Really a blessing to have BT's in Worcester.One suggestion - not a knock at all - would be to fix up the outdoor space a little bit for the warmer months. A difficult task, considering the proximity to Park Ave. and Chandler, but would love to see something happen with that space.

Colleen Hickey: I am not exaggerating when I say I received some of the best customer service and food when picked up my takeout tonight. The employees were beyond friendly and utterly genuine! Without fantastic food this would still be a great visit just based off the VIBE alone. But then the food is amazing, hot and generously portioned. Michelle: This place is a hole in the wall. There are only about 6 tables. The BBQ is really tasty. Ribs fall off the bone. Prices are $20+ 2 meats and a side. Mac and cheese is very cheesy. My daughter enjoyed it. BYOB there is a liquor store next door. She said you could get something and bring it in. They have sodas in bottles in the fridge.Portion sizes are not as big as other places I have been to but you don't leave hungry.

The brisket was tender and moist, the wings were HUGE (whole wings), and the ribs were St. Louis style and fall off the bone tender. We got the sweet chili flavor for the wings and it wasn't what we expected relative to other restaurants, but it was very tasty.Our server was Ellaine and she was nice and attentive. I had made a comment about the price of the wings to my husband, because they looked expensive, and Ellaine heard me and let us know they were big wings. You get the entire wing, including the tip. Well worth the price. Ellaine also let us know we could bring our own alcohol from the store next door or our house, so we'll be bringing a bottle of wine next time.My only suggestion would be to add a note on what you get with the wings because that almost made me want to leave until I knew they were big wings. Now that I know you get the entire wing, I think it's fair price.We will definitely be going back to help keep this place in business!

Maurice Cooley: Worcester dining is a tricky thing to figure out on a Monday evening. Luckily we found this neighborhood gem which has been around for at least 17 years. Our waiter was a young gentleman who frequented this restaurant as a child and now spends his working days explaining a menu full of tasty BBQ. I opted for the brisket dinner which came with cornbread and two sides, Mac & cheese and baked beans for me please! The meal hit the spot and their BBQ sauce was on point! The waiter and the owner were very nice people; it was apparent that the owner really enjoys what she does. Cheers to the hot sauce collection! We’ll be back!

Karen Donahue: So thankful to have discovered this place. The food is amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, tender, cooked to order and served nice and hot (temperature). We had the wings in most flavors. The sweet chili was our favorite but all were delicious. Ordered the combo plate. Both the brisket and the pulled pork were served on a fresh bun that was perfect. Also, the most tender ribs. our server was so nice and attentive. We will definitely come back. Try this place, you wont go anywhere else for BBQ.

Tyler Jones: This place was PHENOMENAL! We went on a Saturday afternoon around 1-2ish, another table had 2 people so it was a nice comfortable place. The waitress/hostess was the nicest lady imaginable, she was so sweet. We ordered potato skins as an app. and were not at all disappointed, we got the beef and cheese (brisket) and bacon and cheese. The bacon ones were pretty darn good, probably the best Potato Skins ive ever had. They had a little seasoning which I like, adds good flavor. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich, my dad ordered the brisket sandwhich. The steak sandwhich was a slab of steak on bread, it was one of the best sandwiches ive ever had, very good flavor and cooked perfectly. The side of fries were also really good. My dad said the brisket was amazing, it was smoked perfectly, tender and juicy, it was pretty good sized portions too. Price was really good too. $50 for the 2 of us for all of that and drinks. Needless to say we plan on going backKid-friendliness: They had a good amount of basic kids stuff from what I saw. Chicken Fingers, Sliders, Tacos maybe? They also had desert I believe but we didnt get any

We had the brisket, omg I've never had a brisket that tender before, my husband had the steak, he said it was super flavorful and cooked perfectly. He also has the chili which blew us both away. Not spicy, extremely flavorful. Our new favorite BBQ stop!

Caitlin: Excellent BBQ and great service! We ordered the 1/2lb pulled pork and 1/2lb brisket, which came with 2 sides and a corn muffin, and an order of 6 wings. All of the meat was tender, flavorful, and freshly cooked. The wings are massive! We ordered them with sweet chili (my favorite) and BBQ sauce. We got onion rings, sweet potato fries, and cole slaw as sides, everything tasted fresh and homemade. Even the corn muffin was fresh out of the oven and still warm when it got to our table. There were no leftovers - the portions are decent, but everything was just so good that our plates were cleared! We ordered a few corn muffins to go, which were great with coffee the next morning.As we ate, our server (possibly the owner?) checked in routinely, and had conversation with us about the restaurant and the area. Although we were the only customers dining in at the time, we overheard a number of call in and take out orders being placed - some for a few pounds of meat, some calling for just sides – goes to show that everything here is good.It seems like this spot is a favorite among locals, and possibly my new go-to BBQ joint in Worcester.

Clarence Plummer: If I was to grade the food it was more like a C. The barbecue ribs and chicken had a spicy dry rub, however the meat was a bit dry on both. As if the food was made 2 or 3 days ago and just heated in a convection oven. I feel they may have been relying to heavily on their on the table sauces to make up for the lack of certain dryness and flavor. The staffing was really great. The decor is a subtle rustic southern Bbq place motif which was nice. Plenty of seating for a Friday evening dinner. But I guess lacking in Flavorful flare when it pertains to their bbq meats for the prices.

Smoke was a bit too much. I simply was shocked about the price for ribs with 2 sides! $28+ ouch! Wings were hot and good plain. Waitress was very efficient. If prices dropped and maybe a bigger selection of food, I might go back.

Posi Cast: Drink before you come, Decent place to eat, sometimes very dry meat, and they water down the wine, and then they tell you they put “ice cubes in it because it was too warm” I’m sorry but if that’s the case don’t sell it till it’s chilled, paying for a glass of wine is already expensive here, but to water it down and not even get the bang for your Buck is highly disappoing. With the money these guys must be making they should have no excuse but other then that it’s alright

Danielf Ferguson: Smokestack Urban BBQ was an unknown but after we left , it is know and will be revisited . Barbecue was on the excellent level ; brisket was delicious , ribs were meaty with nice smoke rings , pulled pork got good reviews and chicken was pretty good but a little on the skimpy side . Barbecue beans were excellent as was the potato salad (spicy) and cucumber slices ! All in all , it was a very good meal that we enjoyed ! Nice job Smokestack !

Scott Levine: Party of 15 dined here prior to woosox game. Group ranged from teens to older adults. Food was delivered efficiently/hot/and flavorful. What really stood out was the service. Our server was exceptional. Over the years our rather large family have dined together in many restaurants from fine dining to run of the mill joints. Our server handled our group like a pro. Empty drinks were immediately met with “would you like another”. Every order was correct and no mistakes were made. Big thank you from all of us for a great experience. If you are looking for good food, good value, and top notch service give these folks your business you won’t regret it.
