Len Poulin: St. Pierre Chain and wire rope have been there for a long time and are well known for their chains, and wire rope. But who knew they would have a heavy duty roller chain link for the boom swing on my backhoe! It would otherwise have taken a month to get the part from the dealer. My machine was back on the job the same day. So glad I called St. Pierre Chain. The people there are 100% focused on helping you, the customer.
Tim Murphy: Awesome place for any rigging wire rope. A must for any tow guy who anyone who uses trailers
Christopher Delarda: So if run tire chains this is by far the best place around. they custom make any chains to order. I was sick of sliding around in my 2wd backhoe. Its well worth the trip. They were less expensive than chains that I found on line, and much heavier chain. The sales staff takes the time to explain the differences between theirs and competitors and proper way to tighten and place the chains on your equipment. Best part all chains and parts MADE IN THE USA!

Cuban E V13: Sent my driver here for pickup. People in the office don’t know what a pickup # even is. The people loading don’t know what the weight of their own equipment is. Driver is expected to know their inventory like he has access to their system. Just clueless people all around.

David Webb: From my first phone call to item pickup, customer service was friendly and excellent. Prices are definitely designed to make you jump to take things for longer, but sales people aren’t pushy. Will definitely go here for any equipment rental needs in the future.

Carl Kirker-Head: I booked my equipment online over the weekend at a quoted online special price which I reserved with a c/c. I then received an email confirmation that charged me $200 more than the online quote. I called the 24/7 line and the agent tried to speak with their on-duty weekend person - no answer. And when I called before picking up on the Monday morning I was told that they did not have that equipment in stock. Very polite folks but a dysfunctional reservation service.
