Forget Me Not Pet Crematory: what do users think?
Kevin Toledo: Our 10 month old kitten, Tito, passed away on April 23rd, and our vet talked to us about forget me not. She couldn’t have referred me to a better place…not only they let me see my kitten before he was cremated, but they also had a SIGN you guys that said “welcome family of Tito” in front of the room where they had him nicely put for us. That for me, was a sign that this place REALLY cares about families, and their pets. I didn’t feel rushed at all during the visit, and they also clipped some hair for me after I asked. 100% recommended. They definitely treat pets here with dignity and respect.
Kristen Prevost: I want to say Thank you all so much!! Everything is so beautiful and beautifully put together.. The staff was so amazing to talking with me on the phone and responding to me emails about questions, I’ve had a difficult time processing the passing of my girl. My beloved Kiana was suppose to be shipped home on the 4th of May. Sarah said she will get her home earlier to me by the 27th of April.. Today is April 26th and my baby girl is home with her family.. Maya sent me an email on 25th with tracking that she would home over night.. Both woman sent their condolences and how sorry with all. Even though I live in upstate Ny they handled everything.. Shipping was top notch with the packaging. I mean everything they have done shows they care and are truly here for families in time of need.. Thank you all again we can’t thank you enough for everything..
Kenny G: These folks are very professional and compassionate at a time where I was at my weakest from losing my best friend. Thank you
Santos Deleon: R.I.P MY BEST FRIEND I’M EMPTY INSIDE OUT AND MY HEART IS IN SO MUCH PAIN BUT THANK YOU FOR 10 YEARS OF PURE HAPPINESS AND JOY🙏
Carlye Crosby: We recently lost our beloved dog Bama. Forget me not, was absolutely amazing. When the man came to pick him up from our home he was amazingly kind and I truly felt like he loved our boy. When he returned Bama’s ashes a few days later, I got the same sense that he truly loved our boy. Thank you for taking such good care of him and bringing him back home!
Michael Morand: Took great care and had compassion for our situation. I recommend forget me not.
Steph S: They have a wreckless driver for their company! Plate number W23 381. They were on the NH side and driving all over the place, super lane changing with no signal nearly hitting me and many others along their way along with cutting in other cars and sped off going plenty well over the speed limit. Stay in Mass! Bad driver to be representing your company. Sorry to leave this review but has some close calls with this driver! 10/17/22. Seeing all the other reviews with how careless they are with pets that have passed on they clearly don’t care about anyone or your pet! Just the $$$
Maura Buser: This disgrace of a place took my Children’s lifelong dog, my dog love & baby…they took him when he died to cremate him and all I purchased was 5 clay footprints. One for each of my boys, and one for me, to remember our pup by.They cremated him and forgot to first make the clay prints I paid for. Afterward (5 weeks later) when I called and inquired about when to expect the clay prints, the person who answered the phone, gave me the bad news & offered me keychains as a condolence prize…I never heard from their management or received any contact to apologize or look to make amends. They are a disgrace and should not be entrusted with any pet you have loved remains.
Jessica M: I've used your services 4 times now in the last 2.5 years for my hedgehogs. Each and every time I was treated with respect and compassion. I hope we don't have to do business again for a long time but when I'm in that position, I know where to go. Thanks for all you do!
Katie Blayer: When our very special guinea pig passed away, Forget Me Not was exceptionally kind and understanding. The man I spoke with was very gentle, and very patient with me. I had asked for an impression of all 4 of Ruby’s feet. Typically they only do one, but they found a way to get all her feet in the clay, and that made all the difference for me. In such a devastating time, it’s nice to have a reminder of Ruby. Thank you Forget Me Not, for all you did for us.
Cindy D: I've had two cats put down and cremated through forget me not. They need to step up their game now that my recently deceased cat was cremated elsewhere! Forget me not only gave me a cedar box, with no name on it. That's it. And I had to go pick it up at forget me not or else I would have had to drive back to the animal hospital which is further away. The other pet crematorium gave me a wooden box with attached picture frame (so I can put my pet's photo in it, for display). And they gave me a little bottle with fur clippings.AND they gave me a ceramic stone paw print with pet name engraved on it. And entire thing was mailed to my home for no extra charge.
Sharon Bonet: I highly recommend. My lovely precious was delivered to me and everything was so beautiful. More than Thank you. God bless.
Helen Washer: We couldn’t have asked for better. Everything was perfect. The little touches were wonderful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our world, Stella.
Emily deLemos (NotYourMemily): My wife and I lost our dear little Tot on 12/23/21. We entrusted her to Forget Me Not for an individual cremation. The ashes they returned to us were not hers. How can I be sure?*Tot was a 20-gram robo dwarf hamster. They sent back about 60 grams of ashes.*I understand that people make mistakes. This was a particularly egregious error, but if they had just been able to tell us what happened we might get some closure. They couldn't even give us a plausible theory. No answers, no promise to address the issue so that this wouldn't happen to any other grieving pet owners- just a refund. Utterly unacceptable.
Ruchika Misra: Absolutely the best most compassionate staff and atmosphere. They made the worst day of my life tolerable, that means the world to my Bandit ♥️
Jaime Lyons: Amazing place, they were so nice and compassionate, took such good care of me and my cat Luna. so thankful for them
Anthony Blevans: They handled everything with care.
Ellen Yelland: It was a great experience for me as I never had to deal with something like this before. Even when I had a crazy request. This is my bella
Michele Bishop: I was very happy with Forget Me Not. The urn I chose is beautiful and very well made. I love the brass plate, and the clay paw was well done. Everything came in a nice tote. They added forget me not seeds and a paw pin. I would highly recommend. The only complaint I have is, I chose an urn off the website after someone told me to go to the website to look...when I called back I was told the one I chose was discontinued. They should keep inventory on the site up to date, or tell people which ones are discontinued before they spend time and tears looking. But I'm still very happy with what I have...And their prices are extreamly reasonable
Susan Aguiar: I lost my beloved Shane on September 21, 2021. -He was 17 years old. Our family is heartbroken. My vet suggested Forget Me Not Crematory. I have always buried all of my pets. After a few days I called them on September 25, 2021 and booked a private cremation and informed her I would call back when I chose the urn. They booked Shane to be picked up on Tuesday September 28, 2021. On Monday, September 27, 2021, I called, chose my urn and gave my credit card. Although I was grieving, I felt better knowing everything was booked and although I had previously buried all of my pets, he would be cremated with dignity as he was so special to our family. On Tuesday, I received a call from Forget me not telling me they had picked Shane up from the Feline Hospital in Salem, MA on the 21 and they had already cremated him in a group. He passedthat very morning. She was not only cold and rude, but didn't take anyresponsibility for this error. When I had spoken to them the 2 times previously, no one ever informed me of this and had even booked picking him up on the 28th. In fact, they never called me when they picked up Shane to inform me, they had him and to confirm his cremation with me. My poor baby is gone and I have nothing left of him.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They don't care at all. They didn't even know where my cat was. THEY ARE SHAMEFUL. DO NOT USE THEM. Make them take some responsibility for their error. I am so upset and angry over this. OH WELL is not a sufficient excuse.
Stephen Aube: I have had nothing but a great experience with forget me not. They are kind compassionate and prompt. Over 30 years they have taken care of 3 of my dogs and now I am faced with yet the decision to put another one down. The ashes have been returned to me quickly and my dogs are home for now. They will all join me one day when I pass and we will be spread at our favorite spots. My heart is broken once again and soon in the near future I will adopt or purchase another service dog. The heart break I feel for each and everyone of my boys is always with me. How ever the love the loyalty and all the great memories is well worth the hear ache. Hank Williams once said when I die I want to go were the animals go, who knows one day I may meet Hank Williams. God speed to all that have been lost. And thank you forget me not for your compassionate and heartfelt Sevice.

Comfort Cremation Inc.: what do users think?
Me: Muy cordiales, atentos, comprensivos excelente servico muy profesional. Yo les recomiendo y doy cinco estrellas.
Nick Lekas: Alex was very professional and helped make this process easy on my family. Thank you.
Dan Babineau: Virginia A. Torti is the Funeral Director here and she helped me more than I can describe. There were some difficulties in my fathers passing and she helped me every step of the way. Extremely patient and professional. I highly suggest going here when that time comes.
Maureen Connor: Our family would like to express our sincere appreciation to Comfort Cremation for its professional services during this difficult time in our lives. It is rare these days to find a business that is both competent in its field and whose staff is caring and kind. Since most of the ”deceased” family lives out of state, we had to rely on information provided on the internet. We found this company’s website to be clear and concise with no hidden costs. After speaking to Alex directly we felt reassured that Comfort Cremations would provide excellent service. Alex addressed all concerns we had about the process. We were updated with texts or phone calls. In less than 2 weeks, the beautiful urn arrived in perfect condition. We recommend this company to anyone who chooses cremation for their loved ones and wants to minimize their stress during this emotional time. Thank you again, Tower/Connor Family
Glenda Perez: I’m glad that at the time of my pain, I was able to find Comfort Cremation. Alex was very professional from day 1 and through the whole process. He kept in touch by phone/email and did everything in a timely manner. Thank you again for calling me today to pick up my dads ashes. We have some peace.

Kelly Cremation & Funeral Care: what do users think?
Stefanie Nardella: SO extremely grateful for the staff at Kelly Cremation & Funeral Care during this very difficult time. My Mom, my very best friend passed away early March and if it wasn't for the kind, caring thoughtful most helpful staff here I'm not sure I could of gotten thru the way I did. Anaili, the location manager was extremely professional yet made my Dad and I so comfortable with her friendly very caring personality alone. Her passion to handle these things for our loved ones shines so bright.. She was SO extremely helpful, literally walked us thru the ENTIRE process and was there to answer any and all questions anytime we had them EVEN TO THIS DAY months later. She was an absolutely blessing to our family - I also wanted to Mention Donna, the office manager as I had called a few times and she was so very kind to me even in my panic - She got me right where I needed to be and was so extremely nice and just very very helpful. This is not something easy to go thru, so if you are looking for compassionate people and people who really care to help you thru this hard time I would absolutely recommend Kelly Cremation & Funeral Care for services! I will NEVER forget the way we were treated and how they handled things for us. Pure Excellence! I will be forever grateful for this staff, especially Anaili.
Luke Magnuson: So we can start off by saying this is a very horrible process to go through. Working with Anaili though made it a lot smoother and in my opinion she made things a lot easier to bear. They are upfront about everything you’re going to need to do all the way to the point where you can start to move on with life with your loved one. The fact that they are part of Miles funeral home was a big relief for me because we used them for my grandfather so many years ago. My mom ended up passing in a hospice home and i had no idea jewelry was on her and it was very nice to get back. If your loved one has a life insurance benefit and you’re unable to come up with the funds they can attach their bill to it and they will get paid from that too! All in all in my opinion experiencing this for the first time on my own it was a big relief. Very happy with this service and will most likely go back to what i know in life and use them again if i need to. The scattering urn i had Anaili pick out was very beautiful to!
Erica Givins-Brown: Very helpful and understanding. We had to deal with a third party for paperwork and Anali was on top them and she got it done for us.
Janice Baronoski: My brother, Stephen, recently died and Kelly Cremation and Funeral Care took excellent care of us. My family has used Kelly's for many years and they have always been caring, available, helpful and affordable. I highly recommend their whole team.
D Saleba: The care and thoughtfulness of the people at Kelly Cremation who handled my fathers passing was phenomenal. Not only were they thoughtful and kind throughout the process, they were extremely helpful and informative. Thank you Kelly cremation and funeral care for making a very difficult time seamless.
Bruce Lupien: Service from Kelly was very good. There was always a person to answer the phone and someone was quick to call back if they needed to do anything. They helped make the process as smooth as possible during a difficult time.
Susan Maass: I highly recommend Kelly Cremation. They were kind, compassionate and helpful when my father in law passed away recently. This happened during the holiday season and being able to do all the arrangements online was incredibly easy and convenient. Rick and Maureen who helped me with arrangements were very knowledgeable and supportive and made a hard task as easy as it possibly could be. I’m very grateful for their help.
Jen R: The experience here was great. They make it easy for you also they are helpful and pick up the phone whenever you call. They also have the respect that families need when going through a hard time.
Mikey Latino: Really professional and helped make a very difficult situation seamless for my Fathers passing. Thank you all!
Jennifer Bouchard: We had a great experience with Kelly's,The staff was helpful, professional and compassionate.I highly recommend
Paula Dzivasen: Very helpful , caring and compassionate during our most difficult time. They handled everything. The online arrangements were quite easy and welcomed.Thank You Anaili
Heather Laperriere: Kelly's did a great job with my boyfriend's funeral. They were very accommodating and professional. Ricky and his team were awesome and very helpful with the planning.
Robert Reidy: Excellent service- Caring, attention to every detail, personal attention and excellent communication. Ricky was wonderful to work with.Bob Reidy
Darlene Olson: I would just like to say that, Anaili & pastor Pam did a beautiful job. For that I am so grateful. Thank you Kelly F. H.
Allison Blaisdell: I was not even a client of this funeral home, but I called to ask some questions after a horrible experience somewhere else. They really had no obligation to take the time to patiently answer my questions, but the woman I spoke to took my number, found the info I was searching for, and called me back. She was SO KIND it brought tears to my eyes. I actually don't even remember the last time I spoke with someone who was so kind and caring. I wish I could remember her name, but I hope that she sees this. Thank you so much!
Rachel Casey: I can’t say enough about the entire staff at Kelly Cremations. A few weeks ago my beloved mother passed away. The entire staff, especially Anaili, Donna, & Kim were so kind & compassionate. They were always happy to answer any questions & help in any way possible! Loosing a loved one is never easy, & making arrangements can be very difficult & overwhelming, but the staff is absolutely amazing!
Genesis Malave: My cousin passed away in November, unexpectedly. Kelly Cremation and funeral home staff were very attentive, their services exceeded my expectations. Anailis, Donna, Kim and the entire crew are patient and caring, very experienced at what they do. Anailis explained what the next steps were, she was very sympathetic, flexible and understanding. She speak Spanish and was very helpful since Spanish is my mother language. Kim, Donna and the rest of the team also handled all the necessary paperwork, they worked so diligently. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Anailis for everything. It will be appreciated, always.
Legouaze Jean Louis: My family and I were extremely please with Kelly. The staff was very professional and attentive to everyone of our needs on the most delicate time of our lives. Which was our fathers funeral.Thank you Kelly for an amazing job.
Theresa Mulryan: It is my pleasure to share this review for Kelly Cremation and Funeral Care. In between the tears, and the grieving emotions that come fast and very hard at you, there was Anaili Hernandez, who led us with a professional, kind and compassionate heart. She immediately took control, guiding us through every step to pick and choose without pressure, the best options for the burial of our loved one. Their budget friendly services were outstanding. Every detail was attended to. Nothing was left out.In your time of need I highly recommend Kelly Cremation and Funeral Care to handle your services. I am confident that Anaili, Rick and the entire staff will treat you as you deserve which is second to none.Sincerely,Terry Mulryan
Meme Jumpp: When a loved one passes, its always hard to think about what comes after. Unfortunately two weeks ago my family and I experienced this. I am grateful for the support and kindness of Kelly's Cremation for helping my family during this tough time. The owner Rick worked closely with me to provide the best customer care. I have nothing negative to say . I would encourage others to utilize them. The services are affordable and the people there truly care. If the time comes again. I would definitely utilize their services.Thank you!!
Elaine Griffith: It was just what we needed! We are planning an unusual memorial event of our own and only needed a cremation, not all the other extras that are with most funeral packages. The price was also more in line with our budget. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and Rick was so friendly and helpful when I came to collect my sons ashes. The location on Lincoln St was very nice and could be a pleasant spot for those who want a traditional service

Sheryl Gleason: Lindquist from the beginning to the end were extremely compassionate, helpful in every step of the way. I could not have had a more professionally taken care of service for my father-in-law. All the way to making sure he had the military service he deserved and hunting down all information for us. Rice Funeral Home LLC: what do users think?
Shirl Hebert: We recently had a funeral there for my mother. I have to say the services where first class. They were very easy to work with. Everything went wonderfully. I have nothing negative to say. Very positive experience. Can't thank them enough.
sara hunt: Honestly the Best place. We appreciate everything Celeste and her brother have done for us to get our Grandfather home. Thank you 🙏🏻
Carolyn Sacco: Celeste and her brother Roger made the death of three loved ones a lot easier. Rice Funeral Home was beyond accommodating and understanding of the grief we were going through during the hardest times of our lives. She made sure that each funeral went as smoothly as possible. Her husband Kerry, brother-in-law Alan and cousin Alan also made great conversation and provided great direction and understanding with family members and friends when we could not. She was great in any situation to the point where my living grandmother has requested her services when she passes. She helped us through the process every step of the way and did so with grace, understanding, and empathy. I would highly recommend using this funeral home.
V.N Trekker: I can't recommend Rice Funeral Home enough! A loved one passed away recently and I had the task of arranging all the details for cremation, burial, obituary, headstone and veterans benefits while living abroad. After calling around a bit I found some real charlatans in the funeral business, which was upsetting to me. Then I found Rice! Their price was great and service was truly stellar. The care and knowledge that Celeste and Roger gave myself and my family, along with all the valuable assistance with paperwork, etc., was top notch. I would've been lost and completely overwhelmed with stress at what was already an emotional time. They were kind and efficient and very respectful of our needs and wishes. Great value, caring people. :-)
Maria Cocker: Having a loved one pass on is difficult enough. This funeral home goes above and beyond to accommodate you and to make sure all your needs are taken care of. Celeste is the best! Thank you for EVERYTHING!
Matt LaBarre: On the behalf of Saint Paul's Elder Outreach, thank you for the kind, caring, and professional way you have helped us and a number of families we were assisting. From the moment of the initial call to you through the making of whatever arrangements the individual or family desired to your compassionate manner in helping everyone involved, you were so patient and easy to work with.Whether you were working through arrangements for a veteran and his burial in a Veterans' cemetery ( and all the accompanying paperwork ) or demonstrating your concern for the families and friends of other individuals we referred to you, we're very grateful for all you have done!
Diane I: Did not have the most pleasant experience working with this funeral home.Though Celeste (funeral director) is professional and efficient at her job, she lacks the type of sensitivity and understanding that is necessary in a field like this, especially when you are working with grieving families. She came off quite cold throughout our interactions and I think my family would have much preferred someone who was a bit more warm and compassionate. To begin with, she gave us push back on just about everything we requested, from the date we wanted to set for the funeral, to the outfit we wanted our mom to wear, to our decision to keep the casket open instead of closed. When we told her we had ordered an autopsy for our mother, she doubted us, argued that the hospital never did autopsies, and made it seem like we were the ones mistaken. It was only after she called the hospital herself to get verification did she end up apologizing. Several times during the process, she told us that we could go with another company, as she didn’t want to work with us because we did not feel comfortable planning the funeral in the time frame she had requested. We gladly would have went elsewhere if we were not crunched for time.I still won’t forget the day she picked our moms body up from the hospital, and called us hysterical saying that our mom’s body was the worse she had ever seen in all the years she had worked in the funeral industry and that it was too ravaged to make presentable for the wake. She made it seem like my mom was a burn victim or something. The way she spoke about her was highly disrespectful. Our mom did not look nearly as bad as she was making it out to be. She kept saying that she didn’t feel comfortable keeping the casket open, even though that was not a decision for her to make. It was highly inappropriate for her to even argue with us about this, after we had made a family decision to keep the casket open.Overall, there were just too many issues that we butted heads on with her. Celeste wants everything to be done her way, but she really needs to learn the art of compromise, and realize that just because something hasn’t been done a certain way before, doesn’t mean it can’t be or won’t turn out good. Losing a loved one unexpectedly is already challenging enough. Planning the funeral should not have been as stressful as it was.
Nhan Le: Thank you for helping our family while we lost a loved one
Sheila Miranda Rivera: My mom passed away in October, unexpectedly. One of the most hardest moments of mine and families life. Rice funeral home staff were very attentive, their services exceeded my expectations. Celeste and Roger are patient and caring, very experienced at what they do. My siblings and I felt comfortable asking all the uncomfortable questions, without feeling rushed. I felt at ease in my initial call, Roger explained what the next steps were, was very sympathetic. Celeste also handled all the necessary paperwork, she worked so diligently. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend Rice Funeral Home. Thank you, again Celeste and Roger for everything. It will be appreciated, always.
Orlando Ortiz: My mom Maggie passed away about a month ago it is the hardest thing that My sister and I had ever experienced that our mom passed away. The rice funeral home was just like a family, they took us in and brace us immediately made my sisters and I feel so comfortable. They were so patient and answered all of your questions and concerns. Thank you so much for your support and services.
Denisse Rivera: They made us feel comfortable they also answer every question we needed! Very blessed to have them!
Kami Pawelek: My Father Joseph passed away recently . This had been the first time I had lost a parent . Planning a funeral for a parent is one of the hardest life experiences I have been through . Celeste and Roger were very accommodating and hospitable. Rice funeral home was warm and welcoming .

sherida tuero: To Celest and the staff at @RiceFuneralHome THANK YOU I have been thinking of words to write and nothing will be enough to show my gratitude 🙏 at a moment so difficult like the loss of a family member, our mother, our first experience, you made it easy, with integrity and respect, your kindness and patience made the best out of this awful situation. Thank you again. You made me have faith again in what customer service is supposed to be. Professionalism and knowledge from the first time we made contact til we said good bye. 🙏🙏
Stephanie Duca: Losing my brother has been one of the hardest losses of my life. Celeste was so helpful, understanding, supportive, and so patient during such a difficult time. Celeste was there to answer any questions as well as offer helpful advice with things we either didn't think of or were unaware of. Celeste, please know we're forever grateful.Stephanie & Jimmy Duca
Nancy Luu: In the last year I lost both my grandparents. Celeste and Roger went above and beyond to make the services special. My family is Vietnamese (speaks little English). They had the price list in Vietnamese which was very helpful to my family. Celeste and Roger were very accommodating to our family needs for the services. They are genuine, and really treat you like family. Can’t say enough! Thank you.
Racheal Ellis: Celeste and Roger went above and beyond to help me in my time of grieving my father. They made everything easy and did a lot of the work for me. Highly recommend them! Truly genuine people.
Autum Cullen: With our dad passing unexpectedly we had to find a funeral home fast, Celeste, the woman who helped us in the funeral home, was very helpful and we felt she genuinely cared about what we wanted for our father. We felt she did everything she could to make sure things went smoothly and everything was taken care of within a reasonable time. When it came to the viewing she displayed our father perfectly and accurately, he looked very peaceful at rest. We really appreciate what they did for us. Thank you again for the help you gave us.

Graham Putnam Mahoney Funeral Parlors: what do users think?
Do Li: Honored my father's wishes...never pushed anything on us.
Crystal Dee: They don’t respect grieving family’s. As long as you can throw money at them. My wife’s mother passed away and they didn’t even call her to inform about the ceremony even after they told her they would. They also didn’t want to give my wife information about her own mother but was harassing her for a signature because we live states away and they said she would be disposed by the states if we didn’t sign away her release form as soon as possible. My wife’s mother death wasn’t even honored properly because of family differences. And her own daughter wasn’t invited thanks to toxic people and lying employees.
Ken Collins: GPM handled all the details of my personal loss. Patient and caring of my family needs. Worked with me on exactly how I wanted to proceed. Highly recommended! TY
Ruth Turner: I commend you for your professional behaviour. The dead are dead. They need to be buried. It is a matter of public health. I support your decision. All this media based silliness is irrelevant. Are we going to exhume Sirhan Sirhan, Lee Harvey Oswald and James Earl Ray?
Trung Nguyen: Our family used Graham Putnam & Mahoney twice, once in 2003 and recently this past week in Nov 2020. Our experience exceeds 5 stars. The team is respectful, polite, courteous, understanding and professional. Peter is just a wonderful human being. He is super helpful and arranged everything. He is informative and super resourceful. If you need anything or just advice, he will recommend people he trusts and we trust Peter. Peter is like an attorney and a psychiatrist to our family. In times of death, Peter is able to bring a smile to everyone at the wake and funeral. Let that comment sink in for a few minutes.During this Covid time, everyone who attended the wake at Graham Putnam & Mahoney felt safe. Team members all wore masks. There were signs of social distancing and they were enforced. The inside was clean, bright, and comfortable. There were multiple rooms with seats. The casket, flowers and pictures were laid out beautifully. We think ambiance is the most important thing at a wake and Graham Putnam & Mahoney just felt right to everyone. The ambiance was that of peace, respect, brightness and positivity. Our family is Catholic but those who weren't Catholic had no issues paying their respects. The drive from the funeral home to the church was fast and orderly. There were several cars to ensure our group traveled together.Just want to reiterate that the entire team at Graham Putnam & Mahoney are total professionals. Our family is happy and proud that we were able to lay to rest our loved ones with the help of Graham Putnam & Mahoney.Thank you
Madison Prescott: I would not even give this place one star but it didn’t give me the option to leave it w no stars. The place is completely outdated and dark. It needs so many updates and most importantly a DEEP cleaning. Very disappointed with the sanitary ways of this place especially during a pandemic. I would not recommend using this funeral home for any of your funeral and or wake needs!!
Mama G: Peter Stefan is definitely a caring man BUT its way past time to shut this eye sore down! Yes their "cheap" but you get what you pay for. They should charge full price an clean up the building and properly store the deceased. The board of health is constantly there for a reason
Paula Dzivasen: This place is a dump and after I paid in full I didnt get a lick of service from them. GROSSLEY INCOMPETENT Employees that have zero experience in dealing with the dead and grieving...Absentee Funeral Director..or maybe just too old? He retire and close.
Sarah Hampton: Horrible funeral home they. Creamated our loved ones body before we got our viewing which they then tried to blame on us. They refuse to give us our lived ones ashes even though they have been paid for them.by masshealth. They are scammers and they lie and keep making up excuses as to why we can't get them
Sawyer Sheds: My Father and I lost my mother and his wife of 72 years two days before Christmas this year 2019. The management was caring and helpful and we feel will perform everything requested with top quality service. Albert and Ross Weingarten
Joanne RICCI: The most compassionate and caring people I have ever met in my life..They have restored my faith in humanity.
Just Me: i woul give it a half star is possible . worst experience ever unprofessionally done and lets talk about the roaches yuk .
Michelle Fournier: Worst funeral home ever. Unprofessional. The funeral director interrupted our loved one’s services multiple times to discuss finances and paperwork in front of friends and family during the services. Staff told us to ‘wrap things up’ a half hour before the calling hours were over- people were still coming in to pay their respects. And the funeral director told my mother and nephew that it was ‘time to leave’ when they were kneeling at my brother’s coffin paying their final respects. This place has zero class and zero respect for families of the deceased. Multiple letters were sent to the owner Peter Stefan and he never resolved anything and decided our complaints weren’t important enough to continue investigating and has yet to respond. It may be the cheapest in the city, but their services aren’t even worth a penny.
Tamara Bustamante: They were understanding let us extend our visit
joe formalarie: Absolutely and by far the most wonderful people Peter and Paul I have ever met. Our brother Mike died suddenly and ended up at The Graham, Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlors in Worcester. Mike would be proud and I/we certainly very highly recommend These beautiful People, They soothed everything @56 y/o Mike would have been proud without any question, Thank You from my Heart Peter Sir and Paul. F. Joseph Formalarie and Family.
Stephanie Twine-Haig: Very caring kind people who won't let money or thr lack of it control sending your loved one off with dignity
John Genatossio: Excellent service.Very humble and truly caring to families need.I wish there were more places that truly care about their clients and not there wallets!Thank you Peter and Paul
Mary Ann Rodriguez: I was raised in Worcester, MA.. now residing in Florida. I have to say that for the years of growing up in Worcester, this funeral has always been there for everyone & specially the poor. Business is business. No matter what the person has done in the past he deserves a burial. & what the owner of Graham Putnam & Mahoney Funeral did has nothing to do with his services for the public.Although, I've never met him in person, I might've seen him in the past I thank him for always being there to help the community & a lot of them were people that couldn't afford the funeral, Peter was there to help out.God bless you for having such a good heart.
Johnnie Holt: People need to remember that funerals exist to provide comfort, healing and support for THE LIVING. The dead don't much care. As of today, the family of the marathon bombers are innocent, and are suffering along with the rest of us. They're entitled to a funeral, and some comfort so that they can bury their son to start the grieving process. This is not about a dead bomber. It's about family.
Gail AtNight: The milk of human kindness. What more could one ask for in a funeral director who handles the last acts for a human soul on this earth?I am so grateful that Mr. Stefan had this kindness and the courage to accept the body of a troubled human soul. Thank you. God bless you.
Rosemary Murphy: I commend the funeral home for standing up for our principles. I believe Christ forgave the worse sinner. It would be barbaric for us to just leave his body in limbo forever and not let his family bury him. I thought we have progressed and become more civilized in western civilization. What he did is totally indefensible but we shouldn't stoop to his level and loss our principles. If I lived in Worcester I would use your funeral home. I think when God looks to see if you emulated Christ on earth he will say yes and have a room for you all in heaven

Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel: what do users think?
Paul Rinaldi: Mercadantes is the gold standard for funeral services. They are compassionate, professional, detailed, and were very responsive to all our needs during these tough circumstances. Amazing job!
nola Brech: Someone was given wrong information and they contacted me with the correct info and things have been taken care of.Thank you for contacting me.
Melissa LaChance: We can not say enough wonderful things about Mercandante. In such an awful time they were amazing! Stephen went above and beyond and made sure everything was clear and ran smoothly.
S P: Has anyone else been contacted in an attempt to be double charged for services paid 1-2 years prior?
Jeannine Roy: Our family, like many others, have known Mercadante Funeral home and the staff for many years. We felt comfortable with them, trusted them, etc. We had pre-arranged funeral services for my uncle. When the time came, Michael Farrow was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, caring, sensitive... offered good suggestions and thoughts and good follow-through. He stayed with us every step of the way which provided a huge level of comfort and relief for me and my entire family. It made the process so much easier to go through. I truly felt like we weren't alone...
Melissa Coffey: The grief that my children and I experienced upon losing my husband at such a young age to brain cancer (he was 44) was overwhelming, but the kindness and the compassion we received was wonderful!! We especially appreciated the discretion and the way the staff attended to our family's special circumstances in regard to uninvited guests at the private, closed services. It was very important to the three of us that my husband receive a dignified funeral and the staff at Mercadante made sure that happened. I cannot thank you enough!!
Brenda Obrien: Very professional, caring, understanding, knowledgeable staff. Wonderful service and aided me with Veterans forms and information. Have used them for 2 recent funerals and both were just what I wanted. They make this whole painful process easier. I would recommend them to anyone.
CAMD: Funeral homes are not the most comfortable place to be however my experience was very comforting. The people there are compassionate, understanding, patient and you feel at ease immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs these services go there.
Tina Bergevin: Everyone at Mercandantes were so patient, kind, helpful & professional .They made each detail special and helped make our burden lighter .Pastor Bruce gave a heartfelt perfect Speech about my Sister that was so true to her spirit of love & generosity .Michele was so patient with all the changes & details , and the day of the service went so smoothly with extra care & consideration in every way .It was a beautiful reflow my beautiful Sisters life 🕊
Ariana Awer: Had funerals for two brothers within a week.. this is hands down the best service you will find around… the funeral director Michelle E Mercadante is very professional and goes above and beyond.. they have services you wouldn’t even think they have..
Ngan Thach: Every single person at Mercadante was kind and compassionate during such a hard time for my family. They were extremely patient, very understanding, and very responsive to any and all requests that we had. Their attention to detail and willingness to help everything run smoothly greatly lifted the burden off of us, and we are grateful to have chosen them to help lay my grandmother to rest.
Kathy Gaudette: We recently used Mercandante Funeral Home, first for my dad who passed away and then my mom 7 months later. I realize that this is a job and that Mercandante has been in business for many years, however, they never made it seem mundane, or simple, we were treated as if we were their family. The service we had was as we asked for, both my parents looked amazing and at peace, no detail was left unnoticed, all questions were answered, and I couldn't have been happier with our decision to have them take care of all our arrangements. First class, and the staff are remarkable. Steve was our go to man and he was outstanding! He made the day special both times, and I can't thank him and the other people at Mercandantes for making these difficult times easy and special for my family. Thank you again! Kathy G.
JoAnn Verdolino: I grew up with Mercadante family we lived in same neighborhood. My sister passed away & it was seamless to make arrangements &The services were impeccable.Thank you Kevin!
Dawn Sims: Mercadante funeral home and Chapel has always been my families go to. They tend to every detail and wish that you ask of them and more. They support you every step of the way as well as even after your families home going services are completed they continue to reach out with information on grief for all ages and circumstances. When they say they will handle it all and make sure everything is complete they do. I can’t thank them enough over the years for every time we have to make these most difficult arrangements at a heart breaking time they are fully committed to see us through this process in a caring professional way.
Nicole Dangredo: As difficult as services are, I’d like to take this time on behalf of our family to acknowledge the professionalism of the staff and our experience with them through such a hard time over the last couple of days. I believe this can often get overlooked due to the immense thoughts and feelings of sorrow and grief we’re all feeling at this time, or perhaps its as simple as a mutual understanding that this is their job and bc of that they're expected to do it well. However as most of us know, just bc someones has a job doesn’t mean they do it well, or worse that they even care to try. It’s the ones that love their jobs that truly shine and I found that passion in the staff at Mercadantes. I’ve been to my share of wakes and funerals both as immediate and not immediate family “ at Mercadante, as well as other funeral parlors, however the last two days something was just different. Be it the ability to acknowledge what they’ve put into their work over the years to be able to perform so well, or be it bc we were just more intuitive this time, but either way they’ve earned this review even tho I haven’t slept in days, keep falling asleep, and can’t even keep one eye open whilst writing it. Now I’m by no means saying my other experiences at funeral parlors weren’t as great, I’m saying it just wasn’t as noticeable. Being that I am in the “hospitality” industry, I find that I am all too often subconsciously, overly critical of staff in similar industries. Over the last two days I was just so blown away by the staff that I strongly felt the need to acknowledge them. To begin, from start to finish there was always someone to greet us, open/close the door any time someone entered/exited the building, although a small gesture it stuck out, we also have a handicap in our family, in which they dedicated one of their staff to ensuring he had easy accessibility to the casket as needed, promptly placed exit ramps, and escorted him to lead the casket as a pallbearer per his uncles request through the entire service and at all locations. Also one of many times I cried yesterday, one of the tissue boxes ran out of tissues. I hadn’t noticed anyone paying attention to me, but before I could look for another box a staff member promptly came over with tissues for me. Although something simple it’s those details they truly excel in. Then today for the funeral services I believe it was Michelle who blew me away with her simple yet detailed direction to the family and friends on what we would and could expect over the next couple of hours. She spoke clear, loud enough so everyone could hear her, and when she spoke, it was with confidence, genuine compassion, and empathy in her voice that I found comforting. As many know a lot of our fear and anxiety stems from the unknown and she made sure all basis were covered, and left no one with questions of what was happening next .That wasn’t all. At the church as well as the cemetery she made sure to direct our immediate family to what we should do, where we would stand, and when and where we should do it. All while ensuring the rest of the guests didn’t accidentally interrupt these moments and also knew what to do if and when they did. She knew when to pray, when to talk and when to give further instructions. She did this all while standing in the background and going unnoticed until she deemed it necessary to come forward and did so at all the right times. Her support staff also went under the radar but was strategically placed at all services to ensure a seamlessly perfect celebration of life. During such a difficult time having them there to ease this burden and take on all of the stresses that services bring, truly made those certain aspects of the day a lot more bearable. We are so grateful. A million times-Thank you!
lisa freilich: Michelle was extremely helpful during the most difficult time for our family, she was compassionate, professional and organized. She assisted our family with every detail of our mom's funeral. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Mercandante Funeral Home.
Mary Sciannameo: Michelle and Kevin are worth a million. They were there for us every step of the way with their knowledge and sympathy. They answered every question and even made us aware of things we never would’ve thought of. They made a very difficult situation so much easier to deal with. Love them.
Michael Lapomardo: All details of my Mom's wake and funeral were handled with care. We received many compliments on the details of the occasion. The funeral director was very available to us for any questions or issues that came up. I would highly recommend using Mercadante Funeral Home
Nicole Patricks: MikeThere are just not enough words that I can say to express how grateful I am to you.I was so fearful about being alone during the funeral planning process. It was always so important to my mom and I that we have a beautiful celebration for my dad. We had many talks about it in the past and in my head I had an idea of what we wanted. Wasn't sure how to attain it. But it was even better than I could have imagined. You guided me every stop of the way and I never felt alone. You were always quick to respond and knew exactly what I wanted or needed, but better!I had no idea how important your role was and had no idea about the timing of things, the hours and the thoughtfulness to details it took to plan such an experience like we had.Your communications to me and staying in contact through text, email and phone was remarkable. I truly felt supported and gently guided by you every step of the way. You are so professional yet down to earth and real.Like my dad, a true gentleman and a gem.The urn was absolutely beautiful, the details in the way the flowers and photos were placed was perfect. The programs, the prayer cards, the candle, His picture, the way it was enlarged and framed. It was something he would have picked himself.Right down to the way everything was packaged when we went to pick the flowers and belongings up. Who knew how special those black velour bags would make someone feel when their loved ones' rosary beads were uncovered or when the urn was handed to them.Everything was reminiscent of a life honored and respected. I know your hand was in every aspect of it. Thank you just doesn't seem to convey enough. It was truly a remarkable and monumental day that will be etched in our lives forever. On behalf of Paul Beriau's wife and family, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.Yolande, Paul, Peter, Robi, Chantal and Nicole

He did an excellent job assisting my mother in law & family with the arrangements, giving full attention to the details. He suggested many ways to personalize this service . He was available to answer any questions we had before, during & after the services! It was a pleasure working with him! Thank you again for all you did for making this special for all of us!

Nordgren Memorial Chapel: what do users think?
Samuel Doughty: These women are incredible- my wife and I cannot express enough how much we appreciated their services. We came to them when our son died and they took a lot of time with us to sort through the grieving process while making the necessary arrangements. They also offered to donate his services, which was totally unexpected but immeasurably appreciated. On the day of the funeral the weather was lousy (at the worst time of day it could be) but they came in anyway to make sure we could lay him to rest at the time people could be there and all the services we had arranged could be done. Again- we cannot recommend them enough!
Eric Warren: I had reached out to one of the people that work there named Erica regarding my brother who had terminal cancer. My mother and I just wanted to be prepared and make decisions while we had clear minds. Erica was extremely professional and empathetic. The tone in her voice told me she genuinely cares about us and was considerate of our difficult time. When the time came and my brother passed, Erica was there for us and made us feel like family. Not only did we matter to her, my brother mattered to her, and because of that I will be forever grateful for her and the people behind the scenes.
Susan Bergeron: I do not recommend! They did not tear up a paper that I asked them to concerning to my daughter and ashes. They were given to someone that didn't deserve them. I was told I should have double checked on her work, and that was the main administrator.
Christine Callender: My mom passed away last week and Nordgren Memorial Chapel took care of my mom's funeral for us and they did a wonderful job I was very impress with the details that they had provided I really appreciate the detail work that they had done for my family my mom look so beautiful and seeing my mom like that put my mind at ease and my whole family was very happy with the service that Nordgren Memorial Chapel had provided us Thank you so much and I want you to know we really appreciate your hard work and your professionalism
Nina Riv: I wanted to take a moment to thank Erica, Katherine and staff. Erica you did an amazing job, my dad looked exactly like himself and like he was sleeping. Katherine thank you for your kindness during this difficult time. My family appreciated everything you all had done.
Jorge Cabrera: my father passed away at an early age, Nordgren memorial chapel gave me more then excellent wake. Nordgren family gave me support and happiness they made my father look so amazing like my father was only sleeping. he looked peaceful and calm and Nordgren understood that my father meant the world to me and my mother and brother. Nordgren memorial chapel is excellent most amazing service offered to me and my family, I planned to bring my self and family to Nordgren when our chapter in life ends. I recommend everyone to give your loved ones to Nordgren memorial chapel and let them make your loved one look like they never left this life. thank you Nordgren memorial chapel.Katherine E. Mangsen funeral director is an amazing lady who understands your pain and suffer andErika M. Nordgren Mangsen for putting her amazing hands to work and put her amazing talent on my father to make him look alive for me for one last time. Thank you you deserve10 stars
Alysha Yarbrough: Beautiful establishment, great services, highly recommended.
Daeha Kang: 100% satisfactory. Beautiful service.
Zelly Penn: When my grandmother died my family had no idea where to turn or what to do. The staff was kind from the very first phone call. After my mom called the funeral home to report the passing, she felt less anxious. I went to the arrangements appointment with my mom, and the ladies at Nordgren couldn’t have been more kind to us. They made such a stressful time that much easier. I know it sounds cliche, but they made us feel like family. My grandmother looked so beautiful. I have attended other wakes and looked at other bodies, but I have never seen someone look so natural and at peace. The embalmer is top notch! If you are looking for the most caring people you’ve ever met and a homey atmosphere, this is the funeral home you need to go to.
Shawn Holt: It's always stressful and emotional when a loved one dies and when you have to plan a service it can only add to the stress. The staff here made the process 100% more stress free than I could ever imagine. The whole arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I know it sounds strange to say something in such a sad event but everything from the setup to the care of our loved one, it just seemed so flawless. These people just want us to feel comfortable and loved and it shows in their work.Honestly I've never felt so much care and love from complete strangers. It was like they were family. If you're thinking of planning a service, I'd recommend this place. God bless.
Tim Ruston: The woman who was in charge of my grandmothers wake and funeral today was quite rude and had no empathy. As soon as my family had shown up she was asking people to sign papers and asking about payment before allowing us to see our loved one. With only "one funeral service a day" she seemed to be in quite a rush to push us out the door by verbally announcing we need to move to the cars and the time to talk to each other is at the cemetery or afterwards.Very disappointed about how we were treated by this woman. The fact that this treatment came during a wake/funeral just made it even worse.I suggest avoiding this place if you do not want to feel even more pressured about a funeral.
Ivette Lopez: I had my grandmother in my house in hospice and they told us that we had to start making funeral arrangements. I went to several funeral homes but in this funeral home it was where I felt at peace and at home. When my grandmother died I dealt with Katherine the funeral directorShe was very kind to me and my family. and they did a great job, my grandmother was beautiful. I recommend this funeral home, they are very kind.
