old and new racecars: Worst place to live. They scrutinize every person who will be living there. They can tell you who can stay and who can't. Even though you bought and own the property. Not worth it, besides some look really dumpy. You would think with all the strict rules it would look nice. Waste of time and energy.

L Phelps: This place has really gone down hill since new owner has come in. No maintenance to the property all spring n summer long. My Front porch is rotting and falling apart. Was told it would be repaired last Saturday at 10AM, no one even showed up or called to reschedule. My furnace was giving off a odd chemical smell . Was reported to new owner on Monday morning it is now Wednesday and still nothing has been done to fix the situation. There are strict laws in Massachusetts regarding tenants heat and the new pwner has shown little care to these laws.
