I have had it with this operator and I have been using this service for years. The male operator is always respectful but she really enjoys the hang up button and not providing customer service and being disrespectful. I wish I knew her name.

Darkness EMP23: Drivers here are great but from what I hear is there are two guys that own this and I'm sorry, but with the scheduling, whining of "we don't wanna work cuz theres ice on the sidewalk" is a little bad. I'd gladly say they go out of their way to make customer DISsatisfaction.
