Def 21M: Completely disrespectful to my wife. Driver came and knocked on the door. From the time it took my wife to go from the bathroom to the door , driver was gone. We called to ask what happened. Was told "driver can't sit and wait".We have 4 kids with a quarter of oil left,O the coldest weekend of the year. Guy on the phone told me without a care "maybe you should go and find another oil company".Never been treated like this ever.

They have sinced changed ownership. But so far (2019) the service dept employees are the Same. ( ehich is EHY we stay with this company) Oil prices may be a bit higher, but it is more than made up in knowlegeable service dept.

Michele Godzik: Customer for many years, recently bought out and the prices are higher and services below par. The billing system has changed and bills are off. They are not charging appropriate fees and the bills reflect many mistakes. When I call for explanations no one can answer my questions, and I am told someone from billing will call me back. Still waiting for a call back. Will be leaving this company for one that can provide better prices and service.

music is life: DO NOT USE COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST OIL COMPANY EVER. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE FOR A SINGLE DELIVERY THEY NEVER GAVE BACK MY MONEY OR DELIVERED OIL.

Merle Brandzel: We had just moved into our home in February when our furnace ran out of oil. We called several places randomly and none would deliver any amount without a signed and verified contract--- except Noar's which made a delivery that night.Since then they have been responsive and accommodating regarding deliveries and furnace repairs and apologized the one time we ran out of fuel in midwinter when they hadn't accounted our oil delivery need accurately. Very, very pleasant to do business with.

Adam Rose: I've been a customer for 10 years. I called today to find out why I was being charged 50 cents per gallon more than what the competitors are currently charging. The woman Heather who took my call was extremely rude and had a laundry list of excuses that didn't make any sense. Basically she told me that there was nothing they could do and had no problem with losing my business. If this is how they treat a customer of 10 years, imagine what it will be like for you as a new customer. Take my advice and give your business to someone who appreciates it!

RJ Brown: The operator refused to help because I am not a current customer. The receptionist was rude and sounded like she hated her job. I have not received any services from Noar's oil, and because of my experience, I never will.

Debra Helfgott: We are very pleased with the service we have received from Noar's Oil Company. We moved into a new house earlier this year and after discussing our heating oil needs we chose Noar's. Their sales manager came to our house the day we called and set up our account and service agreements. Oil was delivered later that day and their on line bill pay system works perfectly. When the summer was approaching we thought about putting in split air conditioning units so again we called Noar's. Their General Manager was at our house the next day with brochures showing what they offered and helped us choose the right units including ones that provide heat in the winter which will reduce our oil costs. We scheduled the installation for late May. Their installation crew was excellent. They took great care in making sure the units were installed properly. Once the job was completed they took the time to show us how to use the system so we could get the maximum benefit from these high efficiency units. Our house is now comfortable in both cold and warm weather. We would recommend Noar's Oil to anyone looking for a complete heating and cooling company.
