Patrick Beron: We used Massad Movers recently to move from Westborough, MA to Newport, RI and we couldn't be happier with the crews that packed and moved us within 48 hours. Kris, Russell, Sean, Eric and Joe were incredible to work with! On move day, conditions were not ideal as it rained hard the entire day, both moving out and then moving in. The Crew parked the trucks close to both houses to minimize the rain would have on our belongings. These guys were as cohesive a Team as any I've seen in my Life. The were so professional, courteous, humorous and HARD WORKING!! They were in constant motion the entire day and finished up at 7:30pm. Since we are renting through June of next year, we plan on using them again when we move into our new home in Newport. You can't go wrong with Massad Movers!

We took a quick tour of the house we were moving from and the men got right to work. We were moving from Worcester, MA to Hyannis, MA all in a day. We were packed and on the road to Hyannis by 11:30 AM. The men started unloading the truck and they were still smiling and still polite. If they were unsure of something they would ask questions. There pace never slowed down even though it was a hot day. These three men worked as a team all day. They left us at 5:30 and all three were still smiling. Great job guys, you truly made our moving day a pleasure.

She said she couldn't understand me. I kept repeating myself, and she kept saying the same thing - "I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU" in this mocking tone too. Absolutely unbelievable. I don't care about even using this place, but if there's anything I have to say to you guys, get this woman to an Alcoholics Anonymous! Sheesh...

Rena Cassavant: Very Poorly organized !!! Came 4hours early insisting we had no other option, then they only put all our furniture and belongings into a storage shed holding onto it for a week before even beginning it on its journey from MA to TX. I had to mail boxes to TX personally that they never took that day as was planned! Their coming early only to store our stuff in their own warehouse for a week, forced us to stay in a motel in MA 2 additional nights b4 our home closed in Dudley, and it then forced us to stay in a Texas hotel 7 nights awaiting it to reach TX. In Addition to their very poor planning for picking up and sending off our furniture, we have been discovering on an ongoing basis, to our dismay, that MANY ITEMS are missing, some that were significant attachments to important equipment and furniture as well as numerous totes filled with valuable belongings. They were lost either in the warehouse where they were stored for over a week(odd they pushed us out of our home in such an inconvenient hectic manner without any consideration for we movers paying the expense😣 only to store them so long) or the items got mixed up on truck coming to TX which was moving 2 other families. VERY POOR ORGANIZATION , NOT CONSIDERATE OF ITS CUSTOMERS, THE OUT OF STATE BEKINS MOVERS BLAMING THE MA LIBERTY MOVERS ETC.(we had been promised they coordinate well .......that was not evident!!! ) I would NEVER RECOMMEND LIBERTY/ BEKINS TO ANYONE MOVING ACROSS NUMEROUS STATES. THEY DON'T HAVE THE ORGANIZATION NOR THE CARING ATTITUDE TO MAKE IT GO SMOOTHLY FOR THE CUSTOMER. WILL BE CALLING THEM Both MondayTO REPORT THE Missing ITEMS. WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW THEY RESPOND!!! Hopefully they may right their wrongs!!!
