Lindsey McCarthy: I just took my Pilates class with Annika, for the first time. Annika is amazing! I absolutely loved her class it had a refreshing combination of both stretching and strengthening. Highly recommend !!

Fawn Weydt: A great Pilates studio with many awesome instructors. There are many class levels to choose from whether you are a beginner or advanced. Paulette, Danielle and Carol are instructors I frequent in the past year and I always leave feeling amazing. They work with you and challenge you at your pace. You will tone and build strength with their classes. My health has improved greatly and I highly recommend this studio!
Martine Ferullo: The owner Michaela is awesome . She is always updating with new classes availabilities and cares about her clients feedback. Best instructors where you feel toning and weight loss is Danielle and Carole. They are both amazing and there is no dull moment in their class . Every minute is a work out . I have been doing Pilate at this place for a year and it has been wonderful. Each time these 2 instructors will challenge you and keep your body improving class after class . I book their classes as soon as they become available.
carolyn martello: Very lucky owners who are cheap and lie to members whenever there needs to be a correction. They violate their own contract with members by not giving you one. The day Alaina leaves them and she should,it is over. Too bad cause it is great practice.
Meire Geisel: Pilates is a great activity and this place has all the equipment and structure for great classes! However, Alaina is the only trainer to that makes every minute of it worthwhile. I was a member for 2 years and was very sad to have to leave as the quality of the classes decayed. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Suzanne McAlister: I am finishing my third month at Club Pilates and I have nothing but great things to say about this studio and it’s instructors. I am a physical therapist with 20+ years of experience and have already recommended Club Pilates to patients, colleagues and friends. I have taken classes from all instructors but one (due to my personal schedule), and they all are extremely knowledgeable and committed to giving you a great experience. My favorite class is Alaina’s Suspend TRX class, I am addicted. I leave each session feeling strong, empowered, confident & happy! No matter what your fitness level, there is a class for you. Try it!

James Coache: My wife and daughter signed up for Club Pilates in Shrewsbury. The woman runs a dishonest business. Roped them in with a free class but then after buying into the membership they are always over booked, and you can't schedule a class. After agreeing to cancel the membership they still charge our credit card. Julianne is the rudest, unprofessional person I have ever talked to over the phone. The credit card company stated that they issued a credit but then reinstated the charges. Julianne just talks over you, doesn’t listen and hangs up on you when you try to explain that she needs issue a credit with a confirmation number for our credit card company.Stay clear of this place,

Asia Simpson: I started at Club Pilates about 2.5 months ago and I am absolutely hooked. There is a small learning curve while you get comfortable with the equipment, so definitely start with an intro class and take it from there- but you catch on fast. I am stronger, standing more straight and best of all, my long time SI joint injury has reduced in pain by at least 95% since joining. This is HUGE for me, I was in PT for almost a whole year and constantly struggled no matter what I tried.
Kim Narolewski: Love Shrewsbury Club Pilates. The facility has great equipment with knowledgeable instructors. It is the only facility I am aware of in the area with reformers and chairs. Everyone that works there or exercises there are wonderful. Great for the body physically and emotionally. Highly recommend take an introductory class.

Lou Soiles: Great class! Challenging, encouraging, fun!
Synne Wing: Body Mind Balance is an amazing studio. I started as a total novice and they were incredibly patient and encouraging. They offer a wide variety of classes and there are always new exercises and challenges so it is definitely never boring! The instructors are all wonderful and supportive and going to class feels like spending time with friends. It is a tough workout but the results are amazing. I would recommend Body Mind to anyone at any skill level.
Jenna Fales: Pilates is the best workout for your entire body! I have lifted weights and done high impact aerobics for years, but this is by far a better workout and so much kinder on your muscles and joints. It is an intense workout from start to finish but I have feel much stronger and leaner in my short time since starting. I am hooked!

Katelyn O'Leary: Body Mind Balance has been such a wonderful place for me for about 15 years. I refer to it as my "therapy", as it has been a place to go to clear my head while also getting my body into tip top shape. When I am going to 1-2 weekly classes, I feel no back pain at all. The staff, studio, and location are all absolutely incredible!

With the guidance of the incredibly knowledgable people here, I am in better shape now than I have ever been n my life. Great workouts, Ray is great at recognizing and accomodating issues we may have with our bodies, keeping us safe from injuring ourselves. I worked out in a leg cast for 3 months and a boot for 2 months and came out stronger than I went in before my injury! Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Their class sizes are small, thereby giving everyone good individualized attention, which you do not get at a larger facility.Ray, Peter and Denise are the instructors and they take great care to be sure that you are safe when you are working out.I have been working with Ray for most of my time here and she is very knowledgable about anatomy, and knows people's injuries also in order to modify each person's workout.I had tennis elbow many years ago and no longer have it as Ray showed me a simple exercise (which I cannot describe here) to help my elbow to heal.Pilates is for everyone--so guys, come and check it out!If you are looking for a good Pilates studio and a very different workout, please check out BodyMind Balance--you will want to make this your new workout studio.
Jeanine Skorinko: As part of my physical therapy regime for lower back pain and runner's knee, my physical therapist recommended increasing the amount of pilates I took and he specifically recommended Body Mind Balance. I've been going ever since, and I can't even remember how many years it has been! Ray, Denise, and Peter are all fantastic. They are incredibly knowledgable in regards to pilates, injuries, modifications, and the body mind connection. They know every client's issues and adapt for each client during the class. It is incredible! They are very client-centered. Tough and challenging workouts--never the same workout. You will become stronger, fitter, and you will know your body much better. Most highly recommend.

Ruth Ann Elias: After years of more traditional modes of exercise (running, step and other kinds of aerobic classes), I was at first uncertain if I liked Pilates. But an exceptionally talented instructor (Ray Douglas) and increasing strength in my core soon turned uncertainty into love and appreciation. Over the past 16 months, I have taken private, semi-private and group lessons. Ray is dedicated and patient. Her workouts are thorough, but updated to enliven a class or offer a challenge. Ray always has an eye on class members and is quick to suggest better form. She also keeps a watchful eye for those who are nursing an injury and is quick to suggest a position alteration or equipment adjustment to prevent further injuries. My favorite classes are half mat, half reformer. With clever language ("pretend you are hugging my fat uncle Fred," or "jump like a leprechaun"), she offers great clues. Pilates is an effective exercise program for all. But as a mature class member (59), I really appreciate the overall benefits of Pilates. My body is strengthened without the risks presented by running or other high intensity exercise. I highly recommend the studio. Again, Ray is an exceptionally talented instructor and I enthusiastically recommend her classes. The studio culture is warm and welcoming. I have made wonderful friends in my Tuesday morning class and notice the way people encourage and support each other.
