Britni Nozzolillo: I would not recommend this place at all.I began my journey as 25 year old getting braces and was treated like a 12 year old. No communication at all.My first dislike was right after I got my braces on. I made an appt the day after advised my top front tooth is hitting one of the lower brackets. They said don’t worry about it “ if anything your tooth will break the bracket” well low an behold my tooth chipped and now I’m 30 years old getting my tooth fixed once a year because of they didn’t want to move the bracket. I asked them to pay for my repair and was told no. They are too cheap.Second dislike After I got my braces off I was advised after a month to wear my retainer 2 times a day at night. That was wrong information to give so my teeth shifted. So then I had to get another treatment and I went with Invisalign because I’m in my late 20’s and don’t want to deal with braces.While getting Invisalign on I still had to pay for them and did not have the best communication again. At the end of my treatments I still wasn’t happy with my results and asked for two more treatments on my Invisalign and was advised it would be more money for me.So now they have an unhappy customer who doesn’t love her teeth and dealing with a chipped tooth that she has to pay for because they are to cheap to correct things right then n there.Please do your research first before they ruin your smile.

P Pham: I need a new retainer, called the office and it required an appointment which is 2 months out. When I first sign up for the program which called "a life time retainer", they would take me in the next day if my retainer broke. Mine had finally broken and I hope my teeth won't move around while waiting for 2 months for a new retainer. Beware and schedule you appointment for a new retainer even though your current one is still good, cause you will never know how many months you have to wait to schedule for a new one. Or maybe just don't enroll in any program at all so you can use your money elsewhere to get another retainer asap.

They dont care about patients plus un honest workers there, maybe can forget something in your mouth or heart you, THY DO NOT CARE, they put a brace on my daughter, and she stand in the pain for more than 4 years, when they take off the brace omg the result was bad she still has over bite when we asked them the reason, they said because your daughter didn't brush? Really? She was brushing with flossing, plus they didnt reomve the brace glow. I never recommend it, bad experience 👎.

I had a cavity in my bottom left one that had my mouth constantly feeling like it was on fire. The operation itself must have took 10 minutes it felt like at the most. Doctor and assistant did such a great job that i havent felt an ounce of pain since leaving thia dentist. Definitely will recommend

Amalia Grande: They are nice and polite, to the point that the people at the front desk read your mind and answer your questions before you even open your mouth, they also cut you off if you start talking and give you whatever answer you need, they won't let you talk to express your concern, they know it all you just need to look at them and they will answer you. On the other hand, I am very appreciative of the effort they put in to get the insurance approval for my son's treatment.

Arkar Winn: I don’t have a good experience with this business for the following reasons.1)They offered a price for the Invisalign treatment that was a good price but when the invoice came there was about $700 extra fee for things I cannot understand. If that was the case I would have gone with my own dentist who is a lot sweeter as a person. I got fooled.2) They promised my teeth weren’t that bad so entire treatment would be 9 months. I am still wearing extra braces for another 8 months (17 months so far and not done) to fix just one tooth and nothing is happening. I told them many times that there is a back tooth blocking it to turn and that you need to do something about it and it was ignored. I am not an orthodontist but it was a common sense.3) Billing is all messed up and every time I go in all they care about is payment. My credit score is 845 and I didn’t get there from not paying my bills. I explained to them to bill my insurance correctly and they don’t seem to know what they are doing with constant swap of admins. They overcharged me for my part and I have a feeling they got overpaid from my insurance too.4) I hear other patients complaining about #3 above a few times I was there but they just played aloof like they did to me every time I bring it up.5) Just very unfriendly overall. I dread going there every time I have to. I can’t wait for this treatment to be over with results I wanted.

Lorey: I highly recommend Class One Orthodontics. The staff members are very professional and caring. I started the Invisalign treatment in August. In just one month, I could notice the difference. Dr. Nayson and his assistant are very attentive. I can't wait for the final result.

Nicole Stewart: Went for the free consultation for my daughter since I was recommended to start her off on phase one. A family member recommended this place and it just so happened that they were in-network with us. The staff was super polite and friendly and the orthodontist that saw us was also - she explained everything so clearly that I only had a few questions to ask. My only issue is I wish they were open a bit earlier than 9:30 am so my daughter wouldn't miss as many hours of school - so that's the reason for 4 stars. Other than that, couldn't have asked for a nicer/friendlier staff.

Place was clean and I was in and out with basically no wait. Looking forward to working with them over the next 7-9 months through the Invisalign process.Update: I'm 1/3 of the way through my invisalign journey. The staff have been polite and flexible. Great experience thus far.

Sarah Aroner: I recently started Invisalign treatment after considering it for several years and am so glad that I chose Class One Orthodontics! I am early on in the treatment process, but so far I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Niaraki and the rest of the office staff. I was able to get a next-day appointment for the initial consultation, and it has also been easy to schedule follow-up appointments that accommodate my work schedule. All staff members have been very friendly and professional, and I was especially impressed by the clarity and level of detail with which Dr. Niaraki explained the treatment process. Although he felt that I would also need surgery to fully correct my open bite, he is leaving the decision entirely up to me and offered to talk more about my surgical options when I feel ready. Dr. Niaraki and the hygienist were very willing to answer my many questions about the treatment process during my office visits, and they have been easy to reach by phone to answer additional questions that have come up at home regarding treatment and payment. The cost of Invisalign at Class One is also far more affordable than some of the other options I was considering, and the staff were able to arrange a very reasonable payment plan. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment at Class One and am confident that they will work with me to ensure the best possible outcome even if I do ultimately need surgery as well.
