Associates in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery: what do users think?
Cathy Dell'Erba: Dr. Sillman is great. That’s all that’s great. Very rude and condescending docs and staff
Sara Shalev: I accompanied my daughter who saw Dr. Du. My daughter, who has a very complicated medical history, was seen by multiple ENT in the past. This is the first time that we experienced an ENT who showed empathy, professionalism and competence. Everyone at Dr. Du's office is compassionate, professional and competent. Finally, we can stay local and not have to run to Boston to see a specialist. We're blessed to have a physician of her caliber in Worcester. If you need an ENT make sure you see her!!!
Raven Tater: Dr. Du is absolutely useless. She is not helpful or conscientious. I went to her office after to being referred by my PCP because I have a history of fluid in my ears. Dr. Du wanted to know who told me I have fluid in my ears? I mentioned various Dr.’s who have over the years. She told me I have no fluid in my years, She then threw an exclusionary dx at me and sent me off to vestibular testing and rehab. About a month later I called her office on three separate occasions because I was having symptoms. She never returned my call, no one ever returned my call.I went to the Dr.’s today and guess what? I have a lot of fluid in my ears! I have a referral to a new ENT. I do not recommend this Dr. to anyone.Edit: Interesting enough after the ENT at Mass Eye and Ear spent well over an hour with me I received a completely different diagnosis, a treatment plan, tangible resources and his business card with his email on it. He told me I could email him if I had and questions or concerns. I also have another tentative appointment if more treatment is needed. This is a stark contrast to my visit with Dr. Du.

UMass Memorial Medical Center - Ear, Nose and Throat: what do users think?
N N: Absolutely no help at all after 2 appointments. Not to mention getting charged for not only the doctor services, but getting charged $500 for the use of the room. WHAT? That is what I was told when I called billing to try and understand the extra charge. So $726.00 to see a PA, not even a doctor, and another $649.00 for "Hospital Services". Absolutely outrageous. What a complete waste of time and money.
JokA KarNi: Dr (or PA?) Jessica Gill is 100% a miracle worker!!!was dealing with migraines, abscesses, blockages ..etc.. for OVER 1.5 yrs.... SHE SOLVED THE WHOLE PROBLEM IN ONE VISIT!!!!Thank you Dr jessica Gill for saving me from hell, and restoring my quality of life!!!you have no idea the amount of gratitude i have for you!YOU ARE AMAZING!she listened, she did all the exams that other doc's refused.... SHE IS PERFECT, umass, if you see this... NEVER LET HER GO!!!!
Billy Gibson: no help at all went about having either sleep apnea pallet surgury and or tonsils out and the dr was like i dont think that will help. well doing nothing and suffering every day and not sleeping doesnt help either wouldnt even discuss the soft pallet issues

Dr. Andrea C. Chiaramonte, MD: what do users think?
Barbara Mastis: Dr. Chiaramonte is the best!....I felt totally comfortable and at ease. My minimal scar also proves she cares about her patients. She is an excellent doctor and surgeon!
Kim Turgeon: There are few offices that make you feel they really care! This office staff and doctors are amazing !!
Camila Deandrade: Dr. Chiaramonte was referred to me by my pediatrician since I was struggling breastfeeding my son. I had done everything to correct our breastfeeding issue and nothing was working and after doing some research was convinced it was due to either lip tie or tongue tie. Dr. Chiaramonte looked at him and confirmed he did have a tongue tie. A quick painless, blood free snip and my one month old can finally latch on. I was going to give up breastfeeding after long sleepless nights and baby dealing with reflux and grassiness from swallowing too much air. Now I can feed my baby without any issues, get some sleep and the entire family is much happier. I would definitely recommend her and everyone is really nice and friendly and professional.
Megan Moran: Took my son here for some testing, and monitoring. My son was 18 months when I began coming to the office, now he's almost 3. Amazing experiences with all of the staff, they were helpful, kind and patient with my son & his office anxiety. Dr. Moran (no relation) was so gentle, and had a great 'bedside manner' with us on the two occasions we saw him. Loved the support, text reminders, print outs of the testing & the ease of getting an appointment/ not long wait times! Thank you! ❤

Joseph Sidari, MD: what do users think?
Megan Dykstra: Dr Sidari is AMAZING with our toddler. He needed bilateral tubes put in and he was so accommodating and eased my anxiety as a mother. Prior to surgery, he tried everything else before resorting to the surgery. He even tried to schedule the surgery before our vacation so that my son would be comfortable on the plane. I cannot say enough about this office, truly.
Scott Drew: Well, this review is about 10 years overdue because my surgery was in 2012. Dr. Sidari did my adnoidectomy/toncilectomy. It went flawlessly. It cured my sleep apnea. He’s a polite, patient, great man. I wouldn’t hesitate seeing him for anything he specializes in.
Priscilla Curving: I have Meniere’s and is very knowledgeable on the subject. im blessed to have him👍
David Webb: I was originally referred to Dr. Sidari by the person processing my referal through Reliant Medical. I had specifically asked to not go to St Vs, because I had been unhappy with how they've handled a few things in the past, and the person in billing insisted I give Dr. Sidari a try because that's where she had brought her daughter, and she was very happy. I was thoroughly unhappy about that, I didn't feel like this was her choice, and certainly not her place, but I let it go, and took the appointment. And everything went amazingly, I have been beyond impressed with Dr. Sidari, and everyone at his office. They were able to schedule my surgery only weeks out, which allowed me to overlap healing time with another surgery. The person who removed my stints had been there for three decades, and knew exactly what she was doing, and made the unpleasant process far more bearable, and everything has been healing wonderfully. I would highly recommend him for anything he does, and owe a thanks to the person at Reliant who insisted I give him a chance.

Dr, Anjali Mehta: what do users think?
Dr.Marjorie Silva: Love Dr. Mehta . She’s a skilled surgeon but very kind too . She always runs on time . My favorite ENT surgeon.
Kseniya Lubrano: Dr. Mehta is kind, attentive and focuses on educating the patient. I felt that she gave me all of my options that I needed to move further in my care. She provided me with the knowledge I needed to understand my procedure. She worked in a timely manner and was organized. The office flow was great too. I would highly recommend her! Most importantly I felt very comfortable with her guidance.
Lamia Hafiz: Wasn't a very attentive doctor, I fell on my nose and she didn't even check it or look inside she just said I should use Afrin and suggested to have an xray, even though my nasal bones where depressed. Another doctor said an xray wouldn't show anything. After I went to a different dr and after she examined me she found out I broke my nose and sent me to get a facial ct scan to confirm which it did. I needed to have surgery!
Kate: excellent doctor, highly recommend.....Dr. Mehta is thorough, caring, and efficient. I got my test results in less than 24 hours and during a holiday week no less! If you need an ENT specialist, go see her!
Danielle B: Just want to follow up and say I am the RealYou Revolution rating and a week after seeing Dr. Anjali I went to Mass Eye and Ear and was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that had spread significantly to my lymph nodes. If I listened to Dr. Anajali or waited for her team to actually follow up I wouldn’t have even had a scan for another 4 months.
Real You Revolution: This has been a horrible and unorganized experience from day 1. I had heard good things but that has not been the case for me at all. Doctor did not have my soft tissue MRI images even though I called specialists office days ahead to ensure she would have them. Saw her on Friday which was a waste without her having the images to look at. She told me to call Wednesday so she could look at the images and eliminate anything dangerous. So it’s Wednesday, I call and she is off today. Nurse calls back asking about a CT scan that was ordered. I told her there are no CT scans ordered and she must be confusing me with someone else. I have been told there are two masses in my throat and probably that they are nothing. Waiting for results has been so stressful especially the way this has been handled. If this were the family member of someone in that office this would be inexcusable.

Christopher J Ito, MD: what do users think?
Joan Litty: Rushes the appointment, and is rude to patients with anxiety.
Kathy Hull: Never going to him again. Never go to him he doesn’t handle patients with anxiety well…
Courtney Jean: Dr. Ito is a patient, informative, and wonderful care provider. Straight to the point without sacrificing bedside manner and a sense of comfort. After years of chronic tonsillitis I finally opted to see an ENT and was referred to Dr. Ito, he explained to me that the frequency of my tonsillitis/strep infections met criteria for tonsillectomy, however he was very informative regarding what the recovery process would entail (in short: very painful), made sure to not pressure me into the procedure, and maintained that it was my decision to make. I ultimately decided that the recovery would be worth not dealing with 3-5 cases of tonsillitis every year, as my mother had dealt with the same issues and ended up having to get a tonsillectomy much later in life, something I would prefer to avoid. One thing he made very clear was that bleeding during recovery could be very serious and anything more than a few specks here and there would need immediate attention at the ER. Unfortunately this morning, 6 days post op, I started spitting up more blood than I was comfortable gambling with and immediately went to the ER. Despite the possible serious nature of the bleeding I was left in the ER waiting room for 3 hours, during which the bleeding stopped on its own. Not wanting to wait around for a problem that was no longer present but also not wanting to leave without getting checked out, I called Dr. Ito’s office from the ER and within 20 minutes got a call back with an appointment for just over an hour later. Slightly traumatized from the lack of care at the ER and in immense pain, finally I was able to see Dr. Ito and after a thorough check of my throat he assured me that everything was okay and the bleeding was likely due to the scabbing starting to break up. Despite there being no issue Dr. Ito stayed in the exam room with me and ensured that all my concerns were addressed and that I was okay before leaving. I’m hoping that the rest of this recovery will go by without having to visit Dr. Ito, but I rest easy knowing that if I do, I can count on his kindness and helpfulness through any further complications.
N K: I missed my first surgery due to covid and I still waited almost two years to use Dr.Ito. He goes straight to the point about what has to be done. I just had a tonsillectomy done by Dr.Ito and I feel good. Am happy I chose him for this. I also had a piercing stuck in my ear and he took it out perfectly. I don’t feel any pain and he gave me pain medicine and antibiotics. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
Karen LaBaire: Never ever would I refer anyone to Ito. He made a huge mistake and it caused part of airway closing. He had no idea what it was he stated he has never seen anything like this. My new ENT knew what it was in my throat. Ct scan showed a cyst that is closing my airway. I told Ito that it was a cyst. He stated no it wasn’t. Coming from someone who has no idea what was in my throat. My recommendation is find a new ENT!! 😡
