I kind of destroyed the front and back plus the speaker and all that charger input had a lot of dust.Came back to see if I can get a cheaper phone.I end up fixing my galaxy. tech-call guy give me really good price.When he fixed my phone. it felt like I came out with a brand new Galaxy S10 Plus in my hand. Saved me money and all the hustle transferring all my data base to the new phone.Made my dayVery very good job.

Michael McInerney: About an hour ago, I dropped my iPhone 11 in the middle of class and picked it up to find the whole screen shattered. I've been to Worcester TechCell before for screen repairs, both for my phone and computer (2019 MacBook Pro 15" retina), and they've been an absolute lifesaver on each occasion. Each time I've gone, I've been extremely glad to find that their customer service is both consistently great, extremely friendly, and lightning-fast. I was able to get back to my hour-long class fifteen minutes before it ended with my phone as if it were brand new. Again, thank you so much for your amazing service, and I strongly recommend that anyone in Worcester looking at this review with a broken phone or computer come here to get their devices fixed.

I had my phone broken at 230pm that day called came in at 7pm with it by 710pm that night it was fixed perfectly. I was shocked at how much was done to ensure my customer service experience was good. Talked to me throughly about my options and made sure I was happy before accepting any sort of payment made sure the device was working correctly. I felt I was given reliable assistance and after watching the customer support staff handle multiple clients and myself with ease and percision and confidence I couldn’t help but want to return for additional services down the line. I don’t think I’ll be needing any other phone repair providers for the next couple years at the very least. Jose Santos: I called the store multiple times before i could get a hold of anybody to buy a new phone. I finally got ahold of Chami. At first, he was very polite and patient with me when i called about purchasing a phone . I ended up purchasing a iPhone 14 pro max and brought it to my carrier to activate the phone. They told me the phone sold to me was locked and blacklisted. I tried to bring the cellphone back to the store and the employee that attended told me they had nothing to do with it. They said they would never sell a locked/blacklisted/STOLEN phone but my carrier says different. Very upset and want a resolution before i get the cops involved.
