Joseph Bagnell: Went and had a jacket and zip-up sweatshirt zippers replaced. He looked both over to see how much it would be and told me $45.00 for each. $90.00 for both. He wrote it down on the slips. Told me a month and they'd call. Almost two months later I get the call. I understand they must be busy and not many of these shops around. Went and picked it up and the $90.00 was scratched off and it was now $100.00. I looked it over quickly and the elastic string that you can tighten up around your waist on the jacket was broken. He fixed that. That week while I was wearing it I found 3 or 4 places on the side of the zipper tracks that weren't sewn. Went back and he fixed those. The sweatshirt is fine but the jacket had a few problems. I know he's busy but takes your time, look over the jacket to make sure it's done properly before you call the customer to tell them it's all set.

Paul Alabi: I dropped 4 shoes here for polish and also repair. The customer service isn’t the best at all. The woman there wasn’t nice and spoke to me sometimes like I wasn’t paying for the service but getting it for free when I made comments about the outcome. Her voice was on the high side and angry when giving me a response as to why the quality of the work is lower than I thought.When I came to pick up my shoes, I wasn’t impressed with the polishing of my black Oxford shoes, but the suede and the other shoes were polished just about good. Not a great service or quality overall. I would have preferred to pay a higher price and get a great result.Definitely not coming back!

Jacob Koivula: Brought my work boots here to be resoled. They were done unusually fast and the cement holding the sole on gave out within 2 weeks and the soles on both boots fell completely off. The soles were also a grossly different color making for the ugliest looking outsole I have ever seen, on a pair of 300 dollar boots. Do not go here.

Paul Halloran: I recently bought a vintage Coach bag. The bag's original hang tag had come apart. When I took it to the Coach store they actually advised against sending it out to their workshop. They said the workshop wouldn't be able to fix it as well as taking it to a local cobbler. After doing some research I found Central Shoe Services. Paul fixed it right away and free of charge.
