JMS WeeklyHD: At Mercedes Shrewsbury I went in at the age of 17 trying to get finance on a car, I was greeted by Sales Executive Nick Parr who helped me through the attempts to get the finance and was very helpful in explaining everything to do with the car and all of the benefits, he tried everything he could to try get me the finance but unfortunately due to my age was unable to get it but he is remaining to stay helpful and still offering assistance for the future on how we can progress and get me the car I want.

Brett Murphy Hunt: This is our fourth Mercedes purchase.I worked with Arthur Gordon and Tonia Backstrom who took great care of me. The car buying experience was nothing short of outstanding.There are no airs at this dealership, which I found remarkably different from the two other Mercedes dealerships that we have dealt with in the past.I, myself, started the process guns ablazin', if you will, only to realize that I really didn't need to put on that persona (you know, the guard-up style we are all used when working with car salespeople). Instead, I quickly realized I was dealing with normal, kind people—truly exceptional. (It was actually kind of weird at first, lol. Like, "Wait, you guys aren't like that?!")My husband's last car cost triple what my recent purchase did, and he didn't get nearly the level of extras and detail extended to me by Arthur. It's the little things, and they get that.I really felt comfortable, and I can definitely say I will only be going to this dealership for future maintenance and car purchases. (Oh, they will pick up/drop off your car anywhere if you go to them for maintenance! Bought a certified pre-owned car here recently and Arthur (Art) Gordon and the entire sales staff were easy to work with, professional, and fair.The price was good, there was no wasted time on back-and-forth negotiations or pushy tactics, and the car was exactly as described online. They had the car cleaned and serviced when we went to pick it up, as well as all the paperwork completed without any surpises or glitches. True professionals!The staff clearly has worked together for a bit of time and you get the sense that they are a "work family" and know how to collaborate to deliver outstanding results for their customers. Truly, they made buying a new car a pleasure. That's how it should be done. Can't recommend Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury and Art Gordon (in sales) enough!

Also needed some wipers. charged me almost $1200 with almost $900 of it labor. supposedly took 4 hours to change 6 plugs for almost $600 of labor. blamed it on lousy design of Mercedes. Taking advantage of people via labor cost. This place is a rip off. Stay away!Service manager Lance Mitchell and Kihn Shaw awful to work with. Go to a different dealer.I give them zero if I could. Clearly making money off inflated labor charges

Jatnna Medina: I’ll rate this experience because I have gotten both good and bad past experiences from Harr themselves from buying the vehicle to forgetting that no matter what they (salesperson says) look at the contract and ASK THEM TO SHOW YOU WHERE IN THE CONTRACT IT SAYS IT if they can’t find it DONT BELIEVE THEM- that goes for any not just Harr) because they like to include stuff that isn’t exactly in the contract and once you bring it up memory loss plays a big role.Anyways, I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service as the Jeep for service wasn’t bad it started out busy but that’s understandable. I was supposed to have tires rotations & after I dropped off the car I was told that I could have tire rotations because the tires were bad. I tried to change two tires out of four because that what I currently could do and was told no that they couldn’t it needed to be all four tires. I texted then to forget the oil change because it was useless I was doing it but I didn’t need it because I had already gotten an oil change about 1-2 months before. Oil change was still done (because I don’t know the time it was done in not going to hold it against them) paid $93 for an oil change might have paid less if done elsewhere and especially since I didn’t need one at the time (again not there fault but in my opinion if they see that it didn’t need one might as well say something like hey what you actually don’t need one). The do have a nice customer waiting area and they do offer to take you back to home and or work as long as it is in a certain range of the dealership so I’ve been told. The place was nice and neat and they do also offer light coffee/hot chocolate/water and snacks in the waiting room which is pretty nice.
Susan Trumbetti: Went to their free carwash when you buy a car there you get 2 years free oil changes and lifetime car washes. Plus when they do an oil change you get a free lunch from Panera bread. I bought two new cars from there.
Roger Leblanc: When they sell you a car. Don't purchase their maintenance plan. Waist . Takes a month to get a hold of service. Online appointment service sucks. Gotta put Vin in. Who has that on them. And I tried to use the car wash today. With my Harr "Wash Card" 12 cars in line. I may never use it. Waist. But service women was great. Squeezed me in early.

Automaniac: Over all it's a great Dealership. Don't waste the 2k or 3k on extended warranty. The odds of those kinds of repairs in the warranty period are slim to none and it's why they make a ton of money on them. Pure profit for HARR. I will say they gave us excellent customer service over all.

Adonay Resom: WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.
Alexa Brandenberg: Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That’s not cheap.It looks like they didn’t use a new part or they didn’t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.

When I checked on it they always said it was being worked on and the needed repairs would be completed. All LIES! Then they told me they would take it back and return my money, lies again. Shopping for a vehicle can be an awful process but they made everything go smoothly. I love the car I purchased from them. They gave me 30 days to bring it back if there were any issues. My mechanic found 2 very minor things that could be improved and they fixed them for me free of charge. Happy to be supporting a small business!

J P: Sold me a truck In the winter with a broken a/c condenser didn’t know untill my mechanic said something that it wasn’t even connected to anything and by then my warranty expired. Just be carful with them make sure you bring a mechanic or somebody who knows cars with you! They WILL TRY AND SNEAK things by you!!!!!!
