I give the information about my vehicle, and it narrows the search to make my shopping faster and easier.This location was phenomenal. The cashier helped me find brake lights for my car, and I have no knowledge of how to change them. The guy was extremely nice and helped me change both of my brake lights.I wouldn't have been able to do it because I didn't have a socket wrench to unscrew the bolts.I'm very thankful for the cashier going above and beyond to help me with my car. I hope he gets a promotion or bonus or something. Workers like that are hard to come by.

Then they were no help at all when it came to identifying a part in my car they wouldn't even come outside and look. I'd stay away from this place.

They always have what you need and if not their call the other local Auto Zones until they find what you are looking for. And to top things off, very knowledgeable. Do choose your locations carefully because certain locations are rough around the professional edges and come off bothered and rude.

Kayley Markvenas: I don’t know who was working at 8 o’clock March 23rd 2022 at the grafton street shop because the girl didn’t bother to tell me. I had tried to call about a question that she could’ve been way MORE IMFORMATIVE about it and was giving an unwanted amount of attitude for working in customer service. When I had asked her what was her name and who her a manger was- she instantly hung up on me. So I tried to reach out countless of times and she just had kept hanging up on me. Then she had picked up a call and said you’re “harassing me and I already spoke to the district manager”. She had also stated that she was the manager to the shop and then turned around and said “why do you want to speak to the manager”. If I could be reached at this email that would be great. I have NEVER in my life encountered such pour customer service.
