Jamal Debrosse: As of 4/22/23 They need more employees. The place is a great place and the service is good, but slow. Thats due to the lack of workers. They work very hard too.

Leandra Ninobla: They have more things here than just bowling. They have an arcade, a bar, food, and live music some times. We got the hotdog meal, and it was pretty good.

Stephen Williams: Sat for over an hour at trivia night without being serviced. Was not offered water menuses anything finally left after an hour. Trivia is fun but the service is awful.

Oscar Del: 8 of us went here, we start with arcades and go on a waitlist for bowling, fine but the arcades are mostly down for repair and not many options, website makes it seem they have many and good ones, we go to do the bowling and only 3 adults and the 4 kids are playing, we did 1 lane because no need for 2, the couch they have for every lane fits like 4 people, we had to use chairs from the tables, the bowling pins are on some string that just didn't sit well with me since the price we paid was close to $200 for 2 games, Lasertag was closed and the food was OK, Music is way too loud, couldn't hear my other guests

Daniel Ajoue Jr.: If you are going for bowling it is fun! Do not use the arcade though! The games were broken, and the machines were eating our points. When we brought this up to the manager she was nasty and did not return our money for broken games. I wish I had a way to report the manager but the business does not make it easy to do such a thing. It’s a shame because I can guarantee upper management does not know that their machines are scamming people and that their manager is a complete and utter miserable gremlin. There was an employee working the counter (male with beard) that was wicked, nice and helpful but the manager curb stomped his generosity.

Was going okay until we were waiting to exchange our tickets for four minutes before nine and they came out at nine and told us that they couldn’t do it and that they were closed. They then proceeded to give us attitude and subsequently ruined my friends birthday. I am commenting only on the short blonde woman because she was the one who committed this atrocity.

Kat: Game room and bowling was fun, but need to work on the service alot better. Got moved to another lane our drinks got serviced to another family, didn't receive our refill drinks. Our waitress never came back amd got track down to accused us for stealing

PriceUS4life: A chill bowling alley that offers food & drink. Music selection is mostly throwbacks. Good enough time & place to swing by every once in awhile

Lucca: Great place. Went there about 2-3 weeks ago for a birthday party and it was the best day of the month. Nice workers, variety of games is big. Would recommend.

robert owusu boateng: Awesome place they have a lot of games out there with live music. Their prices are great compared to some locations in the area. The wait time for bowling is a little longer so it’ll be better to plan ahead and scheduling can only be done 2 days ahead .

Christopher Grady: My wife and I took our 6 year old to bowl on a Sunday night around 6pm. All the lanes were filled up but we were 2nd on the wait-list and told it would take around 20-30 minutes. My wife had been there pretty recently and said the food took forever and was not good so we decided to run across the street and get McDonalds. We came back at the 30 min mark, more than half the lanes were empty and we were still 2nd on the wait-list. We let our daughter play some games in the arcade figuring we would be called any minute. At the 60 minute mark and after seeing a group behind us on the wait-list get helped I asked how much longer it was going to take, we were then assigned a lane. We get up to the lane and it was full of dirty plates and cups from the previous group. The bowling itself was fine. The only complaint was one time my daughter got a strike but it said she only knocked down 9. We also never had a waiter or waitress come up and ask if we wanted anything (not that we would have but they don't know that). The next time I go bowling I will purposely drive out of the way of Pinz and avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it 0 stars I would

Makayla Melanson: I don’t know who the guy with the beard is (manager maybe) but he came out and screamed at us for us just practicing throws before the pins came down. Which at no point did we think this would be that serious. And he came screaming at us, swearing and all. A friend of the family owns PINZ and they will hear about this. Very disappointing.

Derek Murray: Wasn't the best. Waited 30 min for drink and menus. We were one of 4 parties at the bar area. Then we placed our whole order apps and entrées. Food came out cold and under cooked. This was the worst experience I've had here and we've been coming since they opened. New management would be the best bet. Also more staff. Poor management all together.
