Karen Pelletier: I worked with Joe and his team on a 30 second, 15 second and 5 second version of a tv commercial. The end product was amazing and it really came from his vision, passion and pride. He wrote the script which I did not expect him to do--it was better than my own team would have written (for the product that WE sell). Regina Ye: the video was ok, but the fact that the team raised the price by $1300 (was gonna be more) a week before the shooting and we had to change the contract four times because of typos or this and that, made me question if Jed do this many times and to other clients as well. We eventually had our video done, but with a price almost double our initial thumbtack quote.

Marianne Langevin: This is supposed to be a local newspaper however I don’t really think that they’re seriously covering much news about local students. My son William Canty broke six Grafton high school track and field records went to college and broke two Westfield state university track and field records. He was an all American all academic national Decathalete. In his senior year in college he was honored with the highest award given out to athletes at Westfield State University . Never once did the Grafton newspaper mention him. He struggled in high school with dyslexia and ADHD but went on to college to have the highest gpa in his major for 3 yrs. I guess to make the news in Grafton you have to be a town insider that’s pretty sad. I used to get this newspaper but no longer.
