I asked for Chrome dip manicure, she didn’t give what I asked for, she basically forgot and then wanted to redo my nails after I was almost done. At this point, I just wanted to go home and I did. Two weeks later my nails are HORRIBLE and falling apart. You can tell the quality of their products suck; low quality. Nail polish been peeling since day 2 and now my real nail keep breaking/chipping. Save your money as I wasted mine. Good luck.

Kianna Ballou: Great service but…Went in and got a full acrylic set and it was pretty, wasn’t bulging, filed properly and the design was exactly what I wanted. Only problem I have is that the acrylic wasn’t filled all the way to my cuticle there was still lots of space, and the nail broke in less than a week. She denied it occurred and told me that it was already there. It was acute immediate pain when it happened with a fresh open wound. Christina Trotto: I got a gift e certificate for my birthday and made an appointment yesterday at park Ave for this morning for 11am…..they emailed me back and told me because I wasn’t an existing customer they require 50% deposit venmod to them (which I can understand because people no show) but I emailed back with the e-gift certificate attached to the email showing them that I would be using it. They told me they will still require 50% Venmo deposit and they can refund me later…..so I figured I’ll just go…..they told me they wouldn’t take me until 4pm after explained my situation. I called Shrewsbury they said they could take the certificate number over the phone as a deposit to hold an appointment for me but didn’t have anything available until 4pm which I am having a party thrown for me this afternoon so that didn’t work… I’m 8 months pregnant….. I do makeup for a living and did makeup for a boudoir shoot yesterday morning and makeup for a wedding party of 6 right after yesterday. My feet needed some love today and instead I left the salon in tears

Sekienna E.: **4/29/22 UPDATE: I was immediately made to feel like I was wasting Rose's time when I arrived for a chin wax appointment. I was asked why am I back here, and why not do laser surgery, and next time have someone else do chin only. I said it feels like you don't want me as a client anymore. She started my chin then brought someone else in to finish. I can not believe I was made to feel any less than a loyal customer. Business must be sooooo good that my loyal-paying-customer status isn't wanted anymore. I will take my business elsewhere.**Pricey but very professionally run! You have to make an appointment (which I do over the phone and there is always availbility). You have to sanitize and sign in upon arrival. There are high cleaning standards.The interior design and ambience is calming and comfortable.I usually get a basic pedicure ($37), and chin/eyebrow wax ($30). The client rewards program is a plus!Rose does my wax and does an amazing job - she takes her time and is super skilled at handling my face (which I'm particular about), shaping my brows (which are tricky), and getting all the chin hairs removed.

Pedicures are amazing here in my opinion, Tracy, I believe her name is did an amazing job and I will continue to go there for pedis. The NAILS though...been there twice and BOTH times they cut me pretty badly with their nail file because the DUG it beside my nail excessively hard, slicing me right where my nail sits which is extremely uncomfortable for days afterwards. I asked for square nails with a black tip. They are sooo rounded and not nearly square enough. Plus they are uneven and she used a bizarre technique which left the polish looking streaky. Michael was the person who did my nails and I LOVE THEM! His attention to detail was great and did exactly what I had requested. Even the color changing nail polish I selected was exactly the color that I was hoping for (because sometimes they look one color on the cover and another in your hands) They have definitely gained a new customer! I noticed the nail tech was doing gel polish when she had me put my hands under the light. I should have said something here, but I didn’t. Just said whatever if she charges me for gel polish I’ll just pay the extra. Their sign says $35 and up for full set and (I believe) $45 and up for gel. One basic color, nothing special, no design, nothing to remove, etc and I was charged $53… when I said “$53??” Her response was “yup”. I should have asked for more clarification but in this day if you question anything you’re a “Karen”. Even annoyed I tipped her. No “thank you”. I said “have a good day” no response.I was going to recommend my friends and I do go for nails and toes before a friends wedding next month because they do a good job but now I will not be doing so. Anthony Drapos: I first started coming to Colours back in 2018 to get my eyebrows fixed, after a technician from another salon had destroyed them to a point where I thought they would never be fixed. A few days later, I decided to take it up myself to find someone who could help to potentially save them. Linda went ahead and fixed them up within minutes and gave me the beautiful shape that I still have today. Five years later, and I still only go to Linda for my eyebrows. I would never trust anyone else to touch them. Linda has NEVER done a bad job. I also get pedicures at this salon, which are always worth it! They take their time, give you what you ask for, and don’t try to sell you any sort of product or service, like other salons normally do. Colours in Worcester never ever fails to satisfy! It is clean, immaculate, has great hours, and a WONDERFUL staff who I can’t compliment enough!!!!!I truly cannot recommend Linda enough to those in search of a good wax. Quiana Raphaelson: The nail tech Michelle had such a bad attitude because she had to work till 7:20PM. She was rude and kept snatching my hands. This was a scheduling problem. I was scheduled for 6 PM I told them I previously had dipped nails that needed to be removed and redone and they still scheduled me for 6. Then she filed my nails down too much so had to glue tips on some of the nails, and charged me. This is the first time I’ve ever had this type of issues with colours. This was horrible customer service today.

I wanted to change my color and was approached by management telling me I had to pick quickly because she had another appointment and I was only allotted 30 min. I did not find the tech helpful and aware that I can take time to make a decision on the color. Had I known that I was going to be rushed I would have not chosen to have my nails done. I understand that there are appointments that are booked but at the same time you should be able to not feel staff hovering over you.

Frances DiNicola: Angie was awesome. After realizing how much damage I had done to my nails with gels and dip, I found one of the few places that does dazzle dry. Nearly like a regular manicure but you get 3 or 4 weeks from it.

If you are making an appointment without knowing which specialist you will get then I would advise you to support your local nail spa and not go to Colours. Linda and management make you feel like they are doing you a favor. My daughter got her nails gel filled. The next day one of the nails broke. I called and the receptionist treated me with disdain even before I explained why I had called. Linda stated it was clearly my daughter's fault, which it was not. My daughter lives far away so it was not possible for her to return. Linda said we could have any spa fix it for 5 dollars so she would reimburse 5 dollars (which Colours has never done when another family called in the past for an "emergency" situation). To sum up ... the specialist was inept (and not even friendly) and the management is disdainful. They take no pride as a company or in their product. La Reina Roja De La Noche: Went to this place for the first time on Wednesday (8/25/2021). It will definitely be the last time. The man that waited on me rushed to get my acrylic set done and he was extremely rough, so rough both sides of the majority of my finger nails still hurt today (Friday 8/27/2021). He did not clean up my cuticles or even give my nails the proper pre-acrylic set treatment. After he was finished he didn't even clean the acrylic under the nails. $45 for a rushed rough set that was left a little incomplete and my nails hurting. No thank you!

Iman AbdoulKarim: Everyone here was very nice, but I'm sorry to say that I spent over $100 and the gel polish on three of my nails peeled right off three days later. They also did not have regular polish for a pedicure, so I had to get gel on my feet and did not clarify this at the beginning of the appointment. My friend gel manicure also chipped just a few days later. Manicures and pedicures are coming at a PREMIUM these days, and if you are going to charge premium prices, the quality should be top-notch. This was not the case here.
Kayuri Bhimani: I am so sorry to say this is one of the absolute worst nail salon experiences I have had. First, they didn’t have regular polish for a pedicure (only gel and dip) which they did not mention until after we were 75% through so I just had a no polish pedicure. The manicure was also started by a younger woman at the salon who had no experience with nail art designs and I had to speak up to say she was doing a very poor job before someone else took over. Both my friend and I experienced chipping on 3 of our nails the VERY next day as well all for over $100. Everyone was very nice but to have it chip so significantly the next day is unacceptable.
