UMass Chan Medical School: what do users think?
Melissa Hutchins: brought my 7 year old to the ER Christmas morning. everyone was so kind and professional, from the doctors to the valets.
Makieu F E A Rhida: Great school
Richard Hill: Excellent care and caring staff
Sarada: Located on Worcester it’s a big spread out complex with multiple buildings. A bit confusing to navigate their way for newcomers. That’s understandable since it’s a huge complex.Well maintained hospital. Doctors nurses and the staff are helpful and professional.Though it could be a little more neater especially the elevators leading to the building that had the CCU. It is dusty and looks like nobody cleans it.Apart from couple of things here and there overall it is a pretty good place.
Vicky Robidoux: The medical staff is great and the students are very willing to learn.
Laura McKnight: Staff is always nice and helpful.
Joyce Sabato: Signage for COVID19 testing is not as clear as it could be.
Carmen Martinez: El mejor Hospital de Massachusetts, en 35,año, que e,vívido, aquí I e visitado por 3 ocasiones, literalmente,
Cassie Witek: Bomprezzi and Ms center, wouldn’t go elsewhere
DAVID CHEPKITONY: Medical care at its prime..keep it up.
gerry warp: Wonderful experience
J Istvan: My nurses were excellent, professional and friendly.
Crystal Nephew: Its a hospital. Most staff is helpful and friendly
Matthew Conrad: Easy to wait in line I got my business attended to within a minute
Barry Scott: Very good experience. Professional, and thorough!
Patty Veilleux: Very good doctors
Benjamin Davies: Rashighi Firoozabadi’s office had me waiting in the room for 30 minutes. Never said anything to me. They forgot to flag the door saying I was in the room. Then because I missed my appointment they wanted me to reschedule for weeks out!I would never go see him ever, his office staff are awful.
Brenda Ruiz: Buena experiencia, limpieza, buen trato al paciente...
Carla Turbide: 7 hr. Wait in the ER. Unexceptable!!!
flight line: This hospital is a bad one that I see in my life, 8 hrs waiting on the emergency to be attended
Glenn Mckinstry: All cove precautions taken excellent staff

Peak Medical Academy: what do users think?
Maggie Pomeroy: Very unorganized, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone trying to get their CMA. Teachers/staff were unprofessional and late. They weren’t accommodating at all. Just happy I got my certificate and even happier to be done with that place.
Alyssa: I took the NAT class over the summer. Instructor was very nice, knew everything she was talking about, and answered all questions. Pace of course was definitely manageable, not too fast nor too slow. Learned a lot and highly recommend!
Allyson Balser: I recently took the phlembotomy course, and enjoyed the learning experience. The class was very informative and the hands on labs helped alot. The instructor had no issue anwsering any questions, and made sure we knew every aspect of being a phlebotomist. Only down fall was parking, but other than that had a great experience.
Bryanna Matias: This school is not organized at all. They have stolen $1000 from me and have refused to cooperate with my schedule. They never told me when my clinical was being schedule and when they did, it was always with poor timing which would prevent me from properly calling out. I would not recommend this course to ANYONE.
jezmarie agosto: $900 to read a book and watch videos? Barely teach hands-on skills then throw you out to clinical and expect you to know everything from watching videos instead of hand-on. Very disappointed in putting money into this. Hopefully one day they teach students every skill hands-on and not just 2-3 of the skills. Definitely a way to make money off of people and have them fail during clinicals.
Amy Peterson: You’ll do MUCH better at ANY OTHER CNA/HHA program except this one. Please take my word for it. NOT worth your time and effort at this farce of a school.
Cayla Garfield: 5 grand out of pocket, no financial aid available. I think not. Next.....
Mariah Deyo: They have Zero parking and it's on a typical main road in Worcester that offers no parking as well. I drove around for over 30 minutes looking for parking and when I called and spoke to someone they said they offer no parking to find a spot on the road. So basically park over a mile away and walk there. Ya no thanks!

Emily Smith: what do users think?
brianna Barnes: Been seeing Emily since June 2022 and Emily has been nothing but kind and resourceful during the start of my pregnancy appointments. She knows what she’s doing and i am satisfied with her being my ob. I am Following her advice to see a midwife in October for labor and delivery plans because she is a nurse practitioner and cannot deliver babies.
Melissa Lynn: My experience with Emily left me feeling body shamed and discriminated against. Upon reading her notes from our last visit, she stated I wanted to be excused from work for the remainder of my pregnancy, which was not true. I only wanted intermittent fmla to cover my absences for days that I was suffering from extreme fatigue, nausea, and lower back pain making it difficult to walk and use the bus like I was doing regularly. She wrote that I only complained of lower back pain. That was not true. She did not listen well and her response to me was “We don’t want you laying in bed for months. You will only gain more weight.” I didn’t have any paid time left to take off and any absences at Charter without sick time or PTO results in corrective action after 3 absences. She did not listen to me nor did she care. I have gestational diabetes, which causes extreme fatigue, nausea, vomiting, hunger, frequent urination, fogginess…and it is dangerous to the baby. I had to quit my job, leave my apartment, give away my cat, to go home to Alabama where I had family to support me. During the time between doctors, endocrinology still worked with me adjusting my insulin after sending in my test results from testing my sugar every week. My very first doctor’s appointment in Alabama, a month after leaving Massachusetts, I was hospitalized for a week. They got my blood sugar under control and now I feel much better. Also, I know someone else who is pregnant at this very moment, going to Saint Vincent’s, but using a different doctor, who got approved for full fmla and short term disability. She is a trainer at Charter. Same exact issues, different doctor. She is not as far along as I am. I didn’t want to lay in bed for months. I wanted to continue working with my absences protected on days that I felt bad. That should be a right for every pregnant woman. I feel discriminated against and body shamed because she obviously thought that I was just overweight and lazy. My doctor here in Alabama said that he understood why I was feeling so bad and that he would not have hesitated to fill out my paperwork for intermittent fmla. I’m glad that I came somewhere I can get the care that I need.
