisa is so sweet and professional, it took her no more than 5 minutes to take my measurements and start presenting me with options. It was also much more affordable than I was anticipating, the fitting was free and I spent only $70 for the bra, absolutely worth every penny. I will definitely be back!!

Had a decent amount of stuff , wide variety of odd's & ends. Sone selections of this store were really messy & so were really neat & tidy. We "all" got some interesting stuff & left Burlington happy 😊 ! I got a nice Heavy-duty tote - bag with a Gaint Camera 📷 on , as a" Photography 📸 " I had to get that bag ! It was a fantastic price ! I do enjoy shopping at Burlington stores, this store is overall a good store ! The Men's Restroom was so extremely clean , " NOT " messy at all ! That was a blessing to use a clean pubic bathroom. The employees were nice ! I'll definitely go back to our local Burlington store ! Hopefully soon ? Burlington has a lot of unique & unusual stuff here !

Madi Dupont: I rarely do google reviews but I didn’t think finding vibrating panties was going to be some of the best customer service I have ever received. The blonde girl showed me multiple options from varying price ranges, but maximized the sale by highlighting the key features of the higher end products and recommending fun extras. The couple working at the counter were extremely nice, welcoming, and make you feel very comfortable. At the end of the day I ended up walking out spending over double my budget and satisfied with that and the products I received. This interaction has without a doubt swayed me away from online shopping, I will definitely be a loyal customer and recommend this store to all my kinky community friends.

Holly Penney: I was just here yesterday looking to purchase 2 items, I knew what I wanted, just needed help locating the items in the store that would best suit my needs. I asked a store employee for assistance and she told me what I was looking for would be over $150, as if I wouldn’t be able to afford it. As if that wasn’t rude enough, she continued to work replacing items on a shelf and told me that she’d be with me in a minute. She never came to help. I ended up leaving the store. She never moved from her spot. I was the only one in the store at the time. Before leaving I approached her, and she told me again that what I was looking for was expensive. You’d think being a sales associate she’d be more eager to make that sale. I plan on going to Amazing instead to make my purchase, and will not return to your store based on my experience. For the record I was in the store 4/3/2019 around 4pm. The associate was a larger woman with brown hair up in a bun.

Justin H: My absolute favorite shop! Tucked back off the 140 in a small lot, down an inclined driveway. Parking's never an issue and the sign is very clearly marked from the road (great logo).A compact, well-stocked and organized boutique with a clean, intuitive layout. It's very easy to shop here without feeling overwhelmed. You can tell they stock what they swear by and don't just cram the shelves with as many brands as possible like some places.The staff are warm, welcoming, very respectful and fully conversant about all of their products. I've never felt awkward here! They do lovely gift-wrapping, too.I always leave here with a smile on my face. This place is a gem! Check it out.

The vibe is always casual and welcoming, making this a great place for anyone who may feel uncomfortable in other adult stores.

Elaine Grey: The way I was treated from the moment I walked in made me extremely uncomfortable. Throughout my shopping experience the employee became more hostile and rude. I was tempted to leave without getting anything after the employee made a rude condescending comment, but instead I just decided to get what I had come for and leave. However, even as I was leaving the employee made a flip comment. I left regretting I had made the purchase and took the one to come to the store in the first place. One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.
Storm VAN DE WERKEN: One of the WORST adult stores I've ever been to. And the propriotress behaved in a paranoid and rude manner. She intimated that my partner and I might actually try to steal something when in fact we walked in with a bag that held something we were trying to match with an article of clothing. I showed her what was in the bag when I first entered the store. She didn't ask to see it. When we were about to leave she asked to look in the bag. There was nothing in it except what I showed her when we came into the store.Additionally, her store has very little merchandise compared to better known adult stores. Further, the location is inconvenient to get to, not really welcoming and not worth going out of your way for. And lastly, I did not find the owner to be approachable, warm or that knowledgeable.

Everything I picked up I was met with "oh, you don't want that" "you need to see a doctor" "you shouldn't be doing that" or "I won't sell that to girls over 20"... like really???? My husband and I walked out politely but shopped at another store where we felt comfortable and purchased what we needed. This store made me feel uncomfortable, judged, and flawed.To add after the owner commented, again every time I picked up a product I was corrected. Owner was very condescending and apparently didn't want to sell to me. It isn't that hard to let a customer shop without making then feel like crap. I know my body, there is nothing physically wrong with me and I knew exactly what I was looking for. The other store treated me like an honored customer and had the same exact products. I bought there because the treatment was much better.

I am giving them 4 stars because they don't have much variety and compared to online I would think they would carry the more popular items and have more coordinating outfits available to buy. You can order from online in store without having to pay for shipping so that's an added bonus. It also really easy to return merchandise here whether you bought it in store or online.

Rachel Pontbriand: I visited the store on 8/30/21. I got the best help I’ve ever received at a Victoria’s Secret!! I believe the employees name was Skyler (she had pinkish hair). I purchased a bra at another store and intended to return it, since it didn’t fit. Skyler was extremely attentive and enthusiastic helping me find a new bra!! I tried on basically every bra in the store in my size (which isn’t usually many). I was very impressed by her selection and knowledge of the styles, as well as her commitment to helping me. I ended up leaving with two new bras, and one of them is the comfiest I’ve ever worn!!! I usually don’t get to buy a single thing, I was also impressed with the stores stock of 34DDD. I’ve never had so many options before!! I’ll probably come to this VS before any other now, knowing that I’ll get the help I need.
