That Guy: I walked in with no clue why my car was acting up. Alternative chick at counter suggested a few ounces of transmission fluid after listening to what was wrong and the car is running so smooth now. Thanks girl with piercings! God bless the melenials!

Claudius Maximus: Eraldi V is freaking awesome, not only did he greeted me pleasantly, but also helped me out with my battery replacement and gave me a spare part that I was missing on my battery, he also recommend a jump starter, You know just in case of emergency, figuring it was my moms car I thought that was best the option, so thank you for that it’s a portable jump starter that also charges phone pretty fast I must say, there Was another gentlemen who greeted me as eraldi looked for my battery, I can’t say he was as pleasant as eraldi but eraldi did say he is a great worker, so because of that I’ll leave like that. SAHARA AUTOMOTIVE: They have bad communication it will take for ever to do anything with them. I had an issue returning parts and they keep coming back with same issue time frame and ETA is not exist in this place as a shop owner we need things to be accurate and done fast because we have customers that we promise to get there jobs done. I hope they can overcome that confusion in their store because they do carry a nice collection of parts and they have a nice system.

Leslie Chao: I had a terrible experience here, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before I could even explain my problem the person that was “helping” me, his name was Jamie was already irritating and lashing out on me, which is no way to speak to a customer. I received the wrong paint and when I asked for a refund he went on a frenzy and tried to talk down on me which is no way to treat a customer. Jamie was a complete troglodyte who doesn’t know how to treat a customer or know his company’s policies. He should not be an assistant manager and I recommend not seeking him for assistant, however fortunately the manager Paul was nice enough to give me a refund without any questions the next day
Aaron Night: I’ve had a not so pleasant experience here I came in the store with my friend coming to buy something for my brother and when I asked for help from a worker that I believe is named Jamie he seemed very irritated and mad at us that we didn’t have the proper information to give him when asking for assistance so when we gave him the information provided he just seemed annoyed at us the whole time we were there seeking help for the item which seemed super unprofessional.

Chris Soderman: The staff here are fairly knowledgeable. Some of the younger staff are too obvious in their lack of overall knowledge but seem eager to learn. Then there's Paul...a human Chilton's to any DIY mechanic. Paul is the best at the Grafton ST location. If Paul can't fix it, solve it, jimmy-rig it, or locate it then you're really in trouble. I wish I had his knowledge!

Kayley Markvenas: I don’t know who was working at 8 o’clock March 23rd 2022 at the grafton street shop because the girl didn’t bother to tell me. I had tried to call about a question that she could’ve been way MORE IMFORMATIVE about it and was giving an unwanted amount of attitude for working in customer service. When I had asked her what was her name and who her a manger was- she instantly hung up on me. So I tried to reach out countless of times and she just had kept hanging up on me. Then she had picked up a call and said you’re “harassing me and I already spoke to the district manager”. She had also stated that she was the manager to the shop and then turned around and said “why do you want to speak to the manager”. If I could be reached at this email that would be great. I have NEVER in my life encountered such pour customer service.

I give the information about my vehicle, and it narrows the search to make my shopping faster and easier.This location was phenomenal. The cashier helped me find brake lights for my car, and I have no knowledge of how to change them. The guy was extremely nice and helped me change both of my brake lights.I wouldn't have been able to do it because I didn't have a socket wrench to unscrew the bolts.I'm very thankful for the cashier going above and beyond to help me with my car. I hope he gets a promotion or bonus or something. Workers like that are hard to come by.
