brandon faubert: Awesome little Hobbie shop. Went today to get some green gas for a new airsoft pistol I bought. Went into the store and was instantly greeted by the owner. He was very warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all his products. They have a small selection of new and used airsoft guns. All sorts of accessories and ammo.They also carry a bunch if different models and cool old school ham radio's. As I was checking out I looked over and seen the big RC car area. Definitely a cool shop and give it 5 stars. Go check it out.

They have a good sized selection of model planes, cars, trucks, trains and boats. There's a lot to see in here and there are lots of options for both adults and kids. Staff is wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is the place to be if you're anywhere near fiskdale. Or like me. No where close but know the drive is always worth it.

Keith Morin: I recently spent over $500 with this business, purchasing a traxxas trx4 and accessories.A week later i went to talk to Jerry about a new stronger steering servo, he sold me a servo with the exact same specs as the stock traxxas one 9kg/cm. I didnt have the traxxas specs with me so i trusted his recommendation and went home to mount it. After it was mounted i realized that it was no stronger than the stock servo.I called and spoke with Jerry, and eventually the owner John who refused to accept return of a "used" electronic since i mounted it and drove it arpund my apartment for two minutes.They sold a part that was not what i was looking for, and then refused to accept return.Do not do business with a company who treats their customer like this.

John Mangan: My experience with this place was apparently much better than others. I stopped by in person while traveling through the state. It is a very small shop run by an older gentleman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on his inventory, pointing me exactly to what I was looking for. I found a couple of rare rolling stock items that were priced great, and the Tru Color paints where are not available near me. He ships as well for a reasonable price, so I will be ordering again, but next time online from my home state.

dzgtnbz: Where do I begin. First the customer service was not special at all. I overpaid for an item that was clearly not worth it but it was to me only to have it arrive almost 2 weeks later damaged to the point that It took me two and a half hours to fix. This is something that someone could clearly see it was damaged through the box window and ship it anyway. And I know for a fact this was not due to packaging the way the windows were dislodged also it look like someone tried to repair it before. This item was listed as brand new and it was clearly not. Never again.

Matt Boswell: I was excited to find the locomotive I was looking for through Half Price Hobby. 1st - Communication from them on order reception and shipping was terrible. I had to ask them a week after ordering about my order. Only then did they ship it. 2nd - I was disappointed when it finally came and found the loco was not packed properly. Kato products put a top and bottom layer of bubble pack in the case to keep the train from scratch against the plastic. Mine did not have this, consequently the loco was scratched up (the outer case was pretty scratched too, a surprise for something marketed as "new"). I offered to still keep the loco, but perhaps they should consider a discount due to damage. I emailed them 3 times with pictures documenting the problem. I never received a reply. I would not recommend this company at all.
