Mark Phan: The fact that one of your pharmacy technician took my sister’s phone number from her file and text her that he is attached to her is unacceptable. This is against the law. Her information should be provide and kept secure. This is disgusting of the pharmacy to allow an employee to do that. I would give this place no stars.
Susan Lopez: One star is for customer service. I don’t understand why a Pharmacist has to be angry when customers just inform him certain medicines are not need to be refilled. When we said we do not need certain vitamins refilled the Pharmacist said so loud in the room like this: “Then do not go to doctor any more”!!!! what’s kind of a professional service is that? “Are you getting mad because of loosing money from the health insurance company???I believed if I told like that to any Pharmacist at Walgreen or CVS, they will just say “ok we will take the auto refill off and whenever you need please let us know”. Be Professional within duties of a Pharmacist should be!

Mary Rackauskis: My Dr office sent script to old pharmacy hours away. I kept expecting it to be filled. My & My Dr mistake. Always answered phone, extreemly polite, wonderful group of pharmacist. I tried to be cool but waited a week for my Dr to figure out why my pills weren't at walgreens, Worcester, they were at bi y spencer lol. Now it's funny not then waiting on pain medicine. P s Scott toilet tissue 50c prices are great too.
Angel Crow: They need more help in the Pharmacy. They never answer the phone. If you need help and can't drive because of health reasons that makes it really hard. I've had them hang up on me multiple times before I get through on the phone. I've been on hold for over an hour trying to ask questions about my medication. They've messed up my prescriptions more than once and caused me delays on getting my medication. I have a developmental disability and need more help understanding things sometimes and have had them hang up on me in frustration because I need extra help. It is demoralizing and I dread having to interact with the pharmacy staff.
Kristy Sigstad: I've been shopping at Walgreens for over two decades. My family gets their prescriptions filled here. They have a great selection of candy and snacks. Around the holidays, there are a lot of stocking stuffer ideas. Also, the cosmetic section is reasonably priced, and they have a ton of brand names to choose from.

Kelly Mesaros: My prescription was called in at 11:30 so I got here at 12:30 and they told me it will be ready in about 25 min. When I returned 30 min later they told me again, it’s not ready yet, but it will be about 20 min. I feel sorry for the pharmacy techs and the pharmacists who work here because they clearly aren’t allowed to staff for their volume. It’s a sad state of affairs here. Picking up my script here is the thing I dread most out of the month.

No: I had went to this pharmacy to pick up an important prescription. The brown haired short lady at the counter informed me that the prescription was not yet ready and that I would need to wait until 1:30 to pick it up. I come back to the counter at 1:30 just to be rudely told by the same lady that it’s her lunch break now and the pharmacy will be completely closed for some time (she didn’t bother to specify how long). Another kinder blonde lady with glasses brought my prescription over to her for her to check me out. She gave my boyfriend a rude look and told me that I needed an ID. I didn’t have one on me so I turned to my boyfriend to ask him to use his to pick mine up and get it figured out. Before I could even ask she slammed the metal barrier in my face and stormed off. I broke down crying because we live an hour away and cannot afford an uber to come back and she didn’t give us an option to move the prescription to a different cvs. This brown haired short lady was extremely disrespectful and completely unhelpful. The fact that they all have one lunch break is ridiculous. (At least post us or tell us how long it will be!)

Woodie WoodPecker: I am making a formal complaint to the Pharmacist board about very hostile behavior by a Pharmacist ( very unprofessional guy ) tall white guy who all of a sudden came out of his desk and came right up to my face/chest and yelled at me that 'I am the only pharmacist working tonite ' This was after he put us on hold to check the vaccines despite our confirmed appointment and instead of finishing his job with us he kept on talking to the next customers . He is going to hear from his pharmacy board soon about this misconduct- also reported him to Worcester police station
Toph: Waiting on the phone waiting for pharmacy to pick up because I had concerns about my prescription I was waiting about 20 minutes before I said enough is enough and called Walgreens Walgreens front desk answered within a minute and next thing you know I’m transferred and talking to a pharmacist all with 5 mins or less, I like this cvs but the fact they never answer is unprofessional, don’t waste your time calling this place you’ll have a better chance with another pharmacy

I showed up to the store 2 hours later after I got out of work and it was still not ready. I had to sit there and wait for another hour. Avoid getting your medication here if you can!

Glado: This the worst cvs i ever used, i moved from 500 grafton st worcester ma cvs to here bescause i live near park ave, nor didn't i know this place is a night mare,the calls are never been answered i have been calling waiting for more than 30 min for the call to be answered ,after calling 7 different times in different days no call was ever picked, one day i went to pick my meds at around 11.30 pm driving through and the lady at the window asked me to wait at the parking so she can call the nearest cvs to go pick the meds from there because they did not have them ,she was to call me back in a few for a go ahead ,so i packed my car and waited for 30 min ,no call came in i decieded to call them ,the phone rang another 20 min nobody picked, i walk inside the store to check what is happening , when i was expressing myself to let them know that not right the lady started to yell at me that they are busy , i asked her seriousily ?did you forget that you told me to wait outside and you gonna be calling me back in a few for confarmation? she was so rude and i end up going home by 12:30am without meds so yesterday i missed the dose, today i have been calling to followup to know if they got them so i can go pick when i close the work, i have been at work since early morning and its along shift , i have called this store waiting for hours and no one is picking , so as per now i might miss the dose in the second time , tomorrow i have to call my doctor again to send my meds back to where i came from its rather i drive far good care and respect.

A H: I just had the worst experience at this location tonight and I will never shop in cvs ever again. I was ready to check out my items and out of no where a so called security staff who dressesed up unprofessionaly acused me of stealing flowers and he acted as he was sure that he saw me with a flower, then when he noticed that was another guy who was walking out towred the exit of the stor and was holding a flower, the security staff did not even bother to apologize to me for the mistake , and when I expressed my concerns with the cvs clerk that I was profiled by the security staff, the clerk respond was "this is the most stupid thing i ever heard "and added if l do not like it here go shop at Walgreens. I was confused and shocked on how they treated me unfairly and it seem that they dont care because they never held accountable.

Tiana Jimenez: This cvs is so bad the manager is very poor mannered and nothing gets done in the morning. I feel better walking in at night where I feel safe to see a serious security guard and two employees who always helps me find what I need . Nicole LeBlanc: Walked around for 20 minutes to find what I needed. I don’t care if no one asks if I need help finding something. I’ll browse while I find it myself. Get to the counter and there’s four people waiting in line. Of corse I’m gonna do self check out I’m young. All of a sudden there’s an extra worker whose name is probably Becky standing two feet behind me over my shoulder watching me scan every item. I have never had anyone do that anywhere let alone another cvs. So aggressive when there are plenty of other people that needed your help
MR INK: I really don’t see how they answer the phone after making me wait 39mins to then leave me off of hold still waiting to be helped for another 30 minutes. This is not ok! This cvs is awful. I heard peoples personal info waiting to be helped!
Laura Adkins Aucoin: The automated system is one of thee worse. Staff are rude. Place went from pretty decent. To straight up rude. Call all day. No one ever picks up. Got screenshots of call duration over hour wait. Multiple calls. Corporate might want to seriously try contacting themselves. Thru customer number. See how long their duration is so glad questions regarding life saving medicine can wait til they decide to answer. Seriously totally unprofessional

Evelyn Rivera: illegal activity is going on within this so called family owned pharmacy. Will be reporting as there is failure to comply to the needs and care for patients. If you actively get your prescription drugs from here- I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
Andrew Soske: Caters mostly to group homes and human services agencies. Will write off anything that is Dr. approved whether it makes sense or not. Restriction of the freedom and intelligence of a patient is more so important than any semblance of personal responsibility or autonomy. If you would like to be treated as an incurable individual or someone needing intensive care / a group home, they will be able to assist you in your odyssey. If not, then look elsewhere.

Kristen C: This pharmacy used to be the best around, but it's hone terribly downhill recently. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and there was a problem filling my prescription (on their end). Lyme disease must bevtreates as soon as possible. When they got the problem worked out, the pharmacist refused to expedite filling the prescription. When I told her I'd file a complaint, she said she didn't care. Wow. Luckily, another location was more compassionate. DONT GO HERE!

Their photo department is great and they use great high quality paper , before they used Fuji flim , they're using a different type ,this paper seems too be a higher grade quality. While surfing Facebook (" Friends Of Freebies ")have done free photo 📸 prints at Walgreen's for zero vost absolutely FREE. I thought it was a scam or fake, it's a thousand percent real and true. I've done it a hand full of times, very convenient and easy and affordable .

My pictures not even put in an envelope and I’m told to wait another 30 mins to have the rest processed. completely disrespectful to the customer. Completely unacceptable to the customer. This was just hurtful. And no good enough explanation from manager on. So disappointed

Rosa Sangre: I am always impressed by the efficiency, knowledge, and patience shown by the staff at Boulevard Coumponding Center. Kal, Stephanie, Lynne and Ali, ( hoping I included all) are always very accommodating, regardless of my many questions and issues. They are professional, while retaining a sense of humor, and if needed, concern, with each patron with whom they interact. For a small fee, compounded items have been mailed to my residence when my timing hasn't allowed me to visit the pharmacy during their business hours. Despite some minor disabilities, I've been treated with respect and dignity. During any phone calls I've placed, if they need to put the call "on hold", they're quite apologetic. Overall, I'm grateful for their kindness and dedication to their profession. They prepare medication for me, as well as my dog, and ask about her often. A refreshing change from chain pharmacies!

I ended up having to cut up pills daily, which left the dosages varying sizes and not always exact. Boulevard was able to get the doses to exactly what my vet wanted him on, and didn’t leave me guessing if he was getting the right amount. Not to mention I actually saved money having it compounded. Highly recommended! Also, the staff are the friendliest people around, and very knowledgeable!

Lori Charland: I needed a new med my doctor sent it on tuesday asked for delivery for wednesday they never came called for delivery for thursday still didn't come friday the same thing no show i called and the person on the phone was very rude and told me to come get them i told her i couldn't thats why i get delivery she tells me monday i was so upset i call back to talk to a supervisor im on hold next phone rings & rings nobody answers i call back the same thing nobody answers now i realize I'm not going to be home monday i will make it a point to get there because the end result was who cares well i will be talking to a supervisor on Monday to resolve this matter
