It is a 45 min hike to get there, but we made the effort and went.The yard is filled with great product on display which was definitely worth a trip on its own, but what makes SS a special place is it's staff.The place is run like a family business that seems to have been in this business forever. These are guys you'd want to have a beer with who possess and gladly share valuable knowledge of products and industry best practices through real life stories and examples that keep you curious and help you make important decisions.A specific example of that professionalism is that talking with Dave Jackson of SS staff has helped us make significant improvements to our initial design. He simply pointed out a few products that were a better match for our specific needs. Dave went above and beyond to explain options and provide pictures of products to save us another trip. All of this with no sales pressure of any kind whatsoever. It felt more like talking to a friend who wants your project to succeed.At the time of delivery PH (his real name is Paul and he is in charge of delivery) has gracefully maneuvered the pallets into place taking extra care to avoid objects and ensure the placement exactly where we planned it. He didn't have any other deliveries that day, so I paused listen to one of his stories. Besides being very careful he is also an interesting person to talk to.Since you are reading this, you are probably are just like me. You do not have a lot of stone projects. You've got to get this right the first time. You need people you can trust without hidden agenda or bias. Sandra Doyle: Had quartz countertop and sink installed October or November of 2020. I recently started noticing small drips of water under the sink and didn’t think much of it. Today there was a lot more water and I realized that the front of the sink is separated 3/8” from the countertop. I called AGF today and was told that there would be a $200 fee to correct the problem (could do $150 since I live in Worcester). Seems ridiculous that a customer should be responsible for this issue after this amount of time. After 30+ years in a previous home I never had a sink separate from a counter.

However, Lorrayna and team were an absolute pleasure to work with (not to mention extremely patient with us and our 1 year old daughter). Kelley Twombly: AGF is incredible! From the moment my husband and I walked in for our appointment on a Saturday morning we were greeted with a warm welcome and extreme professionalism. Junior's(the owner) team is absolutely amazing! Julia and Patricia are some of the nicest customer service people you will ever meet. They greeted us at the door and explained the process of selecting the type of material, finishes and cuts. Junior walked us around the yard and the shop to view the large selection of granite, quartz, quartzite, marble and other materials. He took the time to explain each product and the color variations and we felt so comfortable walking around with him and not feeling like a high pressured sales pitch! It was like walking around with one of your friends discussing your likes and dislikes which was amazing! Once we found the Black Thunder granite that we liked, we put a deposit down, a sticker was added to the slabs and we were off to schedule an appointment for the template.The template crew arrived on schedule and were very professional. The foreman was very knowledgeable and checked with us on each section to make sure we were happy with the look, seams and measurements. He was very thorough and very polite. One day after the template was made, we went back to AGF's shop to lay out the templates on the slabs to ensure that each section was laid out in the best position to take advantage of the beautiful natural veins in the granite. We spent a good amount of time with Patricia laying all of this out. Again, just like with Junior it felt like you were talking to a friend going back and forth about what you like, don't like and any imperfections in the slab. She was so patient as we moved things around several times to get it just right for the install.The day of the install was great! The crew showed up at the time they stated and prepped everything to come into the house on a snowy day. They put down floor coverings to ensure they weren't bringing in the weather into the house. They worked quickly to bring in the countertops. Then came the 11ft island in all of its beauty and weight! Junior showed up with 4 other crew members in addition to the two installers that were already there to handle the slab. They all worked together to bring in the giant slab and gently lifted it up on the island in it's final resting place. What a sight to see such a large and heavy piece of material effortlessly placed in the proper location!The teamwork and professionalism displayed by this company is second to none. From the time we walked into the building to the time we were able to awe in the beauty of the finished product was simply incredible! AGF knows exactly what they are doing and how to make it happen efficiently, affordably and professionally.
