Jim Savage: We suffered a water loss due to frozen burst pipes causing extensive damage to our home in Worcester, MA which is listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. The home was built in 1853 for a prominent Worcester industrialist and featured extensive original ornate woodwork and floors that were badly damaged. We were in Florida on a winter break and knew we needed help to manage the large and complex claims process for a loss of our type. After doing a lot of research regarding public adjusters and interviewing them, we chose Silverstein Public Adjuster to work with our insurance company on our behalf. Lee worked tirelessly arranging for necessary mitigation to prevent further damage monitoring the house daily in our absence and coordinated a creative out of the box solution to heat the affected areas with temporary baseboard heaters which the insurance company agreed to pay for while always providing updates to us and things progressed every day. Lee met with woodwork experts and obtained detailed sub-bid to recreate the ornate woodwork and floors which he incorporated into his repair estimate. l rubin: I gave this a 1 star due to it not posting without it... I give it 0 stars!!Michael avoided me for over a year to finish my claim. He claimed that paper work was submitted 3 times, then stated that he never had paperwork for me. He couldn't get his story straight. Once I brought my lawyer into the mix he sent me a text with a screenshot of his emails to my ins company and said everything was almost all set. Within that same month I got copied on an email he sent to my ins company saying that I refused to do business with him and that he is no longer representing me. I found out from my Ins company that he had behaved the same way with them for months. NOW 16 months after my fire I am still without help. Do not trust this man, I am still fighting this.
