They got back to me right away. gave me the information I needed to bring to the others about how we want to handle destroying the confidential paperwork from a now closed office. They showed up and took away 20 boxes in no time at all. Only negative was that they were a little outside their window, but I was there doing other work so not a big problem. The people who showed up were friendly and efficient.

Suzanne: There is a very boxy parking area on a very busy main street but the shop is quick to get uou in and out. Prices to use the computer and pri n t labels are very expensive , like 3 $ per page or for use of computer so if you can pre print whatever you cab and or lookup what you need to. Other than that the UPS store does sell merchandise such as sharpies, tape ,envelopes, bubble wrap but obviously at a mark up. BYO supplies. .I invested in a printer and am much happier. But there are some items that must be returned via UPS. All I n All the customer service there is good . 👍

Ameen Mohamed: I have received a package which weighs around 30LBs from you via UPS delivered to my home yesterday which is supposed to be delivered to a company. I don't know what kind of verification you have in place for a security manufacturing company to send their products to incorrect or random home addreess like mine. I have been wasting my time going to UPS drop point for returning to sender and then to UPS hub since they only will accept return to sender. They are closed today and open only on tuesday so very much frustrated about the inconvenience caused to me and waste of time carrying a 30 pounder package with my recent surgery which caused me distress and health issues just because someone messed up the only job they have to do sending to right address from a warehouse.

S Kezer: This is my third visit in two weeks to this location. I used to visit the Staples in Worcester, but it has closed and this is the closest location for me. This is not a complaint about customer service. I have always been treated in a courteous manner. This is a logistical complaint. Every time I come in purchase some ink for my computer, the shelves are bare and I am told to come back the day after “ the truck” arrives. I realize that we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and many people are working from home. Perhaps you should consider ordering more ink than normal? Perhaps double or triple the order? Since it evidently sells out so quickly, I don’t think it will languish on your shelves and go to waste. When I last was unable to make a purchase from your store, I used the online ordering service and had it delivered to my home. I needed the ink immediately, but I was able to borrow some from a friend at the last minute. I spoke with a customer service representative to confirm the date of delivery, and mentioned that the store was sold out, again. I was assured that there is no shortage of ink in the warehouses that would prohibit you from ordering more ink to meet demand. During my last visit , a gentleman in front of me had the same problem with lack of ink supply, and he furiously told the associate that he has wasted his time and gas for nothing. He said he would shop elsewhere from now on. I fear you may loose a good number of customers if you are unable to provide a significant supply of the items you state are available in your store. People hate to have their time wasted.Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Once at the counter, the cashier through all of my supplies inside of the filing binder and just assumed that I would carry my binder in the open out of the store.when I politely asked her for a bag- she put all the materials with an attitude and dropped the back as if she wanted to throw it at me. She should never assume that I don’t need a bag- the cashier was rude- I left the store and ask myself what is wrong with her? Worst customer service.
