Farrah Huerta: I was born here in Worcester moved to Nevada for 8 years got married and couldn't wait to take my husband back here. When we got here in 2021 what an embarrassment Worcester is nothing but a dump. Why is the city not doing anything to clean it up . So sad

Nghia Nguyen: I'm not sure it was because I came at the end of the day or it's because of COVID. Don't seem to be many people here and there was no waiting line at all for me to see the treasure and tax collector. I'm glad that they still have free parking for the visitors. You don't see that anymore at many public places, especially where they provide civil service such as City Hall. Kudos to Worcester City Hall!
John Drolet: I went here to do some business and I was able to get right in and right out. I had a great experience at the clerk's office. The staff was very friendly.
