No: I had went to this pharmacy to pick up an important prescription. The brown haired short lady at the counter informed me that the prescription was not yet ready and that I would need to wait until 1:30 to pick it up. I come back to the counter at 1:30 just to be rudely told by the same lady that it’s her lunch break now and the pharmacy will be completely closed for some time (she didn’t bother to specify how long). Another kinder blonde lady with glasses brought my prescription over to her for her to check me out. She gave my boyfriend a rude look and told me that I needed an ID. I didn’t have one on me so I turned to my boyfriend to ask him to use his to pick mine up and get it figured out. Before I could even ask she slammed the metal barrier in my face and stormed off. I broke down crying because we live an hour away and cannot afford an uber to come back and she didn’t give us an option to move the prescription to a different cvs. This brown haired short lady was extremely disrespectful and completely unhelpful. The fact that they all have one lunch break is ridiculous. (At least post us or tell us how long it will be!)
Brendan Miller: Pharmacy is always slow and has messed up prescriptions many a times. I’m going to stop using this CVS

Woodie WoodPecker: I am making a formal complaint to the Pharmacist board about very hostile behavior by a Pharmacist ( very unprofessional guy ) tall white guy who all of a sudden came out of his desk and came right up to my face/chest and yelled at me that 'I am the only pharmacist working tonite ' This was after he put us on hold to check the vaccines despite our confirmed appointment and instead of finishing his job with us he kept on talking to the next customers . He is going to hear from his pharmacy board soon about this misconduct- also reported him to Worcester police station
Toph: Waiting on the phone waiting for pharmacy to pick up because I had concerns about my prescription I was waiting about 20 minutes before I said enough is enough and called Walgreens Walgreens front desk answered within a minute and next thing you know I’m transferred and talking to a pharmacist all with 5 mins or less, I like this cvs but the fact they never answer is unprofessional, don’t waste your time calling this place you’ll have a better chance with another pharmacy
philip nguyen: Was on hold for 21 minutes. Not even a “please hold”. Must be absolute chaos in there at 8:12 pm on a Tuesday.
Vuong Diep: I called this cvs pharmacy to inquire about my medication status. They told me it would be ready in 1 hour. I showed up to the store 2 hours later after I got out of work and it was still not ready. I had to sit there and wait for another hour. Avoid getting your medication here if you can!

Glado: This the worst cvs i ever used, i moved from 500 grafton st worcester ma cvs to here bescause i live near park ave, nor didn't i know this place is a night mare,the calls are never been answered i have been calling waiting for more than 30 min for the call to be answered ,after calling 7 different times in different days no call was ever picked, one day i went to pick my meds at around 11.30 pm driving through and the lady at the window asked me to wait at the parking so she can call the nearest cvs to go pick the meds from there because they did not have them ,she was to call me back in a few for a go ahead ,so i packed my car and waited for 30 min ,no call came in i decieded to call them ,the phone rang another 20 min nobody picked, i walk inside the store to check what is happening , when i was expressing myself to let them know that not right the lady started to yell at me that they are busy , i asked her seriousily ?did you forget that you told me to wait outside and you gonna be calling me back in a few for confarmation? she was so rude and i end up going home by 12:30am without meds so yesterday i missed the dose, today i have been calling to followup to know if they got them so i can go pick when i close the work, i have been at work since early morning and its along shift , i have called this store waiting for hours and no one is picking , so as per now i might miss the dose in the second time , tomorrow i have to call my doctor again to send my meds back to where i came from its rather i drive far good care and respect.

A H: I just had the worst experience at this location tonight and I will never shop in cvs ever again. I was ready to check out my items and out of no where a so called security staff who dressesed up unprofessionaly acused me of stealing flowers and he acted as he was sure that he saw me with a flower, then when he noticed that was another guy who was walking out towred the exit of the stor and was holding a flower, the security staff did not even bother to apologize to me for the mistake , and when I expressed my concerns with the cvs clerk that I was profiled by the security staff, the clerk respond was "this is the most stupid thing i ever heard "and added if l do not like it here go shop at Walgreens. I was confused and shocked on how they treated me unfairly and it seem that they dont care because they never held accountable.
Rachel Briggs: This cvs is always well stocked and clean. They also have friendly, helpful staff.

Tiana Jimenez: This cvs is so bad the manager is very poor mannered and nothing gets done in the morning. I feel better walking in at night where I feel safe to see a serious security guard and two employees who always helps me find what I need . So sad to see how I don’t feel comfortable getting my meds there on day light. So thank you night crews for your help and making me feel safe.

Robert Kirby: If I could give this place a -5 I would. The ugly miserable lady working the window today shut the window while I was waiting in line for 6 minutes and told me she was closed for lunch. Rudest thing that’s happened to me in a while. Shut the window right on my face and hung the phone up. GO ELSE WHERE I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE YOU WILL ANSWER FOR THIS. GO ELSEWHERE.
Nicole LeBlanc: Walked around for 20 minutes to find what I needed. I don’t care if no one asks if I need help finding something. I’ll browse while I find it myself. Get to the counter and there’s four people waiting in line. Of corse I’m gonna do self check out I’m young. All of a sudden there’s an extra worker whose name is probably Becky standing two feet behind me over my shoulder watching me scan every item. I have never had anyone do that anywhere let alone another cvs. So aggressive when there are plenty of other people that needed your help
MR INK: I really don’t see how they answer the phone after making me wait 39mins to then leave me off of hold still waiting to be helped for another 30 minutes. This is not ok! This cvs is awful. I heard peoples personal info waiting to be helped!
Laura Adkins Aucoin: The automated system is one of thee worse. Staff are rude. Place went from pretty decent. To straight up rude. Call all day. No one ever picks up. Got screenshots of call duration over hour wait. Multiple calls. Corporate might want to seriously try contacting themselves. Thru customer number. See how long their duration is so glad questions regarding life saving medicine can wait til they decide to answer. Seriously totally unprofessional
Holly Longbottom: Their great on the most part,also depends who is helping you. Now calling with a question is a nightmare, I am currently on hold for 25 minutes! This certainly hasnt been the 1st time I've been on hold this long. I hate calling,but I'm not walking over to the store to find out it's to early.
