AFC Urgent Care Worcester: what do users think?
Wendy Trucheon: Awesome Tim Loftus PA need a great job Suturing my wound!
Lysander Blankenship: Fast and friendly service
Bryan Roy: Rather disappointed with the prescriber. Everyone else was great. She just had no personality
Lane Lacmur: Efficient and friendly staff.
Lee Gomez: Everyone was great besides the one person I actually needed to be great… the doctor.
Hector Lopez: Really good 👍
Armando Gemei: Very nice facility, the reception and nurse were very personable and the facility was clean. The nurse asked all great qualifying questions about my injury (previous nursing student myself) was friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable about my treatment and follow up instructions should my situation not improve or worsen. Will definitely go back if I ever need medical attention again.
Passion_Love: I appreciate the concern and the attention given to my mother both by the CNA and the Doctor.
Milton Davila: Very kind and very professional the way they treat us with respect and seriousness.
john kirby: Friendly staff, knowledgeable and expla ined when I asked questions. Highly rate.
Laura Lenahan: I couldn’t believe how quickly we were seen on a Saturday. Everyone wax nice and showed they cared .
BeantownLegend69: Very helpful, honest doctor. I almost left 4 stars due to the long wait but had a change of heart , a 5 star review is worthy cause they were very apologetic about the long wait. That was very good character the docs and nurses said that 3 times when I walked out , most urgent care places just don’t care.
Bob Gazard: I made an appt for 2:30, no one in wait room, was put right into a room and told the Dr would be right in. Waited 50 minutes in exam room, had a 5 min visit, practitioner was very nice and gave me prescription.
Maggie Davis: INCREDIBLY kind and caring nurses and front desk staff. My doctor, however, listened to me describe a list of mono symptoms such as severe fatigue and hives, and she proceeded to say "it's probably allergies, get over the counter Flonase and Zyrtec." I wasn't congested and didn't have a sore throat. It was like she didn't listen to a single word I said. I had to argue with her that I needed a mono test, and the very sweet nurse came to administer it ("Oh, you're in college? Say no more, you need a mono test.") , and wouldn't you know, I was positive for mono! The doctor wasn't even apologetic when she told me it came back positive, after she tried to tell me to go get FLONASE for hives and fatigue. Infuriating.
Susan Dube: Staff were very professional. Was able to get an appointment on the day I called. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend
Mark Francolini: Totally incompetent!!!
Stewart Lanier: Easy signing in, little wait, very friendly and professional staff. Got the help I needed. I'd definitely go back
Efrain Mercado: My visit was excellent the people in the office for courteous and I was in and out in very happy
Brenda Mandella: Quick and friendly.
Cheryl Hudson: I got the help I needed.
Margo Murphy: Friendly support, efficiency knowledgeable NP James💜🙏👍❤️‍ 💐

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Petrika Gjeleveshi: Extremely offended disrespected and somehow discriminated by the African woman working at this location, I went this morning to have my test read she told I need an appointment ..I booked an appointment for 5pm left my work early, I get there at 4:55 shes sitting legged crossed with her phone on her hands and telling me to wait for 5pm while shes probably playing candy crush..really..Than legs crossed acting like shes Elon Musk of MinuteClinic at CVS ..she tells me that I should have come in the morning?? HOW THE F…you put people like this in this position..how can I trust this company??Than ..she starts discriminating cause she heard me talk with European accent white boy ..she goes this is not Macdonald's, and even on Macdonald's you need appointment??A total IGNORANT person..what can you expect from the her manager and the rest of them that hired her!!
Josh Grinberg: I had an appointment yet they were running 38+ minutes late without giving me a heads up. That said, the workers are very professional and kind.
Maria O'Neill: They shouldn't advertise as a walk in clinic to be told they have no appointments available the same day. The whole business is a racket
Moriah jade: I was shocked when I walked in this morning and a nurse was yelling at a customer by the minute clinic. Very unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I almost didn't get my covid shot with my husband..
Adam Kujawa: Not actually a walk-in clinic, you have to make an appointment to be seen.
Princess Persha: Had a Covid test done on Thursday. Results were meant to come back in 24-48 hrs. I even asked if the results would be back on time as I was travelling aboard . They assured me they would be . 60hrs later I got my results. I had to cancel my flights and did not get to spend the holidays with my family. Had to be retested and wasted another 3 days and had to pay $1800 on top of existing flight for another flight as the flights cost more on New Year’s Eve.I would not recommend this testing center if you want you test for travel. Wasted my time , gas and money. We have been dealing with the pandemic for over a year and a half come on CVS get your act together.
Julie: The service in this facility is terrible, the staff seeing lost like they don’t know what their doing.
Jo V: Don’t waste your time going here. They do NOT know what they’re doing. My dad went with clear symptoms of Lyme disease and they wouldn’t treat him. We called his PCP and he said don’t want to start treatment, start ASAP.
Crystal Farmer: Hilary was great and efficient, she saw me quickly and listened intently before getting me on track to recovery.
FOGGer Art: Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't see how anyone could give either of the two sweet ladies a bad review. I am a happy customer 100% Thanks MinuteClinic
Sid Freedman: I needed some stitches taken out in my scalp. No waiting, no fuss. The nurse practitioner was great
Angela Kaufman: Unless you want a flu shot or need help applying a band-aid, simply do not waste your time at this place. Are the practitioners nice? Sure. Can they be of use in any other way whatsoever? No. I have been to this facility on two different occasions over the past two years and was sent away both times without help...of course, still after waiting to be seen and still being charged.Today, was the second time. I went in for a sinus infection. Something I have dealt with 16 years now, every year, at least twice a year. My PCP simply did not have any open appointments today and the ReadyMEDs in the area were on hour plus waits. So, I went to this place instead. Nurse practitioner seen me and confirmed that, yes, I have a sinus infection. My paperwork even reports middle ear effusions in both ears, mucosal edema and rhinorrhea, maxillary sinus tenderness and frontal sinus tenderness on both left and right sides. The treatment? Nothing. Yup, that's right. Not my usual Amoxicillin, nor any other antibiotic. I was told to take OTC meds....Um, the meds I told you I've been taking for 3 days now that haven't even touched my symptoms, but I've only gotten worse? Yes, that's right. Ummmmm, care to explain? Per doctor's words, verbatim, "If I were at any other clinic, I would give you antibiotics. However, we get audited here and there have been audits in the past which said we give antibiotics too frequently and too early. So we usually want patients to wait at least 10 days for symptoms and then we can prescribe medication." Seriously, 10 days? I took off from work today because of how bad I was feeling. I should also call off tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday, just to go back to your facility so you can finally give me the medication none of my other PCPs or any other places have had an issue prescribing me in the past 16 years? Thanks but no thanks. So now I get to waste even more of my day, sitting in a ReadyMED waiting room, where I should have gone in the first place, hoping to actually get an antibiotic. Utterly ridiculous.

CareWell Urgent Care Worcester Lincoln St: what do users think?
Vanilla Valentin (Sweetie Valentine): Tried to go here in the past and the woman was very rude and unprofessional ended up leaving and going to readymed they took me right away
Louie Marquez: Im only giving it 1 star cause I can't leave it empty, if you have kid's don't take them here my son has a problem sleeping, and these trash people if u can even call them that, didn't even bother to check him saying if he don't have fever is probably tantrum to take him to another doctor, super unprofessional didn't even bother to do a basic check up or advise if she wasn't trained or whatever the reason of why they couldn't just nasty attitude from the start from nurse and counter secretary 0 rating for this place that should fire inconsiderate people like that
ALBERTO RABASCO: International insurance that works everywhere in the world here doesn't. Really bas attitude of the front attendance, it was a kid emergency. At least the could explain with some humanity. 15:06 Sunday, april 16.
Cousin illy: This place is terrible. Front desk associate Ginger B has the most disgusting customer service skills ever. I simply came in for a drug test with all the information need instead of helping and doing her job she proceeds to become a dunce and acts like she doesn’t know anything and push me out the door. If you don’t want to work go home if you don’t know what you’re doing get another job. There’s a sign in the front of the establishment that clearly says no rude patients so I guess that means the people that work there can be rude to the patients. It’s always the ones who look like crypt keeper who have the most attitude. Get it together goofy and do what you were paid to do.
edna rivera: Went for a pre employment physical, felt like I was in jail! Front desk person was very nice. The woman who administered my drug test basically kicked me out the facility because she was frustrated I couldn’t pee even though she said I had 3 hours. I’ve worked in healthcare for a while now and this woman was one of the rudest I’ve ever came across. Teach this women some decency or how to be polite, she clearly had a bad day but that isn’t okay at all her attitude and tone of voice is all not okay. I went back a few days later for another test and I seen her interact with another patient in the same way. People are sickly looking to be treated, and they should be treated with kindness period.
Basliel Demessie: I am deeply disappointed and saddened by my recent experience this branch, which I feel compelled to share with others. I had high expectations for the care and support I would receive, but unfortunately, my experience was far from it. I am giving this urgent care only 1 star out of 5 due to the lack of empathy and professional courtesy exhibited by one of the nurses on staff. From the moment I was admitted, I noticed that the Nurse was dismissive and seemed disinterested in my wellbeing. Rather than being attentive and compassionate, she appeared to be annoyed by my presence and treated me like an inconvenience. Her body language and tone of voice were both cold and unwelcoming, making me feel like a burden instead of a patient in need of care. When I expressed my concerns about my symptoms and pain level, Nurse Anglea Farmer would either brush them off or provide curt, unhelpful responses. The lack of urgency and empathy was alarming and distressing.Furthermore, she seemed to make me feel guilty for requiring her help. Rather than providing support with a gentle demeanor, she would often roll her eyes or sigh loudly, making it clear that my needs were an annoyance to her. This behavior was very unprofessional. My experience here was marred by the utter lack of empathy and professional courtesy displayed. It is my hope that the urgent care administration addresses these issues and provides additional training for their staff to ensure that all patients are treated with the dignity, respect, and care they deserve.
Will Cook: Waste of time and money, go to a REAL doctor.
juliet ndiwabene: I never have a smooth visit every time I come to this location. Something has to always be an issue. I don’t even have the energy to go in detail.
Ezra Stanley: They had me in and out surprisingly quickly! I also felt respected as a trans person. :)
Gloria Martinez: very sad I went twice for medical attention and there was no one to attend to the patients just the receptionist was there 🙄
Saade Saade: I was there at 7:15 for severe cough and blocked ears, I was told no one will see you all are busy and all rooms are busy , mind you the parking lot had 2 cars , 3 employees behind the counter too busy with their smartphones , and not interested in helping , was told to come back the next day , I find it horrible, I went to Shrewsbury street l9cation it took 10 min waiting and was taking to check up room, took my vitals , did a flu and covid test all came out negative, gave me 5 descriptions to pick up from my pharmacy and off to my house , if you open until 8pm you don't take any more patients, but 7:15 , come on do your duties........
Heather S: Seems dangerous to even come here. Employees are angry and rude. Just waiting for a work required drug test and employees get in a screaming match with and angry patient 😬. Would NEVER come here if I had other options.
Cindy h: Says its part of UMass Memorial, but even if your insurance covers a regular UMass Dr, they won't take you.So tired of the broken insurance system.
srkgoswami: Improvement required from the front desk staff/system:I walked in and got help in filling the paperwork online by a nice front desk staff (3:50 pm). Then entered another staff who got my payment card information whom I asked how much time I have to wait to see a physician. The 2nd staff told me I will be told when it is the time and asked me to wait in the car. I was wondering why I had to wait in my car in a cold afternoon, probably using a heater, when there are 10 chairs vacant in the lounge / reception area. I then started to talk with my insurance company and did not realize I got call from the Urgent care facility. I got 3 calls within 5 min between 4:01-4:06 pm. Why to call someone so frequently if the person is not able to pick call? Then I received a message within 5 min that they cancelled my appointment. When I called them back after my call to insurance company at around 4:15 pm, I was told to re-register again. So, they deleted my information within 15 min of their first call when the facility was open until 8 pm? I was not sure what kind of treatment I would get, so I went out looking for other urgent care.Additional note: Also, they would not send you a bill and give you time to pay back unlike other organizations, but will deduct money form your debit or credit card on file. I guess if you do not have credit or debit card, you may not see a physician.
Ashley Scruton: Almost 4 hour wait first thing in the morning Sunday. Have a massive infection cyst on my face. They told me they think it's a MRSA staff infection and gave me antibiotics. Didn't test for MRSA or even look at my face. How can you diagnose something like that?Tried this place again for my son who needed to be seen. His doctor told us to go and we even called their help center as well as their website saying they offer pediatrics. We’re turned away because my son is only 3 months old. They only treat 8 months and up.. it should be specified before people waste their time bringing their sick child out in the cold.
Canvastm S: “I think” and “I don’t know” answers to easy COVID test questions that either they actually didn’t know or didn’t want to bother with me. I’ll just walk in another Carewell and will actually get seen.
Andrew Pan: Wait for 1.5h in the car after they was call me and was told we are ready for you after you need wait another 30 min in lobby when they will get you to the room after that when you will get to the room they have only one provider and they have 4 more patients before me so it will take you more than 1h waiting just see the provider this is a joke!!!
Marjorie Schmidt: For a facility that allows walk-ins...they don't accept it!! Or seems very soecific who they accept. I've been to a different urgent care prior to this one and they were able to see me on the spot granted they didn't give the right inhaler. But this urgent care on Lincoln St. didn't bother to take any consideration of my urgency and just said to make an appointment!!
Gustavo Moreira: This place is a joke, they might as well shut down. Scheduled 3 appointments for a pee test but had to cancel all of them because after waiting for over 45 minutes they had no staff to take me in. And this place is called urgent care?
Ash Jiraiya: Sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. when called the location lady was rude and no apology for messing up my daughter prescription. Take responsibility and learn to APOLOGIZE for your mistakes.
GERMAN ANDRES TRUJILLO CARDONA: Mal Servicio fui el día de hoy a las 10: 30 am y no me atendieron por qué no hablan Español.
