David Gibson: I needed to get a new blank motorcycle key cut, purchased at a bike dealer cut in Auburn, Massachusetts. They recommended Caola Locksmith in Worcester on Park Avenue. I called them to inquire about cutting this key for my 2016 Honda Africa Twin motorcycle. They questioned me about the blank and for good reason. Security. I told them where I got the blank, and I had a receipt for it's purchase. "No problem" we can cut it for you. When I arrived it was clear this was a state of the art business and I was impressed with the sales technician. He was very polite, friendly, and cut my bike key on a machine connected to the internet, from whick the correct specs were acquired to do the job. And the key started my bike with no problems. Caola Locksmiths is awesome. I recommend them highly.

We needed quite a few Doors re-keyed so I did a little research and asked around, Caola's name kept coming up ...but then , they've been keeping our Worcester community Safe for years . My Mom is in her 90's and often had trouble with her old locks. Jim Shea: Prompt, determine, polite, effective. We had to open two large residential combination safes (we lost track of the combinations). Worcester competitor locksmiths either did not respond to our call or took too long. Caola Locksmith scheduled an appointment the next day. They tried various options and eventually had to drill through very thick steel. It took a return visit. They discussed options with us throughout, the charge was very reasonable. They then repaired one door to bring one safe back to working order. Aloyah Isa: It was a real pleasure doing business with the people at Jerry's. Chris correctly diagnosed my simple car key problem. Just like he and I thought, it was simply a matter of replacing the battery. He also replaced the fob for another key, which had fallen apart, for a reasonable price. This contrasted sharply with what the dealer said I needed ("diagnostics...it may not be the key but the car...", etc., etc.). Sure, call the dealer first if you want, but then go to Jerry's for your reasonable fix and plain human decency.

Because they don't have specific blank key they told me to order from dialership, bring here and they have apsolutely no problem to cut the spare key.So, today I called and told them I got a new blank key from dealer. They told me very straight "we can't do that job". gerrin boyce: I have nothing but good things to say about Premiere Locksmith. I had a 2010 Volvo that I lost my only key too and the dealer wanted outrageous money to make new keys. Not many lock locksmiths make keys for Volvo’s, maybe two in the state. Nick was the gentleman that handled my call, the entire process was worry free and the communication great. Luis Perez: I reached out on a Saturday early afternoon and by late afternoon my daughter’s Lexus R450 hybrid, had a spare key made to keep for emergencies, new programmed key fob, and a new cut key for inside the fob. My daughter awoke to find her car had locked completely overnight and her cheap aftermarket fob (that came with the car when bought used) stopped working after giving her so much trouble. For $275 the locksmith drove from Auburn to Southbridge and pretty much saved the day! I will be forever grateful for the promptness and professional work completed. Nick came that same day (even though it was Saturday), opened my car, and made a new key for me. I could not be more grateful! It was also a real OEM fob key, so I don’t need to pay for the lost key when I return the car to the dealer when the lease is over.

Maclynn Saffron: It was 7pm Thursday my businesses main door key panel fried. Friday morning when everyone showed up to work was going to be a disaster. I called Premiere Lock Smith right away and Nick said "I'll be there at 8pm. He showed up as he said he would, and got right to work. Talking to Nick and watching him work seemed not to slow his roll at all. He was able to fix the actuall door lock that hadn't worked since prehistoric times, cut me 13 keys without skipping a beat, and provide me a game plan for my deep fried key panel. Nick was such a nice down to earth guy, he really knows what he's doing when it comes to his profession. I will absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone who needs a reliable lock smith in there black book of contractors.

Tina Hood: I called some locksmiths to have six locks re-keyed/replaced and keyed to a master today. I was being told it would take anywhere from 3 days to a week for any appointment. I finally called Alans Locksmith and was given a same day appointment.Tony and Michael were friendly, courteous, professional, and beyond helpful. After they had already finished installing two locks, I told them I didn't like the brass color and would it be too much trouble to change it. Both men were so nice about the change, that I was amazed. They did all their work with a smile *and* they didn't mind me hanging around asking questions.Before leaving, I asked if they could take a look at another lock I was having trouble with. Previous locksmiths would tell us that that particular lock was always going to be a problem, and that we had to close the door a certain way and jiggle the door to make certain the door locked correctly so the spring wouldn't break again.Tony and Michael explained what was going on with it and actually made a repair so that it's no longer necessary to close the door a certain way and jiggle the door. Now it works like a normal door.The fact that they gave me a same day appointment was great, but the customer service was phenomenal. Initially I called another locksmith and they told me that the only company that they knew of in the area that could help was Alan's/keys r us.I previously called the dealership for a price quote and the guy I spoke with at Alan's quoted me half the price of the dealer (hundreds of dollars cheaper... not including the cost of towing the car to the dealer).When a competitor respects you enough to recommend your company, it speaks volumes about your reputation. (It also doesn't hurt that it was much cheaper than the dealer)

So then we live 19 miles away so we are out of their "free" delivery area. 19 miles really what are you a pizza delivery place? So because of that they want to charge us $15.00 for every 3 miles they have to travel. SO needless to say Rocky's Ace lost a $2000.00 sale that day. Horrible customer service.

Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.
Hector Jinx: Great service from Raphael from i believe he said mst department if that's a thing. He definitely went out his way to help me find everything i needed. He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were
ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

The first place my girl called not only pretty much ignored her, but the guy sounded bored by her questions and then she got "disconnected" so instead of calling back, she called these guys and was very impressed. She has an old steamer trunk that has a lock but no key and she needed a key because she uses the trunk for her horses tack and wanted it secure at the boarding facility her horse is at. As soon as she described the lock, the gentleman on the phone knew what she was talking about and told her to take the lock off and drop it off. He called us in a few days and we went and picked up the key and lock and she was SUPER impressed and happy with the quality of service and how fast the turnover was. He had to literally make the key for this lock. We are so very grateful and HIGHLY recommend them and will be calling them for any future needs.
