loida ortiz: He ido varias veces y he tenido contratiempos con algunas empleadas ya que no tienen una cesta ni nada donde uno colocar sus compras le di a mí nieta un set de ropa para ella mientras escogía algo para sus otros hermanos y la empleada se lo arrebató de las manos con mala actitud y siempre detrás de nosotras por toda la tienda me sentía incómoda al igual mis nietas; y el día de ayer fui y tenía muchas cosas en las manos y la empleada de la caja se fue habiendo una fila bastante larga y dejando sola a la otra cajera.Deben mejorar su trato hacia el consumidor y tener donde poder colocar las compras y no esperar tanto en la línea con las compras en las manos.

Brenda Vargas: Años atrás valía la pena ir a esta tienda ahora no sirve la última ves que fue una empleada estuvo detrás de mi en todo momento me movía a la derecha a la derecha hiba me movía a la izquierda a la izquierda hiba pedí hablar con la manenger y su respuesta fue ella está haciendo su trabajo 27 años de mi vida comprando en esta tienda y la primera ves que pasa esto pague lo que la nena quería llame la mujer con los paños en la cabeza y le mostré el recibo no robe nada pague todo lo que tenia en mis manos llame a la compañía Rainbow y reporte este incidente. Ellos dijeron que no es la primera ves que pasa que han recibido muchas quejas .para que no pase esto busquen. Personas que sepan hacer su trabajo en este lugar hay camaras y detector de robo tiene que estar una sombra detrás de una persona. Ya no vale la pena comprar en este lugar por eso no e regresado más.
Fellow Human: These people are running a scam, you buy something, but they’ll never return it not even for a store credit the receipt says you have 14 days for a full refund and 30 days for a store credit. Nope not happening, I went to return some items was talking to this lady and out of nowhere a ready to fight charged up woman came stormed the place yelling and rude just for been a manager, who cares..anyway not going back there ever I don’t recommend it to my enemy.

If they do not like to work with people they should not work at a store. I truly miss the other girls working there before.

J W: It was a quick visit to return clothes bought online. They're quality has really gone downhill. I returned two tops that were so thin they were shear with certain bras. The store itself is full of the latest styles and many things look better than what I've been ordering online, so perhaps I'll make the trek out here. The sales people behind the counter weren't friendly however. There was no, "How are you?" They returned my stuff and gave me my receipt. There wasn't even a "Do you want to look around, or have a good day." Only the sales associate up front by the door was nice.

Heidi Freeman: The workers were not helpful to busy gossiping about last nights date. I bought several items and the person who initially helped me never came back to see if I was all set. She was unfamiliar with merchandise when asked about it. Finally checking out teachers were supposed to get additional 15%off which they never once asked me if I was one while checking out. It wasn't until I left the store that a friend of mine who came with me asked how much did I save with my Teachers discount. I went back to the store and asked why no one informed me of the discount when I was checking out. I presented my school ID and then, the monies were added back to my card which came to approx 33 dollars savings. Very disappointed with the service there. If my friend never asked how much did I save I would have never known about it.

tyler wills: We went to our Worcester Burlington Coat Factory on March 28th 2023 , this store is extremely well lit . Nice big large store. Had a decent amount of stuff , wide variety of odd's & ends. Sone selections of this store were really messy & so were really neat & tidy. We "all" got some interesting stuff & left Burlington happy 😊 ! I got a nice Heavy-duty tote - bag with a Gaint Camera 📷 on , as a" Photography 📸 " I had to get that bag ! It was a fantastic price ! I do enjoy shopping at Burlington stores, this store is overall a good store ! The Men's Restroom was so extremely clean , " NOT " messy at all ! That was a blessing to use a clean pubic bathroom. The employees were nice ! I'll definitely go back to our local Burlington store ! Hopefully soon ? Burlington has a lot of unique & unusual stuff here !

Joe S: Suds is extremely clean. The employee's are nice and pleasant to deal with and it is located next to a place for great wings, a decently priced supermarket and the $$ store. All in all, if you have to do laundry this is the better place to do it!

Vicki Silva: One of my top 3 laundromats in Worcester. Always clean and the dryer doors actually stay closed, have heat control that works, and dry your laundry quickly (this is a huge issue I have at multiple laundromats around here). Staff is friendly and helpful. Plus there's a dollar tree and grocery store in the same plaza if you want to kill time. Would definitely recommend!

Jessica Cempe: Id give zero stars if possible for this place.When i began using their drop off service, it was same day pickup if dropped off early morning (told to me by a manager). This past dropoff took over 24 hours to get completed, and all i got was "i sorry lady" and an extremely rude manager (name is vanessa or something like that) who openly lied to my face and told me loudly i was rude when i was attempting to explain the situation. If the pickup time isn't going to be same day, those expectations should be outlined clearly, which they were not.Avoid this place at all costs for drop off service!! There are plenty of laundromats in Worcester to go to without having to deal with bad management and no communication (because no Vanessa, you didn't say any of the things you're claiming to have said).

The hours posted claim to be until 10 pm yet I have gone there at 7 and been turned away and told the owners said to close early. If that is the case, post your hours and be honest to the ones who support this business. The other issues are the owners who own many businesses don't seem to want to put the money back into this place. There has been many occasions where 70% of the dryers are broken for months at a time. What a joke!
